      Due to the industry I work in I move a lot and when I say a lot I mean it and it's been a struggle to find people who can get the job done efficiently. Now what I loved about these guys is they didn’t just brush off my concerns—they took them seriously and promised to handle everything. And let me tell you, they went above and beyond. They set me up with a hardworking carrier, kept a close eye on every step, and were nothing but courteous and thorough throughout.       I am using iMoving to relocate from Denver to Hollywood. The pickup was excellent; the three young men that packed up my apartment were quick. There was a small issue with the first delivery attempt, but once I involved iMoving, the problem was quickly rectified. Trey, the ops manager, kept in touch with me during the whole drop-off process; he had my back when I needed it the most during this move.

      This is a deceitful and unreliable moving company. iMoving has poor coordination, collaboration, and communication that will make your move stressful and complicated as a customer. On January 10th, I wrote an email to iMoving through their website stating that I require reasonable notice before arrival owing to building rules when it comes to service elevators. Instead of working with me, they contacted me on a Sunday afternoon during a federal holiday weekend, providing no alternatives or options. To add salt to the injury, no one will respond to my emails as a client (yet they will respond to Google reviews!) despite the fact that they claim to be available 24/7. iMoving will essentially take your money and do nothing if any issues arise with the third party. I will be contesting this with my credit card because no one from iMoving can help me schedule a move during a time that I won't be fined by my building's management.

      I have never been put through the living hell of trying to move when from the start iMoving didn't send local movers and get me moved out on the date I paid them thousands of dollars for. They didn't show up on that date at all because they were sent from 8 hours away in MO when I live in TN and was only moving a couple of hours away. After 3 days of trying to get anywhere with these losers, they still didn't get me moved out because they worked another job in on the date I paid them to move me. They forced me to pay thousands more dollars to another moving company to get me moved and they ripped me off for $3,300.00. This was a horrible experience and after they threatened me, I had to call 911 and get a police officer sent to my house.

      As a third-party marketplace,ensures guaranteed pricing based on inventory or truck size as per your contract. On your move date, the movers filled their 26foot truck (1,700 cubic feet) as reserved. You declined additional truck options, and movers delivered the loaded items. Extra items were moved by another company, confirming they exceeded reserved space. A claims form was sent in October for damages or delays.       We were lied to by Trevor from Australia. We were told we would have the entire truck. The movers arrived and we could only use part. Added fee for more. Then there was a stair fee not disclosed. We were blindsided and felt we were being shaken down for more money. This happened throughout the move. I called One Coast Moving to complain. I find out, iMoving only contracts with this company. They have lied to One Coast and threw the bus. Trevor misrepresented what we were getting. We paid 2,815.42 for moving only to learn there were for us hidden fees for stairs. We didn't get all of our dressers.

      We were inundated with constant additional fees. These are part of One Coast's contracts with their drivers. This was not disclosed by Trevor. Who glad handed everything. We thought the fee quoted was it and without reservations. The movers for One Coast were great, but obviously felt we knew about the additional fees. They were thrown under the bus as well. I was not pleasant nor nice. I called One Coast and lit into them. Imagine my shame and embarrassment to find iMoving has been trafficking in lies to secure a moving contract that they pass on to a 2nd moving company.

      I was also informed that One Coast has received numerous complaints in the same vein. The driver agreed to eat the stair fee. Not fair to him. He is following One Coast policy circumvented by iMoving. I will never recommend iMoving to anyone. I will contact an investigative reporter who specializes in fraud cases in Utah. I will also speak to our local paper here. This is nonsense. And I believe illegal. I am beyond frustrated and angry. Trevor should be made to pay the fee the driver had to eat.

      I was disappointed with my experience with Imoving. They quoted me for what cubic footage I was using but when the moving company they hired to move me the leader of the team said they was way too low. He said I had about half again the cubit feet but when my furniture arrived at my destination there was not that much room taken up in the truck to justify the extra amount I had to pay to get everything moved. Sometimes it was even hard to get in contact with them with information. I’m reluctant to recommend them and would not use them for any future move if I’m in need.
