It was easy as far as the process of getting a quote and scheduling my move. Although, my experience with the crew during my actual move was about 50:50. I had a number of boxes that I chose to pack myself in advance, but some of those and a number of other things, they packed during the several hour time period when they were loading the truck.

All in all, I think they exhibited incredible customer service. I also found the ease of navigating the website useful. As someone who was director of quality assurance and safety and health in a large medical organization for a number of years, that had been my responsibility. And I had not had a previous experience with a moving company that came anywhere close to Agility. For companies in general, they truly warranted the review that I'm giving them now as my experience was excellent.

I was somewhat surprised when I read the posted reviews previous to my signing on with Agility, and that clearly served as part of my decision for choosing them. And having used them, I think I made the right decision and for the right reason.

They were on time, incredibly polite, and helpful. I'm an old lady. So, to have some extra little help along the way was really nice. Not big stuff, but just making sure I got out and got back to the car safe. They did no damage to my belongings at all. They found some damage when they were getting ready to take the furniture out, but they showed it to us before they ever moved the furniture. So, I know they didn't do it. I appreciated that they were careful to look and careful to show us.

It was a very complicated move because I was moving things from Florida and North Carolina to Suffolk, Virginia. But they were able to work it out. And when I first set the dates, I had expected to be able to move into the apartment. But it turned out that I couldn't move in that day. So, they moved things into storage.

They took all of their quilts off all the furniture, and then they wrapped them in paper so in the next move they wouldn't get damaged. That was above and beyond the call of duty. I was incredibly impressed. As someone who has moved many times, it was the best move I've ever had. I don't have one single complaint. It all went perfectly. Everything that happened was just the way they had talked about.

They started packing everything after inspecting the house and getting a game plan on where to start and where to finish. Steven explained the plan & how he would execute his plan. They did precision work. They cared about our property they packed. Our dishes are silverware are special belongings with pride and care. After spending the day packing everything in our house and boxing it, they arrive promptly the next morning at nine at 9 AM of course after calling me at 8:30 and said we should be there by nine. Steven was always prompt. His crew was ready they loaded the truck like engineers I had some heavy items and some delicate items. Everything was placed in the truck like it was their own personal property.

My Wife and I departed the next morning for South Carolina. We planned on taking two days to get there. I talked to Shane & Denice about this beforehand. They said no problem. "My drivers will be there whenever you want them to be during the drive." Steven texted and called me a couple times to update me on his position what time he wanted we wanted him to arrive & Shazam. We pulled in half an hour later in the moving truck pulled in. They came and checked out our new house. Made some measurements before attempting anything and then started unloading. Steven was in charge and Kendall and Travis both worked diligently to get it done quickly and as precisely as we wanted.

Prior to hiring Agility Van Lines Inc. I had a couple conversations with Shane and then I read probably 500 surveys of people that they’ve moved across the country, of course after that, I read 500 surveys from the competition and none of them were close to how good Agility Van Lines Inc. surveys were or reviews. I must say what Shane promised. He delivered. Denise who works for the company as well has been in contact me throughout the move almost like her and Steven were talking to each other every hour around the hour. Thank you Steven Kendall Travis Shane Denise for a perfect move. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I would recommend you to friends and family and will certainly use you for the next move.

I was able to contact Shane. He described his company and how he works and I felt I trusted him from the outset. The estimate was very reasonable. There were a few follow-up calls and each resulted in new revised paperwork to document our understanding. There was the usual upfront payment to seal the agreement with the expected half remainder payments at pickup and delivery times. I paid the full amount as I could not be in Florida, where our daughter would accept delivery. Pickup in Indiana was handled by a crew of 6. They were professional, friendly and showed care in everything they did, the packing and transporting. I don't know how to better describe them.

A few days later they called and scheduled their delivery time in Florida, some items to the apartment and some to a nearby storage facility. Our daughter, also, had nothing but praise for them. In summary: We now have a lot of work to do, to reorganize our lives here in Florida, but the Move - the pickup, the delivery, the peace of mind and the professional staff at Agility Van Lines helped immensely. I highly recommend Agility Van Lines!

When I discovered we required a further move in January 2025, I recalled the more than satisfactory move with Agility and called Shane ** again for his team to move us from Wilmington, NC to Northern Virginia. Our move was coordinated by Shane with support from Denise in the office, which proved to be excellent in every way.

The moving team with Team Leader, Gayle and Billy ** was superior in every way. I was very comforted when the team appeared as Team member, Billy ** was very familiar from the previous move from Orlando to Wilmington. It was a comforting and a pleasure interfacing with the team and enjoying their knowledge and experience in accomplishing the move in a professional and exemplary manner. I am expecting another move within the year and will call Agility Van Lines for that move and suggest if you would like a pleasant and well-coordinated move, call Agility Van Lines.

The crew worked 3 days CAREFULLY packing large and delicate furniture - including 3 big curios with glass panels, misc. paintings, couches, TVs, etc. The large delicate items were bubble wrapped, covered with blankets, cardboard and then shrink-wrapped! All furniture was wrapped in blankets and shrink-wrapped at a minimum. All separate items were bubble wrapped and boxed. The utmost care was taken to protect furniture, contents, etc. as well as the floors and walls while moving both out of our home and into the new location. Every crew member was polite, professional and took care of any concerns my wife and I had. She got along great with every one of them! I think that says it all! Agility Van Lines did a top notch job throughout the entire process from start to finish! 9.5/10!

What truly stood out was their attention to detail and work ethic. Nothing was rushed, nothing was overlooked, and every piece was wrapped, protected, and placed perfectly. On top of that, they were friendly, courteous, and made what could have been a very stressful day feel easy and even enjoyable. If you’re considering a moving company, Agility Van Lines is the one, and if you’re lucky enough to get Steven, Reese, and Kendel, you’re in the best hands possible. Five stars isn’t enough, highly, highly recommend!

From the very beginning, when I booked Agility with Richard, to all the times I had to change the date, Denise and Shane, were patient with me, and often calmed me down. I cannot say enough good things about Agility. If you are looking for a small, honest, reliable mover, they are who you should choose. They truly are the best and will work with you through the entire experience. Thank you, Agility, you made the move less stressful.
