Dennis of Anniston AL (05/14/04) I purchased 3 searches for $19.95 which was paid for on my Visa, then after checking the sites & having to write to the proper agencies then after waiting 2 weeks, to get the response that there were no Unclaimed accounts in mine or relatives names in their data banks. Therefore, please refund (or credit)my Visa acct. in the amount of $19.95 as per your Guarantee.
Sally of Harrisburg PA (04/30/04) I called because they were very quick to charge my card for the services. At first it did not work and then they made it work for me and when I asked for a refund they gave me a hard time.
They should have a spot for a middle initial on the system, you pay for a search that shows you even has warrants out on you. NOW THATS A SYSTEM EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT !!!!!! You can get up in the morning and find out who wants you the police or not maybe Found money should be on the list.....
I have little or no money which seems to attract people to this site now I spent money I don't have to get money that is not mine and I want it returned
Barbara of Los Angeles CA (09/20/02) Received email about lost funds I searched website saw my name on several pages. Sent them old addresses which supposedly were needed. First incident I was mailed info for my deceased father and my mother which I could not use. I had asked them prior should I search under my mothers name which is banks or my fathers which is Smith they decided to check without notifying me and sent me info I could not use. I sent it back then received info listing my name under Banks. I contacted two places and no funds were mine. Sent them and faxed them this info on aug 12 02 was due to receive my $20.00 thirty days later sep 12 to date have not received after several letters, faxes and calls.
I will no longer purchase any product that is sponsored by claims from celebrities to be legitimate businesses. Would like my funds back and I abhor that I even passed on this information to co-workers and friends now I have had to tell them my horror story to keep them from making the same mistake. I feel that since they have failed to reimburse me thus far a penalty should be placed on my refund until it is finally paid or if it is ever paid.
Jackie of Trenton NJ (10/31/01) On 10/5/01 I sent $25.00 for 3 searches, regular membership is $20.00 plus $5.00 for shipping and handling charges.Reason why I only sent for 3 searches is I did not want to lost alot of money with people and am glad because they never sent anything to me, just took my money.
Marilyn of Yarmouth IOWA (04/18/01) I bought a password and had trouble using it.They fixed that.I bought another password that wouldn't work. They wanted me to give them names and my phone number for my search.I refused as I bought an online search and that is what I wanted. They admitted to have problems with the passwords. They then gave me a new password that gave me one search. They refuse to give me my money back without me filling out forms and sending to the institute listed on the one search and getting a denial from them and forwarding it to them.
I spent a lot of time trying to get the password to work and told a lot of friens about the site. This makes me feel like a fool. Now I need to contact these people and explain to them what happened.I hope they haven't already bought a password.I have copies of all correspondence.
Donald of Milton FL (04/02/01) I found that I had money coming to me so I bought the $20.00 password. I followed the instructions and could not get anywhere but to buy a download that wouldn't download. I tried to e-mail them but could get any responce. I just want my money back if this is what is expected from a so called Great Souce from Opray or Mury they better check whose using their name
I can't afford to spend money now I have a injury that is keeping out of work I had hoped this would help with my out of work status.
Linda of Morrisdale PA (9/9/01):
I purchased three searches. My password did not work. When it did work, they said I had no further searches available and directed me to a screen to purchase more searches. I did not receive the service I paid for.

Contacted them over the web gave them my credit card number. Was billed for it, paid it and I have not recieved anything from them. I have contacted them 14 times, included transaction numbers from my credit card statement, e-mailed, called, etc., and nothing. I paid for a service 50.00 bucks and got nothing in return.
We don't agree that Hoby got nothing for his $50. He got a lesson in how not to throw money away. Let's think for a second about these services that claim to found "lost" money owed to individuals. You know who most of those individuals are? Dead people, that's who. The rest are mostly folks who are in comas, in prisons or otherwise indisposed.
And who might be the operators of foundmoney.com?
Found Money International Ltd
315 Lakeshore Road East, Suite 204
Oakville, Ontario L6J 1J3
CA
That's "CA" as in Canada, not California. We'd say that if Hoby loses only $50, he should consider himself lucky.
