I had a wonderful experience with Van Lines Inc. The entire moving process was seamless and stress-free. Their team was efficient, organized, and handled all my items with care. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was delivered on time and in great condition. I couldn't have asked for a better moving company.

Last month I found myself in a total state of PANIC when my husband told me we were moving to another state for his work. I’d never moved more than myself into and out of a small apartment years ago, let alone a four-bedroom home with two young children. Along with all of this, my husband’s company told me that they only use Van Lines Inc. to relocate their employees. Wow, now I couldn’t even choose my own moving company. How much can one person be out of control? Well, I’m here to tell you that when the movers arrived, they introduced themselves, told me exactly what they would be doing, and then set about their job quietly and efficiently. They were hired to pack my entire home, room by room, completely. It was amazing to see how much they could accomplish in such a short amount of time.

I just got a new job in California, so I had to move, because I couldn't work from Las Vegas. We decided to hire a moving company because we have a huge, expensive bed, so there was no way to sell it. The lady who called me from Van Lines was very welcoming and super nice. She called me via Facetime, then I showed everything I had in my house that I would take. It was very easy and it took no more than 20 minutes. Everything was very smooth. The move was perfect as well. The movers did everything. I didn't have some boxes, and the guy found some and didn't charge me for them. I have nothing to complain about because it was very nice. We had a miscommunication with the delivery date, but that wasn't a major thing. My experience was very good overall.

We were able to book them at the last minute to move from Boston to Miami when another moving company did not show up. The customer service was perfect. They arrived on time and gave me a call when they were heading over so I knew to be ready. They packed up my goods very carefully, disassembled my furniture quickly without breaking anything, and took safe care. They arrived at the new location 7 days after pickup and were able to unload my goods extremely fast as well. They put all the boxes where I asked them to, and they put my furniture back together extremely fast and arranged my room the way I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone that is moving.

My move out of NYC to Los Angeles went so smoothly thanks to Van Lines inc., Danielle, who coordinated the move, was extremely helpful and responsive. The quote was reasonable compared to other companies. No hidden charges! Kevin from the dispatch has been amazing with keeping me posted on everything along the way and what to expect, our movers were SO nice and SO accommodating. They really did a professional, wonderful job, I could not thank them enough. I would recommend Van Lines Inc to everyone I know.

Recently I had to move from a Naval Base in Arizona to a Naval Base in North Carolina. Being a Navy Seal, you’d think nothing could rattle my nerves. Well, the prospect of moving put my nerves front and center. However, I’m so glad I found Van Lines Inc. Julie completely coordinated my move from start to finish. Their team of movers was great and put me at ease when I saw their organization and efficiency. Thank you, Julie and VanLines Inc., for a fantastic relocation.

The movers were supposed to be here between 8:00 and 12:00 on the day of the move. They got here at 1:30 and did not finish packing me out till 3:30 in the morning. There were two of them to move my house. They were fast, but there were not enough of them. The thing that surprised me was I had a stackable full-size washer-dryer and they wrapped that thing together and carried it out on top of each other.

Initially the van was late. There was a strong sweet odor when the movers opened the door to the van which made me suspicious that drugs were involved. There was damage to my console. The base and the frame were damaged. They were bent. The wooden frame on my bed, had multiple chips. The handle on the chest of drawers was damaged and a small linen chest had a chip. The movers left litter on my lawn; plastic bottles, wrapping and unused items. Needless to say, I was not pleased.

I recently used Van Lines Inc. for my long-distance move and was blown away by their professionalism and efficiency. The team arrived on time and worked tirelessly to ensure my belongings were packed and moved with care. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of a stress-free moving experience.
