About MoveSafe Relocation
MoveSafe Relocation offers long-distance moving services in all 50 states and local moving services in Florida and surrounding areas. As a moving broker, it coordinates with a network of licensed, insured carriers to complete residential and commercial moves throughout the country. How MoveSafe Relocation works
To get a quote for your move, you can call or fill out a form online. You’ll have to provide your name and contact information and details about your move, including the date, pickup and drop-off locations, and the number of rooms. If you use the online form, you’ll see an inventory sheet where you can select items you need moved.
Once the MoveSafe team has all this information, the company will contact you with a quote. If you’re happy with the cost, you can book your move with the assigned carrier.
If you need to change your booking, you can cancel within 72 hours of making the reservation without penalty. If you’ve paid a nonrefundable deposit and cancel after 72 hours, you will receive a credit in the amount of the deposit to put toward another move. The credit expires after 12 months.
MoveSafe Relocation availability
MoveSafe is based in Lake Worth, Florida. It offers long-distance moving services in all 50 states and in Washington, D.C. If you’re moving to Hawaii or Alaska, the company will coordinate with local movers and provide shipping containers or options for air freight as needed.

It can also arrange short- and long-term storage rentals, with climate-controlled options available. You can work with MoveSafe to store your belongings along the route or in your destination city.
How much does MoveSafe Relocation cost?
MoveSafe doesn’t share its pricing online. This is typical for brokers, because relocation needs are unique to each home or business, and costs largely depend on the carrier assigned. You can get a free quote by calling the company directly or completing a form online. MoveSafe does specify that its quotes are binding, which means you’ll be charged what you’re quoted as long as you’ve accurately inventoried your belongings.
The average cost for a local move is between $80 and $100 per hour for two movers as of publishing. If you have a bigger house or lots of items to transport, your move might require a larger crew, which would mean spending a bit more.

Can I cancel my move with MoveSafe Relocation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation with MoveSafe. According to the company’s refund policy, you can cancel without penalty within 72 hours of booking if you notify the company by emailing cancel@movesaferelocation.com.
If you cancel after this period and your carrier charges a nonrefundable deposit, you’ll receive a credit for the amount of your deposit. This credit may be applied to future moving services and expires after 12 months.

Jake from Move Safe needs to get a grip. Someone entered the wrong number into the Move Safe system and now I keep getting calls from Jake. I've responded multiple times letting them know they have the wrong number. I wouldn't normally write a review like this but Jake is a very rude salesperson. My name isn't even Josh which is how I know these are all from the same company.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I was quoted 2200, and did not know my exact move date. I was told by Zack that this would not affect my price as long as I have 7 days notice, which I did. Then they contacted me charging me an additional $700, I pointed out the contract that said I wouldnt be charged, but they said this did not matter because it was a high moving season. With my inventory I had 5 additional small boxes which I was charged an additional $400. So my total price went for 2200 to over 4000. Good luck with this moving company, brokers are very dishonest.

This company was horrible. They quoted me a price to get me and then when we did the inventory 3 days before the move they charged me an extra $1700 when nothing changed from our first conversation. I packed and wrapped everything and brought it to the basement so they only had to go up 8 steps to get it out my building. They charged me $75 for 8 steps.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are only the middle man in the moving process; they will quote you one thing and the actual price will be almost double. They place blame on their technology and the other moving firm they hire. They will send you "estimates" and then overcharge for every single thing. They are a nightmare to work with post moving. It took me 4 months to get a $200 refund AFTER being charged double the quote (5k turned into 10k). Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and money by going with another company.

We were moving after several years in the same house, so there was more clutter than I realized. The movers worked through it methodically. They wrapped furniture fully before carrying it out and kept heavier pieces secured. One large cabinet needed to be maneuvered sideways through a doorway. They paused, adjusted, and moved it carefully without scraping the wall. At delivery, they walked items directly into rooms instead of leaving everything at the entrance. It saved a lot of rearranging later. No damage and no unexpected changes in pricing.

They wrapped fragile furniture carefully and loaded the truck in a logical order. I would strongly caution anyone considering this moving company. Our initial estimate increased dramatically after inventory review, and the communication throughout the process was inconsistent and stressful. After delivery, we documented multiple damaged items and submitted the requested BOL, inventory list, and photos as part of the claims process. Despite providing the documentation, we were repeatedly asked to resubmit the same materials. The overall experience involved unexpected pricing changes, damage to household goods, and a frustrating claims process. I recommend thoroughly reviewing your contract, understanding valuation coverage, and documenting everything in writing before committing to this company.
