My only, yet pretty consequential, complaint is that the "VIP" credit they charge you for EXPIRES! This means that Fabkids takes your money then set a time limit on when you can spend it and then pockets it if you don't spend it in their timeframe. That fact seems a bit preposterous to me because MY money is taken so MY money should be spent when I want to spend it. I'm actually going to cancel my membership with Fabkids after realizing that 8 different VIP credits "expired"... That's approximately $360 Fabkids took from me for absolutely nothing.

I was extremely disappointed! I have made several purchases and was fairly pleased. Products were “ok” quality for the money. They have taken HUNDREDS of dollars through the auto payment(vip credit). They don’t have a huge selection and don’t always have the size I need. Plus, I don’t want to use my credits on items worth less than the money I spent on the credits. Well, all of a sudden my credits disappeared. They did not even offer me store credit. They just took my money! Not worth it!

This is unbelievable and totally wrong! I ordered 18 months ago and was not aware that they signed me up as a VIP member. They took 50.00 out from my credit card and I am out over a thousand dollars. I did not have a single order and it still was taken out. This is not right! Tried calling and online chatting. On phone without answering. No chat answer as well. How can a business keep taking your money without your knowledge??? Cancelled card!

Fab Kids is a rip-off. I was charged $1000 over a two-year period, that’s not refundable. When ordering from them, they automatically sign you up for a membership that you are not aware of. However, I came to find out it's in the fine print, after I noticed the $49.98 on my bank statement. Please be aware of this place. A Whole Rip-Off.

I canceled and they renewed with my daughter in laws card. How did they even get that card #. I have been on hold for an hour without anyone picking up. E mails have been returned undeliverable. Do not use this company. I am still fighting to get her card refunded.

Awful company to work with. I have canceled my membership twice with no email confirmation, spent 30 plus minutes waiting for them to answer when they never did. I need my money back and an answer from you people. Would give negative 10 stars if possible. Cannot believe this place hasn't been sued yet!

This company is associated with Fabletics also. They sign you up for a "membership" automatically. If you don't catch it, you could be paying monthly payments unknowingly. Both Fabletics and Fabkids have done this & now I'm trying to recoup my money and it's a HUGE hassle! Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit against Kate Hudson and her companies! She's preying on unsuspecting customers!

I love FabKids, have ordered for years. However, I just went to place an order using my 3 PAID FOR credits and a couple other things that I'll pay the cost of. When I was done bundling my items and applying my credits, the total of the rest of my items was $16.21 however it said my total was $42.41!!! They were trying to charge me $17.49 in TAXES as well as $8.71 in IMPORT TAXES. I want the items, but not enough to pay this much. I'm already applying $120 worth of credits that I've paid for... I'm not paying that much for a < $20 purchase.

The quality of FabKids products are wonderful but the way they charge you $40 every month after is dirty! They signed me up for a membership of $40/month unbeknownst to me. I called them to get this sorted out with customer service and they said they would take off the 2 months of charges on my account and give me a $20.00 gift certificate which I told them I wouldn't be shopping here anymore. We will see if I get my money back.

I ordered shoes on the 15th. Still have not received them, there is no tracking info on the website available about the shoes, I am also signed up to receive text alerts about my delivery but I have not received the first message. This company is not honest about its shipping times, it's not honest about putting updates in about the delivery and I will never spend money here again. This is a small company, and in order to grow they need repeat customers, they need customers telling their friends and family about them so they can grow. I only have a negative experience to tell my friends and family about. When I contacted customer service about this all I could say is they have no control over the delivery once it leaves from the shop and goes with their couriers. I'm sorry but that is not a good answer. They need better customer service and they need to be honest with the people buying their products.
