    I've been looking for an excavator for a while now and I was on Facebook, and the algorithms were bringing up excavators and it brought Cloud Store up. So, I asked the salesperson about that excavator specifically and he answered me on a Sunday. So, I liked that. The guy said that he had it and it was in Indiana. We were looking for something close. I wanted to see it. But he didn't want me to see it at first. He was trying to get the dealership to send me pictures and they were dragging their feet. He was patient and so was I. The pictures that I wanted weren't any good. I had an excavator rented at the time and I took a video of what I wanted to see on the excavator that I was running. He tried to do all that but he wasn't getting cooperation. So, he just put me in touch with the dealer.

    The sales process worked out good once I got my eyeballs on the equipment. I would have gone and looked at it by the pictures. But I took a gamble because I didn't have the pictures. But we ended up buying it. It was perfect. I talked to the dealership to make sure that the guy got his commission and Cloud Store got their money and it worked out nicely. So, I'm completely happy with it.

    We were in traffic jams and it was a miserable trip getting the excavator but I was still happy because I was driving home with my new one. I was in touch with the rep the whole time and he was easy to deal with. And if I need something, I'm calling him again unless I can find it right where I'm at. I saved the guy's number because it's from Plano, Texas. He did a good job. He knew what I wanted and found it. He took care of everything and was helpful. I might have paid just a little too much after looking to see what's out there and what I'm seeing for sale now. But it's right in there. There's nothing wrong with commission or profit. I get all that. My son was an auctioneer. So, there's no problem. It was a fair deal.

      I have multiple offices in the state of New Mexico. I own an architectural design group. I also own a real estate development company, which is my general contracting company. We opened a second office in Southern New Mexico and we are currently contracting a lot of debris removal and site cleanups. I asked my partner what he needed and he said he could use an excavator to help increase our bandwidth and increase productivity. I went out and searched for an excavator. He did lead me toward Cloud Store because he purchased a piece of equipment from them in the past. He said he had a good experience, so I tried them and it all worked out really well.

      I have never bought a piece of heavy equipment before and I'm looking for another piece. So, I'm gonna start with them first. Initially, I spoke to a sales rep and he led me through several different pieces of equipment and we helped narrow down my search. Once we picked the piece of equipment and negotiated the price, he handed me off to the next representative of the company that got me through the finance and signature and the exchange of purchase documents, and then there was another person I was handed off to. It was a very seamless handoff every time that we moved to the next subject matter expert to help complete the transaction.

      The prices were what I expected. I had a budget and a price range and they didn't try to upsell me on a more expensive piece of equipment. I feel like we found the right piece of equipment, size, and weight for my price range that had the best mechanical history. The overall purchase process was really easy. It was very simple. I expected a lot more paperwork. It's attributed to my financial status, my bank accounts, and the conduct of our business and how long we've been in business and what we do. I was really surprised at the end of the day that it didn't take another couple of weeks and a lot more paperwork. I was able to search in-between conversations with the different representatives, actually challenge myself to potentially other brands or other equipment, and I found their website easy to navigate and very informative.

      I was searching for a piece of equipment and ran across Cloud Store on the internet. But their prices are determined by other equipment people who are selling these items. So it wasn't a fair deal. It was whoever had the property that I was interested in. I spoke with people to purchase and the customer service was fairly good.

      But it seems to me there was some type of a discrepancy. They advertised you could buy with a credit card and when it came time to do it, it was not functional. That was the only thing that was a little bit sketchy on their part and we had to scramble around to try to figure out how to get the money. They wanted paid up front. Also, they're in Texas and we're in Ohio and the equipment was someplace else. We weren't about to send somebody a $42,000 check and have no idea who they are and that a piece of equipment even existed. We ended up working a deal to where we gave them half of it. We stepped out and gave them 20,000 and we were sitting on the edge of our chair until they said, "Well, we don't know when we can ship it for those deals."

      Then, we saw a great big semi rolling down the road with our equipment on it, it was kind of touch and go. There was a couple of things wrong with the pieces of equipment that I asked them to verify for sure that these items were perfect. One of the major ones was not and still is not. I'm kind of a little bit disgusted. But I would recommend them.

      I saw a YouTube promoter mentioning Cloudstore and I checked them out. I was hesitant up until the point of sending my payment through the bank because it was a wire transfer, and it was quite a substantial sum. Once I sent my wire, I sent a text directly to the representative that payment had been sent. I received a confirmation a little while later that they got it on their end and that they would update soon. That was on a Thursday and Monday afternoon, I received a call that my tractor would be delivered the next day and I would receive a call from the delivery driver. The next morning, I got a call at 3:15 and on Tuesday afternoon, I had a tractor sitting in my driveway.

      The rep was great and communicated well. He kept me informed about each step of the process. I wouldn't hesitate now to use them again. It was just at the onset of doing that, not being familiar with them and so many scam artists in different places. I was wiring a substantial sum of money to buy a tractor so there was always this hesitancy if it was legit or was I being taken care of or being taken advantage of. But now, after dealing with Cloudstore, I would recommend them to anybody.

      The purchase price was fantastic because I purchased below what would have been a dealer cost. Mine was in a reverse auction so every 12 hours, the price dropped and I called it at the perfect time when it was within my budget. It ended up costing me more than I had anticipated in the end because it was being shipped 900 miles so there was a substantial shipping cost. But it was still cheaper than buying something local even after paying taxes and shipping. So that was great. But naturally, if I could have bought it at that price locally or even been able to go get it myself, it would have been some savings. I saved money regardless. It was a very quick process because it was a turnkey deal. I let them handle all the shipping and I did all payments one time to them. And then I just waited.

      The tractor is what I expected and what I paid for. It's the best multi-purpose tractor I could buy to do, at least, most of the things I need to do. I've done my research and it was the tractor I wanted. It was as described. It was delivered around April 22nd so, it’s going on three months. If it would quit raining, I'd use it a whole lot more. We've had a lot of rain over the last bit so it's hard to do the things I need to do without tearing up the yard and property.

      The price that they quoted was the price that I got the tractor for. But they did a very bad job with their communication on how they worked. They told me, “Don't talk to the store about the tractor ‘cause they're gonna quote you the different price, whereas we deal direct through John Deere's corporate office. We can get better prices.” I felt a little insecure about that. I talked to the store about the price they added at, and it was about $7,000 higher. But as I talked to my salesman at Cloudstore, I started to feel comfortable that what he was saying was correct.

      After I wired the funds and was expecting my contract fulfillment and information, I didn't get it. So I called them up and said, “Hey, I need to see the purchase order. I need to see that that tractor’s been taken off the sales floor. I need something that makes me feel more comfortable with how this is going down,” because of their lack of communication. The salesperson said, “I'm traveling right now. Can I get it for you tomorrow?” That really freaked me out. I told him, “Are you telling me that you don't have anybody in your office that can send me all of these things that I need?” Within a couple of hours, they'd gotten me everything. I was able to call John Deere corporate and confirm that they actually worked through corporate. I was able to confirm the CFO whose email I had gotten was a real email and was a real person. So I felt comfortable again. Cloudstore is legitimate but they need to work on their communication through the process.

      I was looking at a Bobcat T450 and there were 100,000 of them for sale and Cloud Store happened to be one of the ones that was selling one. I contacted them and I ended up buying one through them. From payment to delivery, it was a little bit slow but otherwise it was, it was pretty good. We had a purchase going for a unit and the lady that I was dealing with, Paula, ended up contacting me back and saying that the inspection report didn't come back to where she was comfortable with it and that she recommended maybe I wouldn't buy that, so we should find something different. It had rust all over it and in the sales photos, it didn't show that. When she finally got the inspection report, she saw that it had rust and then had them send her new photographs and it showed all the rust. I reviewed the inspection report and fully agreed with her. I found the same unit from a different seller. A little bit more hours but better quality as far as the chassis.

      I'm very grateful that that whole process happened with the inspection, but I feel like that should be done before. It might be a hassle for somebody to not have it inspected until they have a buyer. Otherwise, it was a great experience. The salesperson contacted me back and asked how the machine is working. I stated a few issues and she looked into that for me and then she sent me an email. The fact that she reached out after the sale was really cool. We're looking at another unit right now and I've contacted that same salesperson and she's shopping for me, which saves me tons of time.

      I was on the Marketplace and they had some tractors that I was looking for. One of them caught my attention and I hit further communication and I got an email. Paula, the representative, was excellent and did a very good job of representing me. She spent two days finding exactly what I was looking for. And that was above and beyond the call of the normal duty. I got specific with her and she kept after it until she found exactly what it was. The tractor was $10,000 off of a new tractor and it only had three hours on it. She found it in Missouri. Somebody called her about the same tractor and she asked what I was gonna do and I told her to get it on the truck. I went to two John Deere dealerships here and they were $10,000 higher for the same product. It came out of the blue and I'm very satisfied with what she recommended in the process. I've got a tractor listed and it's a 1720 Ford tractor and it's on Cloud Store’s website.

      I had to hold up a piece of equipment through Cloud Store. We needed one that had air, heat, and a front door on it, but we didn't get a chance to purchase one because the one I had put the money down on wasn't the right one. We've been searching. I found another one from a Caterpillar dealer, but we can't get a warranty on it. We've been working with Bruno, and it was easy to get in contact with him. But as of right now, we hadn't done anything other than put down the money. We're on a standstill but we found out we couldn't get our money back. He said he could take it over to another Bobcat or other piece of equipment that we decide to purchase.

      What happened was, late that evening, I had to do a hold really quickly in order to get him to hold it and he did it after an hour. The next day, we were able to release it when we found out it didn't have air and heat and I didn't want my friend dealing with it. If you're gonna use a piece of equipment like that, you need to be able to use it at all times and you can't use that thing in the summertime when it's 100 degrees and you're trying to work in it and there is no air. You can't use it in the wintertime when it's five degrees and you're trying to work in it and there's no heat.

      The only problem I had with Cloud Store is that we can't get our money back right now. Everything was fine except the fact that we want to buy from them but we can't get our money back until then. I don't know how long the hold is gonna be. They might hold my $500 and find one, then they might just jack the price off a little so $500 won't make a difference. We still plan to purchase an equipment from them. I was just dissatisfied with not getting the money back.

      Cloud Store has a lot of inventory and the site was easy to maneuver. Purchasing from them was very easy. The rep that I dealt with was so awesome. She made sure that everything went smoothly. We had a couple of little things that happened, but she fixed them right away and everything worked out perfectly. The best part of the deal was the woman that I dealt with was really good. If I didn't get reach, she called back. She called me right back on any questions. We had a problem with the serial number when it got to the port and they fixed it within 15 minutes, which was great because I was nervous because the guy was waiting there for me. If you're looking for a piece of machinery and you need to get it where you gotta go, Cloud Store is the place to shop.

      I signed up with Cloud Store a while back 'cause I have a backhoe and I wanted get a mini excavator. I get emails from them all the time and they always text or call me. They're very friendly, and they followed up with me. Usually, the first time, whenever I call or if I have to leave a voicemail, they call me right back. However, I wasn't able to purchase the Takeuchi mini excavator. It costs $14,000, which is a great price for that. It was a 2017 unit and it had low hours. It would have worked out good for me, but I tried several banks and I couldn't get the approval for a loan.
