I was so excited when I received a call on November 25th that my furniture was being loaded on the truck. They said it would take 2 to 3 days to load, and then up to five more days to be delivered from Texas to Washington. To my surprise, I received a call on December 1st that they would be there the 2nd. When Victor, the driver, said he would be there at 11:30 am, he was there at 11:30. He took such care with my furniture, unloading it from the semi and then bringing into my home. He not only put two beds together, he had the tools to put together my dining room table, and then before leaving, he put all the glass shelves in the cabinets. Thank you to Victor, and to the company for hiring him to bring all of my belongings across the country (even in Winter).

Moving across states can be overwhelming, but this company handled our transition with complete professionalism. We were relocating from AZ to AL and had a 4-bedroom home full of furniture, electronics, and tons of kitchen items. The team arrived early, packed everything with care, and documented our inventory. We received updates throughout the journey, and the delivery team arrived exactly when they said they would. Not a single broken plate, and all our furniture was reassembled perfectly. They even put rugs down at the new house to avoid dirtying the floors. Top-notch service for a long-distance move.

I recently moved from a three-bedroom house to a new city about 200 miles away, and I cannot praise this moving company enough. From my first inquiry, their customer service was excellent. The scheduling process was simple, and they were very flexible with my preferred dates. On moving day, the crew arrived promptly, well-prepared, and in uniform. They worked efficiently, carefully wrapping and securing all my furniture, especially the fragile items. I was particularly impressed with how they handled my antique wooden dresser, ensuring it was padded and secured properly. The team maintained a professional yet friendly attitude throughout the process. Upon arrival at my new home, they unloaded everything with the same care and even assisted in setting up large furniture pieces. Overall, it was a stress-free experience, and I highly recommend their services!

I’ve never encountered such a hardworking and positive crew! Moving is usually such a stressful experience, but these movers had an incredible attitude and worked tirelessly while keeping the atmosphere light and fun. They handled my belongings with care and wrapped up even the smallest items to make sure nothing would get damaged. I have a narrow staircase in my new place, but they navigated it with ease, making sure not to scratch the walls or my furniture. I can’t thank them enough for turning what could’ve been a stressful day into an enjoyable one. I’ll definitely be recommending this company to all my friends and family.

Bait and switch company. Can’t reach anyone but Phyllis when you call. All she does is say it is the holidays. Way past the holiday. I would give a negative number if possible. Check Facebook for all of the negative comments.

I sent them a $2800 deposit but found a cheaper moving company. After several attempts for a refund I never receive a refund. This company has not even had the courtesy of responding to my requests for a refund!!

Not even sure why I would give them one star?!!. This is an awful company. They upped the price. They took over the 30 days with minimal communication. They lost/stole/sold? at least half of what they were supposed to move. Multiple attempts to recoup on my losses through their "nonpartisan" claims group, as well as attempts through BBB have gotten me nowhere except to have to receive minimal feedback accepting no responsibility for my losses. This is not a company to be trusted. The only way to get back anything on my losses will have to be litigation.

Don't hold your breath for getting your deposit back or getting an email with an answer. It's been a month and still no refund or email from them. Even though I gave them five months' notice of not needing their service.

Whatever you do don't select United Regions Van Lines. They not only doubled the cost of my move they broke, damage and stole some items. Ironically the majority of the items that were broken or stolen were packed by the movers.
