We had the worse experience with Northern Moving Systems. We had our initial video and showed/told them we are moving our whole house. They gave us a reasonable quote. We were not aware that this was a broker moving company and when they showed up they under quoted us $25,000. They also charged us to move our moving date and then the guy called us saying he had a family emergency and moved the date again because of there convenience. They said they would show up at 7 am and then we were told they wouldn’t show until 1-3.
We will never use the company again and not recommend this place to anyone. Instead of trying to fix the solution, they wanted to leave all our stuff there and not pack anything. They intentionally signed us under contract and under quoted us. And when they showed up we were forced to spend the extra money since we were stranded in another state. Never use the company, worse company ever. I wish I could rate this under 1 star.

The set up process was easy, but once the movers actually arrived at my house to load my items they were very unprofessional, they tried to charge me for wrapping my furniture when it was already included in the original quote. They also tried to tell me there is items not listed on their packing list and when I showed them my copy they suddenly say it on their list. Iv still haven’t received my belongings and Iv tried contacting the company multiple times had haven’t got a response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
