Start to finish, this was the easiest move we’ve made. The crew was friendly, punctual, worked nonstop, and was careful with all belongings and furniture…even tightened some legs on a couch for us without us knowing they needed tightening. Set everything where asked and offered to rearrange until the rooms looked right. Everyone at the office was also professional, explained the process and policies completely. We received multiple confirmations, progress, and post move calls to make sure we were happy at all stages. I highly recommend Mayzlin Relocation!

The quartet did a fantastic job. It took 4.5 hours to load and unload a 10' x 30' storage unit in two trips using a 20-foot truck. Thank goodness I didn't have to go it alone this time; I fed them and offered advice since I was so relieved. You may even have them assemble your order if you require that service.

The next time I move, not only do I want Mayzlin Relocation to make a move, I want the same team! The Mayzlin Relocation team provided the best moving experience I could have hoped for. They were careful to review the move plan before we started, made a note of any high-value items, and because there were two stops to the move, made sure they understood which items were to go to the new house and which would go into storage. They protected my tile and laminate floors from preventing damage. Then they carefully padded and wrapped the furniture to ensure it would be safe and clean.

It was a lucky day for me when Thomas and his packing crew arrived at my house. They all worked diligently and thoughtfully to make sure my belongings were packed with care. Then Thomas and his crew arrived and loaded the truck. It was then that all my concerns about my belongings traveling across the country in Charles truck melted away as they expertly loaded the truck. They arrived at my house in KS on time, as promised, and the crew was equally as professional as the NY crew. Christopher helped me navigate through what is often a stressful situation. They are not only experts in their field but also genuinely interested in taking the best care of their customer’s valuables, which truly made the outcome the best moving experience ever!

Our belongings were meticulously placed where they belonged in the cartons, not just tossed wherever. As shippers, these men put in a lot of time. Easily the worst experience I have ever had with a mover. Do not use this company. 1) Would not give a specific date for packing and loading or delivery. Kept saying the DOT does not allow that, funny part is the DOT website recommends that you get a specific update. 2) They as for a deposit which apparently is illegal in most states. 3) I did not get a call about when movers would arrive until I called twice 2 days before the day I was expecting to move. 4) When the movers did arrive the driver spoke almost no English (I believe Russian speaking) and was very difficult to communicate with. 5) When they packed dress clothes they just threw them in the bottom of a box, no hanging clothes not ever a bar in the box to hang them.
6) Packing a TV they didn't pack the power cord with that tv, just stuck it in a unlabeled box, same with power cords for recliner and adjustable bed. 7) Didn't label any boxes AT ALL, driver had no clue what boxes went in what room. 8) Deliver was 5 days later than their last day of the 1-7 day "range" they gave me. 9) Several damaged articles ie., I had 3 floor standing lamps all 3 broken beyond repair. 10) Not once was I contacted by any member of this company to check and see how the move went, not a call, text or email. Pretty obvious they aren't interested in customer service. They just want to take your money and run as fast as they can. I can not say strongly enough how terrible this mover is.
Per federal and state regulations carriers must not pay any claims voluntarily unless filed in writing within the time limits allowed by law and after filing requirements have been met. Therefore, we must refer all our customers to file a claim with our 3rd party claims company CSI so that it can be reviewed and addressed in a timely manner. We have contacted CSI and requested that initiate a claim file to allow the customer to file a claim as required by the law. We require that pictures showing the damages claimed as well as full view showing the entire item will be provided as support to your claim so that the adjusters can determine our legal liability. Please be sure to provide all required support directly to CSI for the proper investigation of your claim.
The customer was aware the pick up date was scheduled on the Original estimate from 04/24/2023-04/25/2023. We require that customers are available an entire day for the arrival of the truck as its time of arrival is dependent on many elements such as road, weather and mechanical conditions which are beyond our control. The customer was picked up on 04/24/2023 to which his signature attests.
The customer was asked what the date will be the first available date they will be ready for delivery. The customer stated 04/27/2023. From that date we have up to 21 business days to attempt the delivery of the shipment. We will not guarantee a date for delivery unless a dedicated truck was requested and paid for. We must take into consideration road conditions, weather, and mechanical issues that can affect truck routes. Everything that was agreed upon is in writing and it is the customer’s responsibility to verify all their needs are included in the original estimate. The shipment was delivered on 05/06/2023 in (Gulfport/MS) to which the customer’s signature attests.
We regret the customer had to sustain such unacceptable behavior of our foreman and/or crew. Our company policy provides for disciplinary action when such a review is received by a customer. The matter has been addressed by management. We thank you for bringing the matter to our attention as it helps our quality control department avoid such future complaints.

Dealing with the sales rep was great until I had an issue. Pick up was great, until it wasn't. Delivery almost didn't happen unless I surrendered another 700 dollars. I was told they would have to do a shuttle to unload without seeing the sight. I fought with them and had to video tape the road and driveway in order for them to agree. That is when communication stopped. They were trying to intimidate the driver just to push another service. All in all the move cost an additional 1,000 dollars but, the emotional stress can not even be measured with a monetary value. I really wish that a big news channel would do a story on the moving business. It's a racket and scam. They take advantage of you at a very stressful time in your life. I gave the company a rating of 2 because I did get my belongings and all in one piece.

The sales representative is not the company’s spokesperson and is not in position to determine any refunds, post pickup discounts, compensations or even estimated time of arrivals unless first verified and approved by dispatch department.Per federal regulations any additional items and services requested which were not included in the original estimate and may result in additional charges require that the movers provide a revised binding estimate which automatically cancels any previous estimates. The customer was provided a revised binding estimate which included all requested additional services prior to the loading of their goods to which their electronic signature attests.
Per our Estimate and Bill of Lading governing this move, we have up to 21 business days from our first available date to deliver the shipment. Although we work very hard to meet our customer’s requested pick-up and delivery dates, sometimes it is not always an option for a variety of reasons which makes the logistics of the moving industry complicated and unpredictable. The shipment was delivered on 04/18/2023 in (Campton/NH) to which the customer’s signature attests.

Impressed by owner and packing team but it went downhill from there. No communication to keep me informed of delivery and it was a week beyond due date. Took me 4 messages before I rec’d a call. My belongings were delivered and boxes were placed upside down. Paid extra of $350 for grandfather clock and it’s damaged. Brand new patio covers torn, mother’s Lladro broken and Lennox bowl in pieces. My childhood rocking chair broken. Worker didn’t say anything about not finding pieces to attach headboard and he just pushed bed up against it. It’s as if the team delivering my belongings didn’t care, and just wanted the job done. Driver only had 1 more delivery after mine and he had just delivered 5. I haven’t finished opening boxes and wonder what other damage I’ll find.

Per our Terms and Conditions as listed on the back of the Bill of Lading governing this move: “Carrier shall not be liable for the loss or destruction of, or missing goods, or damage of goods tendered hereunder or any part thereof unless the claim is made in writing supported by proof of ownership together with substantiation of value, and weight. As a condition precedent, all outstanding monies due to the mover must be paid in full before a claim can be submitted to the company within 9 months after the date the goods were delivered…”.
