I ordered an item online in 6-5-2021. Tracking information was provided, however the item did not arrive. I contacted customer service by email on 7-4-2021. Felicity replied with - "We see that this package had an incorrect shipping address and was refused which has resulted in the package being returned to our warehouse. In order to process your refund for this package, we must wait for its return. Once this has been confirmed, you will be issued a full refund minus any shipping charges. We have also waived any return fees associated."
I confirmed the shipping address and it was completed correctly and I have not had any problems receiving packages from anyone else. So I was a bit irritated by this but I waited. On 7-21-2021 I again contacted customer service asking about the refund and Felicity sent this reply - "I sent you a previous email saying it was being returned back to us due to a incorrect address. As soon as we receive this back to us we will be able to issue you a refund, minus the shipping costs."
Now pardon me, but it has been over six weeks since I placed this order and I have not received it through no fault of my own. I am pretty angry that my money is being tied up as they wait for a return. If their tracking system is sophisticated enough to show that it is being returned as undeliverable, then I feel I should have my money back by now. I also feel that Felicity should be doing a better job with customer service. I would not recommend anyone order from this company. When they had stores they were great, however they have gone downhill big time since they closed their stores and are just not worth the hassle.
I order Harrietta short PJ set and it is so comfortable. The quality is high grade this is a excellent company selling wonderful products. I did notice if you spend $75 or more you get free shipping. Anything under it is $6.95 for shipping.

I placed an online order on February 5th and processed a return on February 10th. I've emailed three times to get a status and cannot get anyone to reply. I tried to reach out to them via FB chat and still nothing. It is March 13th and I still have no reply or my money back. There is no customer service number anywhere that I can find.
When Fredericks had actual stores, I loved them. Since making their move to online sales, it's been terrible. The website is very glitchy and their "promotions" never work. Spend $75 to get free shipping and try to enter your 20% off coupon and the shipping charges get added back on. Another day, like today, there is a sale for $2.95 panties, but try to add one to your cart and it disappears. Occasionally they still have a sale that works, but most of the time if you're paying close enough attention, they don't usually work.
When you shop here keep in mind everything come from China and is sized for the Chinese market now. I do not know why they have changed this. It is just like if you were shopping at Aliexpress but they warn you there about their sizing.
WHEN YOU SHOP HERE REMEMBER THEY HAVE AN AWFUL RETURN POLICY. The reason this place stays in business at all is because they have DD bras and larger sizes and they are hard to find for lower prices. I think they will always have some business because of how good the company was in the 80s plus they made some well made great fitting push-up bras I remember.
When you shop here if you use Paypal you should be able to get a full refund as long as YOU ship the product back with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION! If not they will claim they NEVER recieved the package. That is the oldest scam in the book. If you use Paypal you are ahead in 2 ways. Paypal pays for RETURN SHIPPING up to 12 times a YEAR! (DO NOT USE FREDRICKS SHIPPING SCAM) So you pay to ship it back with signature confirmation and then you will get reimbursed from PayPal no problem. PayPal will 100% side with you if they sign for your return then keep your money.
If you do not use Paypal then I would only use a regular credit card ONLY. Do not use a debit or prepaid card. You don't have the same protections and will be left empty handed with no refund and charged for return shipping. I was lucky the 1 item I bought worked out but if it did not fit I planned on giving it away since I did get it for a low price. ONLY USE Regular credit cards, PayPal or DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you like to burn money. I hope this advice helps all the mad ladies on this website.
This company has gone downhill in the last year. I was a faithful and loyal customer for many, many years as I am a 40F and the bras they had were perfect. In May I received my bras and they were not right. I was told they were a known issue and told I would get a refund or store credit. In October I ordered them again after making sure and being assured the issue had been corrected. I ordered the bras and NEVER RECEIVED my previous store credit. As soon as I opened my order from October, I immediately contacted Frederick's about the issue again. I have been led around over and over through emails, sent pictures of the flawed bras, and NOTHING. Now it is past the 60 days and they are not wanting to take care of the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will keep your money and you will be screwed over.
Do not purchase from Fredericks of Hollywood unless you are OK with throwing your money away! I purchased 3 pieces of lingerie from them in June. 2 of the 3 pieces I bought (a chemise and a teddy) were too small for me, despite following their terrible sizing chart. I returned the items using the company's prepaid return postage, which does not come with tracking (that should have been a red flag I guess). The company never notified me that my items had been received, so I reached out to FOH customer service on two different occasions. No phone number to call, only an email address (another red flag?). Both times, they responded with a canned message - the SAME EXACT message to the letter, supposedly sent by 2 different customer service representatives.
The messages said that it takes time for returns to be processed by their warehouse, blah blah blah. One month after I had sent the items back, I initiated a dispute with FOH through PayPal, since I used PayPal to make my purchase. Despite sending PayPal all of the emails I had sent their customer service team and the 2 copycat emails they had sent me in reply, and telling them over the phone exactly what had transpired, PayPal denied my request for compensation. Long story short, I spent $56 on lingerie that I returned and never got my refund for. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase anything from Frederick's again, and I advise you not to either! They are shady and don't deserve your business!
Beware: Don’t do it! Items DO NOT fit as described by size chart. I returned 2 items as I received and got a $3 refund. I was told shipping (that was supposed to be free) was $10.95 and charged another $5.95 return shipping. So I’m out of $17 and have NOTHING to show for it.
This is the second time I have purchased from them and been disappointed. All the lingerie was too small even though I used the size guide and ordered my usual sizes. Also the items are not quality; seem cheaply made. I won't be ordering from them again. I am sorry I didn't see your website before ordering. I do not recommend this company. I am returning all except for a swimsuit I ordered which does fit. However, I am not particularly happy with the quality either, but it is a final clearance item for which they will not refund me.
