I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. The delivery took far longer than expected, and throughout the process, getting updates about the status of my belongings was nearly impossible. Every time I tried to get information, I was left waiting or given little to no clear answers. Moving is already stressful enough, and having to constantly chase a company just to find out where your belongings are makes the experience even worse. The lack of communication and the excessive delivery delays were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable moving service. If you value your time, your belongings, and being kept informed, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Our experience changed completely once moving day arrived. The cost increased and we felt like we had very little choice at that point.

My jewelry and suitcases were stolen. Was compensated nothing. All of my boxes came damaged (even the ones marked fragile), picture frames were broken, and all of my boxes had been opened and looked through.

This was one of the most unprofessional delivery experiences I have ever encountered. The driver was rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to honor what had been agreed upon regarding the delivery and placement of our items. The delivered items and boxes were supposed to be placed in our attic, but the driver refused, stating that he was tired and that it was too hot in the attic. He was dismissive and argumentative when I attempted to address the issue. Even more concerning, he attempted to demand additional cash from me to complete work that was supposed to be part of the delivery arrangement.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience so far with this company. Knowing the challenges with the industry overall, I asked multiple questions prior to signing a contract for a long distance move between Virginia and Vermont. I have copies of my correspondence specifically asking about the time it will take to receive delivery. Note that the contract states it may take 3-14 business days. I followed up in writing with a question and was told NO, for a move of my size it would be 2-4 days. My conversations was with sales, so it seems they were just trying to make the sale, because now that they have all our belongings on a truck, I am being told it will be more than 2 weeks and they can't be sure when it will be delivered.

Worst company ever used. They are deceptive and will up charge when you are moving and have no choice but to pay. My charge started at 5K ended being 8532K because they added to item I told them I had. The photo of tv entertainment center they said item inventory 59 was large. You tell me if it was large?
