I purchased a T550 Bobcat loader, a track loader, with confidence and recognized that while its exterior showed signs of use, mechanically it was in impressive condition— It practically had a brand-new engine. When running it, I noted none of the build-up you’d expect from prolonged use, which reassured me greatly. It was a clear indication of careful maintenance, verified by clean service records and smooth operations.

Despite minor aesthetic wear and a floor cleanup, the loader was fully functional. Small issues like slightly overfilled hydraulics were trivial in comparison to the robust performance of the machinery. With it, I quickly secured two jobs, enhancing my workflow without hassle. I even devised a simple yet effective solution to reduce dirt intake in the machine's cabin.

Previously, I was cautious about acquiring used machines, recalling an earlier John Deere model that suffered frequent electrical issues. However, this purchase has so far proved far superior in terms of wiring and equipment standards, backed by a dependable warranty option.

My experience with Cloud Store Machinery hasn’t just been good on a personal scale; it extended to my influence, impacting others positively. I successfully facilitated a neighbor’s purchase, which expanded their capabilities efficiently.

I am satisfied with the unit's overall performance, though I did note some cosmetic aspects weren't perfect. If recommendations are based on function and mechanical integrity, I'd feel confident recommending Cloud Store. It’s been worth the investment, and I am genuinely happy without having needed any convincing through incentives, just through experience and results.

Cloud Store was very up-front and helpful. When things were wrong, they bent over backwards to try to get it fixed. They were always in touch and always made follow-ups. So I'm very happy about that. But seven days is not enough. This is a very used piece of equipment, and you don't know what's gonna go wrong in the first seven days. So, it would have been helpful to have a better warranty. Otherwise, they were very good.

Exploring the Cloud Store website, I found it decently attractive and user-friendly. It offered everything I needed for browsing and selecting machinery efficiently. As a business owner, extreme professionalism and transparency in dealings stood out for me, and Cloud Store mostly lived up to that standard. Communication was another strong suit—they answered all questions and followed up diligently, which is something I value highly in any business interaction.

Price-wise, their offerings were competitive. Additionally, Cloud Store carried machinery that was hard to find elsewhere, which gave them an edge in my purchasing decision—especially after three years of searching for the right equipment.

My machinery was delivered within a couple of weeks, aligning with industry standards. Overall, while the experience was not flawless, it showcased several strengths alongside necessary improvements.

We were able to include a lot of things that I wanted with it and it operates well so far. It only came with one key, but that's fine for a used product. If it's at a Cat dealer, which it was, it's easy to replace it with a second key. The dealer did not ship the second key, and I would like to have it shipped. But I also found myself realizing that the door latch itself is very finicky. When you get inside the machine, you need to slam the door multiple times to get the door shut, which is not ideal.

When we were moving some tree trunks around, I got out of the vehicle to make an adjustment and the door shut. It latched without me needing to slam it. I didn't think anything of it, but when I got ready to get back in the vehicle, I could not. I was prepared to break the glass on the machine I just purchased a couple of days prior to get in. I had to hit the door handle a couple of times and it wiggled loose. I have seven days to get back to Cloud Store and that's something I was going to write up and send their way. That's my biggest gripe.

The tracks that I have on the machine are bald. They may have serviced the machine, but I have to buy new tracks and tracks are about $2,000. The other day when I was using the machine, it rained. It also rained the day before and it made the ground pretty soft. As I was moving around, the ground was slowly turning to mud. I had to rock this 9,000-pound machine back and forth to move. I've driven lots of these, and that was not supposed to happen. Track treads typically last 1,500 to 2,000 hours. I made the purchase with about 1,600 hours on it so it's within tolerance. But I would have expected them to notice the treads are bad and replace them.

If you're looking to buy a piece of machinery and you want to save a little time and effort from looking all over the web, Cloud Store is a good option. They have lots of equipment from across the country that they can source. I was able to get a 500-hour warranty on my machine, which is great. All in all, with low hours, relatively good warranty, and the peace of mind of knowing I didn't have to frantically look for equipment all over the place and I was able to work with someone from Cloud Store, that's worth it. I will be buying another piece of machinery, hopefully before the fall, if I can get business moving fast enough. If I did so, I would buy through Cloud Store again.

Tyler was indeed helpful and found me a great deal. I managed to purchase a similar machine, the same size and year, with fewer hours at a lower price. I also saved on delivery fees by transporting it myself. The quality of machinery they sell is excellent; it's all American-made brands like Bobcat and Kubota, and they steer clear of cheaper, lesser-known brands.

Overall, my experience with Cloud Store was fantastic. I saved about $14,000 compared to local prices. The same machine would've cost about $34,000 to $35,000 locally, whereas I got mine for just under $24,000 after taxes and fees. I would definitely rate my experience with them as a 5 out of 5 and the representative I worked with, Tyler, also gets a 5. He was quick to find me exactly what I needed.

Upon receiving the product, the quality was satisfactory, but there was disappointment due to the wrong parts being sent. Unfortunately, Cloud Store did not resolve this, attributing the issue to the supplier. Consequently, the item did not meet my expectations.

Without a warranty option, I didn't pursue further resolution outside of Cloud Store, and if a friend or family asked for my advice regarding Cloud Store, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, I have some reservations about recommending them.

Please Read before even calling Cloud Store! On May 14th Cloud Store ran my credit, performing a hard inquiry that will stay on my credit report until June 2027, without my permission. Even worse, I have spent weeks calling the Cloud Store and they either ignore my concerns and fail to call me back, or even worse, they are now dodging my calls. What Cloud Store does is farm your credit out to lenders like Marlin and hope for approvals. They do not care about the consumer's credit score. They are clearly desperate to sell equipment even at a possible the buyer's expense. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

As for the purchase experience itself, everything seemed to go smoothly. We acquired the equipment this past spring, and while I don't operate it myself, my son does. The machinery arrived in fine condition, which was expected, though I'm grateful we opted for the extra warranty. That's essential, given that a part which costs $10,000 ended up breaking. Fortunately, the warranty is supposed to cover that, so it’s a relief.

We’re satisfied with Cloud Store. A lady we dealt with was really nice and helped take care of the issues.

I bought a machinery unit and started experiencing issues before I had even utilized it for an hour. A code indicative of a problem with the machine's secondary computer appeared right from the start, suggesting that this problem existed before I received the equipment. Unfortunately, this was evident from the machine's own computer system history. When reaching out to Cloud Store for assistance, I was let down by their response and lack of support. Initially, they claimed the problem wasn’t theirs and only got back to me after a week. Subsequently, they shifted the responsibility onto Crownstone machinery, an affiliate from whom the machine originally came.

This lack of accountability has left me feeling neglected as a consumer. The machine was claimed to be Bobcat certified, and yet I cannot use it or the attachments I purchased for thousands of dollars due to the unresolved issue. An experience like this definitely doesn't inspire me to consider future purchases or recommend Cloud Store to others.

My interaction with Cloud Store has been far from satisfactory, leading me to the strong conclusion that they would not be my choice again or a suggestion to a friend.
