He was personable, patient, and friendly, so when I finally found my house, I was happy to work with him. I was quoted $5,300 for my two-bedroom apartment and a storage unit that was only about 50% full. Before the move, I got rid of a second bedroom set, my dining set, and two patio chairs. I also transported a 4’ x 8’ trailer of belongings myself at an additional cost.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience so far with this company. Knowing the challenges with the industry overall, I asked multiple questions prior to signing a contract for a long distance move between Virginia and Vermont. I have copies of my correspondence specifically asking about the time it will take to receive delivery. Note that the contract states it may take 3-14 business days. I followed up in writing with a question and was told NO, for a move of my size it would be 2-4 days. My conversations was with sales, so it seems they were just trying to make the sale, because now that they have all our belongings on a truck, I am being told it will be more than 2 weeks and they can't be sure when it will be delivered.

Worst company ever used. They are deceptive and will up charge when you are moving and have no choice but to pay. My charge started at 5K ended being 8532K because they added to item I told them I had. The photo of tv entertainment center they said item inventory 59 was large. You tell me if it was large?
