    Disappointed in Mizzen+Main Customer Support. I’ve been a fan of Mizzen+Main for their quality clothing and great fit. Unfortunately, a recent experience with their Customer Support team has made me change my mind. I placed an order, kept two items, and returned three. When the refund came through, it was only $94.07—$115.20 short, with no explanation. It turns out the value of a gift card I used for partial payment was treated as a “discount.” But a gift card is not a discount—it’s a form of payment, just like cash.

    I called Customer Support at 3:57 p.m. CST on a weekday, well within their posted hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m. CST), only to hear a message saying they were closed. No live chat option was available either, so I had to track down an email address to submit my concern. Eventually, I received a response stating the missing $115.20 would be reissued as a new gift card—no explanation, no apology, and not the resolution I asked for. I requested a refund, not another gift card. This experience has left a sour taste. With so many other brands offering similar products and far better service, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service matters—especially when things go wrong.

    Placed a next day order for a business trip, two straight days of no communications from MM and no shipping. One agent lied and claimed the order was fulfilled when it wasn’t but couldn’t commit to a shipping timeline. Called, spoke with an even more unhelpful supervisor who couldn’t explain why the order hadn’t been fulfilled and her only solution was to place another then blamed her fulfillment team for the inability to get an answer quickly. Obviously I cancelled my order. Your business operations clearly sucks and you’ve lost my business.

      I purchased a couple items for my son on their website. I am not sure how, but after entering my zip code for shipping rates, I entered my billing information and made the purchase. Somehow the shipping address defaulted to a family member's address in a different state which I never entered on Mizzen+Main's site. I called, the number, I texted the number, and emailed and was unable to get thru as it was after hours. I called immediately as they opened, the next morning, emailed and texted and you can never get thru to anyone as it tells you everyone is busy, leave a message.

      I have left numerous messages and no one calls back after 48 hours. The emails I have sent have never been responded to and a shipping label was created after my messages still to the wrong address. I finally got a text stating that the address change was requested with UPS and I can take it up with them. Worse customer service I have ever experienced! Will never shop from them again

      Customer service works banking hours and hides behind emails rather than picking up a phone. Ordered shirt that were never delivered. Called and emailed the company. They asked me to file a claim with their shipper. I guess I am supposed to do their job too! Maybe I should get a sewing machine and make my own for them.

      I purchased 7 shirts from Mizzen+Main ($700+). Two of the shirts were not good looking in person. Tried to return and they only offered store credit since those two shirts were on sale (the only two in my order). Will NOT buy again.

      I was told I’d get $75 off my order with a referral code. I ordered different sizes of a few items because I’ve never shopped Mizzen & Main before, and I returned shirts that didn’t fit well as well as a couple styles that seemed too “golfer dad” to me. However, that’s when I learned that the $75 discount was divided among my 7 items and wouldn’t be reapplied to only the items I kept. That’s such a scam! I’ve shopped online for ages and have never seen such a ploy. I’ll never shop here again due to this bait-and-switch approach of promising $75 off but not giving $75 off, which is not explained in the fine print of my $75-off email either. Beware!

      BUYER BEWARE. I will never buy a Mizzen and Main shirt again. We have had nothing but issues. The shirt did not fit property. The sleeves were like clown sleeves. So we requested a return receipt to return. We returned the shirt (which by the way, they won't give us a refund though it was within the proper time frame). They said we could only get an online credit. More than 3 weeks after we returned the shirt, we still have not received any notification of the refund or credit. If you call their customer service number, no one EVER answers the phone. Just goes to a VM. I have emailed numerous times and no one has ever responded to my emails and their "live chat" feature is always turned off, so you can't even live chat with anyone. HORRIBLE custom service. Do not buy from them ever!

      On good recommendation I bought 5 shirts. I am a very typical fit, 186 cm and 82 kg and usually everything in medium fits me very well. All the shirts I got had an extremely wide collar, I have never experienced before this before. I work in finance and buy probably 7-10 shirts each year and I have never experienced fits that are this out of touch before. Horrible.

      I purchased 5 shirts. I first called to inquire about slow delivery (which in my account said they had delivered days prior and it was not the case) and they never replied to emails. Left a voice message and they never responded. Luckily the merchandise eventually arrived. One of the shirt did not fit the same as the others so I want to return. I was surprise to learn that I could not get full reimbursement; only store credit. The other problem is that I was not able to print a return label in their website - for whatever reason I kept getting an error. So I called customer service - nobody answered so I was force to leave a message and then nobody calls you back either. Same thing with emails. I will never buy again. I hope that someone how I am able to return shirt. I wish I could get a credit to my credit card.

      I have 5 Mizzen+Main shirts. I like them very much. And I'm unlikely to purchase any more. My last two orders had problems. In each case, getting the company to respond to my inquiries was slow. They don't respond to my emails, and they don't actually answer the phone. They do respond to inquiries on their "Contact Us" page. My latest trouble began when I ordered an item, and after the order was accepted they informed me it was now on backorder. It was not on backorder when I completed my purchase. After finally getting a hold of the company a month after I placed my order, they admitted that there was an error in their ordering system. While the shirt was available when I ordered, it is now not available and will not be restocked. They told me to pick another item, or take a refund. After wasting a month of my time, it seems they could have tried just a little harder. Some acknowledgement would have made sense. Terrible service.
