Disappointed in Mizzen+Main Customer Support. I’ve been a fan of Mizzen+Main for their quality clothing and great fit. Unfortunately, a recent experience with their Customer Support team has made me change my mind. I placed an order, kept two items, and returned three. When the refund came through, it was only $94.07—$115.20 short, with no explanation. It turns out the value of a gift card I used for partial payment was treated as a “discount.” But a gift card is not a discount—it’s a form of payment, just like cash.

Placed a next day order for a business trip, two straight days of no communications from MM and no shipping. One agent lied and claimed the order was fulfilled when it wasn’t but couldn’t commit to a shipping timeline. Called, spoke with an even more unhelpful supervisor who couldn’t explain why the order hadn’t been fulfilled and her only solution was to place another then blamed her fulfillment team for the inability to get an answer quickly. Obviously I cancelled my order. Your business operations clearly sucks and you’ve lost my business.

I purchased a couple items for my son on their website. I am not sure how, but after entering my zip code for shipping rates, I entered my billing information and made the purchase. Somehow the shipping address defaulted to a family member's address in a different state which I never entered on Mizzen+Main's site. I called, the number, I texted the number, and emailed and was unable to get thru as it was after hours. I called immediately as they opened, the next morning, emailed and texted and you can never get thru to anyone as it tells you everyone is busy, leave a message.

Customer service works banking hours and hides behind emails rather than picking up a phone. Ordered shirt that were never delivered. Called and emailed the company. They asked me to file a claim with their shipper. I guess I am supposed to do their job too! Maybe I should get a sewing machine and make my own for them.

I purchased 7 shirts from Mizzen+Main ($700+). Two of the shirts were not good looking in person. Tried to return and they only offered store credit since those two shirts were on sale (the only two in my order). Will NOT buy again.

I was told I’d get $75 off my order with a referral code. I ordered different sizes of a few items because I’ve never shopped Mizzen & Main before, and I returned shirts that didn’t fit well as well as a couple styles that seemed too “golfer dad” to me. However, that’s when I learned that the $75 discount was divided among my 7 items and wouldn’t be reapplied to only the items I kept. That’s such a scam! I’ve shopped online for ages and have never seen such a ploy. I’ll never shop here again due to this bait-and-switch approach of promising $75 off but not giving $75 off, which is not explained in the fine print of my $75-off email either. Beware!

BUYER BEWARE. I will never buy a Mizzen and Main shirt again. We have had nothing but issues. The shirt did not fit property. The sleeves were like clown sleeves. So we requested a return receipt to return. We returned the shirt (which by the way, they won't give us a refund though it was within the proper time frame). They said we could only get an online credit. More than 3 weeks after we returned the shirt, we still have not received any notification of the refund or credit. If you call their customer service number, no one EVER answers the phone. Just goes to a VM. I have emailed numerous times and no one has ever responded to my emails and their "live chat" feature is always turned off, so you can't even live chat with anyone. HORRIBLE custom service. Do not buy from them ever!

On good recommendation I bought 5 shirts. I am a very typical fit, 186 cm and 82 kg and usually everything in medium fits me very well. All the shirts I got had an extremely wide collar, I have never experienced before this before. I work in finance and buy probably 7-10 shirts each year and I have never experienced fits that are this out of touch before. Horrible.

I purchased 5 shirts. I first called to inquire about slow delivery (which in my account said they had delivered days prior and it was not the case) and they never replied to emails. Left a voice message and they never responded. Luckily the merchandise eventually arrived. One of the shirt did not fit the same as the others so I want to return. I was surprise to learn that I could not get full reimbursement; only store credit. The other problem is that I was not able to print a return label in their website - for whatever reason I kept getting an error. So I called customer service - nobody answered so I was force to leave a message and then nobody calls you back either. Same thing with emails. I will never buy again. I hope that someone how I am able to return shirt. I wish I could get a credit to my credit card.

I have 5 Mizzen+Main shirts. I like them very much. And I'm unlikely to purchase any more. My last two orders had problems. In each case, getting the company to respond to my inquiries was slow. They don't respond to my emails, and they don't actually answer the phone. They do respond to inquiries on their "Contact Us" page. My latest trouble began when I ordered an item, and after the order was accepted they informed me it was now on backorder. It was not on backorder when I completed my purchase. After finally getting a hold of the company a month after I placed my order, they admitted that there was an error in their ordering system. While the shirt was available when I ordered, it is now not available and will not be restocked. They told me to pick another item, or take a refund. After wasting a month of my time, it seems they could have tried just a little harder. Some acknowledgement would have made sense. Terrible service.

These are by far the best business shirts I have both seen and worn. All my shirts arrived within five business days with free shipping but there are other options for shipping. They are a little pricey but I regret nothing. I look sexy! These shirts really are underpriced.

Mizzen+Main clothing is the most enduring performance wear clothing I've purchased (the dress shirt's wrinkle-free and worry-free, and durable and suitable for packing and unpacking). The quality of the material is top-notched, well sewn and crafted, and not cheap. I especially love their casual sweaters for activity - lovely. They also have pieces of clothing that fits most sizes. My son and partner loves them. I have found their shipping is especially reliable as well. But I should like subscription box in which my partner and my son could be professionally styled according their tastes - something curated... and I would like to see a line of performance shoes to complement their wonderful clothing.

It is a great company that offers quality clothes at the best price. They are the essential element for a man of good dress. Their promotions and offers are interesting as well. But while my overall experience was excellent, they should offer more interesting and engaging clothing packages for the general public because they have not yet reached the most important stratum of buyers. Nevertheless, customer service was top brand so I have no doubt to buy back there.

Mizzen+Main clothing is amazing. I love that I can shop for the man in my life at one shop. They offer a large variety of men`s clothing at great prices. Also, they offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more. But I wish they would offer more monthly sales or deals. I would also like if they would improve their mobile app to stop so many glitches. Nevertheless, my overall experience from Mizzen+Main has been wonderful. Any man in your life would love clothing from this store.

I enjoyed ordering online, because shipping was relatively fast, and when I wanted to exchange because of sizing concerns, the representative I emailed was very polite and accommodating. I like that they're classic and have moisture wicking technology. Their clothes are mostly unisex and I like wearing men's clothing sometimes because it suits me better. But they could make the price more affordable and make the color selection more expansive. Sometimes their selection can get very boring, so I'd like to see more prints, patterns, and fabric.

I liked that it was quick drying and wrinkle free. The styles were classic and the fit finder made it very easy to figure out exactly what to purchase. And fit my ex who had a very athletic build. My overall experience was great. Buying something online, especially for someone other than yourself, is always a little risky. But the way the whole process was set up, I felt very confident that I was buying the right thing, and the shirt fit perfectly! He loved it! I just think continuing to expand the line would be a good thing for them. Reasonably priced men's clothing isn't easy to come by, and for guys with that specific athletic build of broad shoulders, if they find something that fits them, they'll definitely keep coming back! Make it a one-stop shop!

I love the overall design, look and color of their line of products. Mizzen+Main has high quality products that look good. They have bright colors and prints for the whole family to enjoy. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the shipment came in and love that the items fit perfectly.

Love wearing these Mizzen+Main underwear while working out. Underwear is durable and very stylish. Also, my wife love when I wear them, working, exercising, fishing, or even just hanging out with friends in clubs and bars, having a great time, enjoying myself in comfortability. It has been a great experience overall.

Mizzen+Main are the softest and lightest of all the clothes I have ever had. They are better fitter comfier and really really good, there is no way you are wearing one of this and feeling bad. They are a piece of heaven. Never have one article of clothing from them that I did not like and fit good.

I love that it features attractive colors and the fact that they are high quality and are at great prices makes everything so amazing, as well as the fact that they put so much time and effort to put in the best looks is great. But they could incorporate other statement pieces such as scarves or maybe gloves to switch up the idea. I think adding more watches and other small accessories such as necklaces would also really amp up the look. But my overall experience was pretty great and I never had an unsatisfactory result since I was always happy and I think that also had to do with the fact that I always had great customer service from them whenever I needed it which always was amazing and really nice whenever I had an issue.

I have had positive overall experiences with Mizzen+Main and their products. I feel for the quality of the products the prices are more than fair and very much worth it, their clothes are durable and last years and can be re worn over and over, the fabrics withstand the test of time in the washing machine too and don't fade very easy. They are made from high quality materials, they are a "clean" look and cut. They are very professional and trendy looking. They have the right fits and are comfortable too. However, they could make clothing for women and kids too, like shoes for men, woman and children, children clothing and woman clothing too, and not just business types of clothing but would be nice to see casual types of clothing too.

Mizzen+Main has variety of clothing options available that men would love to wear and look good... and at good price. Great experience to use this brand. It also has great quality and comfort. My husband loves using clothes of Mizzen+Main.

I like that the moisture wicking wetness from sweat doesn't show up as quickly, wrinkle-resistant not wrinkle-free, Quick drying: You don't need to dry clean these, just throw them in the wash and hang them up to dry. Depending on the shirt, could be as quick as an hour or two. Most of my dress shirts are either snug or they are loose. With Mizzen+Main, I don't have to make that trade-off. The stretch means I can get a shirt that fits me well standing still and moving around. However, the polo shirts - is wrinkly every time I wear it. There are a lot of Golf polos that seem to do what this one is trying to do a little bit better. It's not a bad shirt. It's very light and it is fairly stretchy and soft, but it's not one I'd recommend.

I liked how everything was and how it all seemed to fit together. I also liked the workers. The cashier offered to help me find the perfect cologne. But I disliked how cluttered everything seemed. It also had sections dedicated towards certain people which I don't like that. But this place was the best out of the three that I went to. It allowed me to completely redo my whole wardrobe. It was a great experience and it's something that should be visited

Mizzen+Main sells innovative performance, wrinkle free men clothes. The clothes are lightweight, have athletic fit, and they are made in the US. Clothes feel good and look great. They work fine and they are premium and high quality. My overall experience with Mizzen+Main and the product that I ordered was very positive. It was easy and fast to order and I would recommend.

I like their underwear a lot. Lots of colors and variety and it fits well. Well made and good quality too. It is a must and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for long lasting underwear.

Mizzen+Main has the coolest trends and styles out there. I like the different looks they offer. But they can improve the trends and have more styles for big and tall people out there. The quality of the products at Mizzen+Main is generally pretty good. I find that the quality stands up over time generally which is pretty great. I would be willing to purchase again in the future. But they should work on getting more durable waistbands. My overall impression of the brand is that they are up-and-coming. However, they should work on offering a wider variety of products to appeal to more people.
