They did the pick up and then I got up here and the next day, they did the delivery. They stayed communicating throughout the whole thing. The movers were really good. They were quick and easy to work with. They called in ahead.”

    While Tyler (quoted above) was ultimately happy with his move, he did tell us this: “There was a fee that wasn't disclosed to me. It was a pretty significant increase. Colonial explained why. It’s just the person who did all the quote in the beginning did not tell me that there was a long-distance fee. But it was some ridiculously small amount of distance, like 30 feet from the point of pick-up or drop-off. So, they had to move the stuff. You get charged per foot. But I’d still recommend it.”
