My wife and I decided to move from NC to PA. I searched for a company that could take care of my move. One of the companies I considered was Agility Van Lines in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The first person I spoke with was Denise who is the Customer Service Rep. She explained how the move would happen with a company in FL for a move from NC to PA. I had received some other estimates from moving companies near me. I told Denise this and she seemed sure they could do better. Next, I talked with Shane, one of the family owners. We did a facetime of what we wanted to ship up to PA. He quoted me the cubic feet and the price within a couple of days. A short time we scheduled the day that the workers would show up to pack the goods and then the day those goods would be off loaded in PA.
On the packing day we had agreed to, the truck arrived and three young men got off the truck. Each came up to me and shook my hand and introduced themselves to me. They were Daniel, Asaac and Marcus. These guys got going and didn’t stop. My wife and I watched them as we had a lot of household goods we were leaving and they packed everything securely and efficiently. The same three guys showed up to unload the truck, and they again worked very hard. They took great care in packing and unpacking and nothing was damaged in loading and unloading. So, the final cost of the move stayed exactly as quoted, which beat any of the estimates from local movers. On top of that I met some nice people.

Agility handled every aspect of the move professionally with the highest degree of excellence. I have used Agility Van Lines twice now for moves out of state. First was Florida to Virginia and the latest from Virginia to New Jersey. I wanted honest and transparent pricing and the same guys that packed me up to unpack me in my new home. Hakeem, Zack, and foreman Jenson did an excellent job both professionally and efficiently! Moving is a stressful event and you want to be able to trust the company you hired to do the best job possible. I can't emphasize enough the word "trust". There are a lot of scams out there so do your research and I bet you will decide that Agility Van Lines is the right company for you!

Communication and responsiveness were great from the beginning through the pickup and delivery. Moved from Nashville, TN to Lecanto, FL on May 18. The crew was professional and very careful with our belongings, and were the same crew at pickup and delivery. I plan to use them again for a local move later this year!

Excellent Company. Received estimate over the phone with a video call; arrived within time frame, immediately went to task after taking a tour of each room explaining their routine as we went along. This was our third move with Agility Van Lines in three years, they delivered from Connecticut to North Carolina without anything broken, the movers take their time and wrap the items with care, they showed up for the pickup on time and delivered all items on time, Shane and Denise are great to work with and our final move with the movers Teddy and Andre were amazing, my daughter also used Agility for her move to North Carolina, they are the best.

I recently used Agility Van Lines for my move from Maryland to Florida. They are a family owned company. The guys arrived on time on the move date. They took care to be sure my floors were covered so they wouldn't get damaged. They took care wrapping and boxing everything. On top of that they were very personable and were very efficient. We moved from Pennsylvania to Florida this past August 2025, and needed our furniture and belongings moved from Florida and stored for three months while we were in transition. Our search for a moving company started off a bit rocky. I quickly learned that many “movers” are actually brokers who subcontract the work, and some repeatedly lowered their prices when I didn’t respond right away — which made me uncomfortable.
When I contacted Agility Van Lines, I spoke directly with the owner, Shane **. He was very professional and explained that they are a family-owned business that owns their trucks and employs their own team. That gave me peace of mind knowing they had direct control over our belongings. He clearly outlined the entire process and explained the expected timeline for delivery once we were ready.
Prior to the move, we had several conversations with their team, who provided helpful information and guidance. Because they were traveling out of state, they gave us a four-day pickup window. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Anytime I had a question or concern, they responded promptly. On moving day, two movers carefully wrapped our furniture, disassembled necessary items, and loaded everything with great care. Nothing was damaged — not even our walls.
When we were ready for delivery to our Florida home, we were given a ten-day window. They stayed in touch daily with updates. On delivery day, another two-man team unloaded everything, reassembled items, unwrapped furniture, and once again handled everything with great care and professionalism. Overall, the entire experience — from the office staff to the moving crews — was extremely professional. We are currently renting in Florida but plan to purchase a home soon, and we will definitely use Agility Van Lines again.

For the first time ever after 5 previous moves there was no need to call around looking for a moving company. I saw the ad for Agility Van Lines & read the reviews. After reading the reviews I just picked up the phone and quite unusual I got the owner of the company. After discussing the move and the contents Shane quoted me a reasonable price and explained how he runs the business which was quite impressive, no middleman, no fast talking deals just straightforward details which btw was an understatement.
We’ve dealt with the large nationwide companies with 40 foot tractor trailers of which a couple times wound up with thousands of dollars of damages to irreplaceable pieces and in some cases not even knowing where our belongings were. Not the case with Agility, extremely clear quote and with the help of Denise was kept abreast of all the movements and timing during a weekend of a pretty bad snow storm up north. When Steve the driver and head of the crew, Kendel & one other gentleman, they wrapped everything that needed to be in heavy blankets, taped it and handled with care over a sheet of ice and snow. I have never seen such professionals when it came to moving as Steve and his crew.
The one thing I must say our belongings were treated with the utmost care as if it were all valuable antiques which it wasn’t but there were some irreplaceable pieces.. All I can add if you want a moving company and care about your home & belongings no need to make multiple calls. Call Agility Van Lines and you’ll deal with the owner Shane & Denise will be at your beck and call. If you’re fortunate enough you’ll get Steve, Kendel & crew as they are the best in the business. Driver and helper were extremely professional. I loved that the person picking up my stuff was the one delivering it. Office staff is very helpful. Price was reasonable. I've moved many times and this was our best move by far. Would use Agility again.

I first utilized the service of Agility Van Lines in January 2024 with service from Orlando, FL to Wilmington, NC. That move was seamless, working with Shane ** and coordinating with Denise at the office. Just a shout out for Denise, who we found to be very thorough, calming and steady to work with from the office. I found this Agility team to be first class and very coordinated with the field moving team in guiding, planning and implementing my move.
When I discovered we required a further move in January 2025, I recalled the more than satisfactory move with Agility and called Shane ** again for his team to move us from Wilmington, NC to Northern Virginia. Our move was coordinated by Shane with support from Denise in the office, which proved to be excellent in every way.
The moving team with Team Leader, Gayle and Billy ** was superior in every way. I was very comforted when the team appeared as Team member, Billy ** was very familiar from the previous move from Orlando to Wilmington. It was a comforting and a pleasure interfacing with the team and enjoying their knowledge and experience in accomplishing the move in a professional and exemplary manner. I am expecting another move within the year and will call Agility Van Lines for that move and suggest if you would like a pleasant and well-coordinated move, call Agility Van Lines.

I recently completed a major move. I selected Agility Van Lines after reviewing and discussing 4 big name company quotes. Shane / Agility Van Lines was the only company I trusted. He and I did a detailed list of items as well as a video call and pictures to verify the scope of the move. Upon arrival the crew realized we needed more time and effort which was expected since we could not pack every last item in time. We worked out a very good game plan / agreement on increased scope, cost, and time on the spot.
The crew worked 3 days CAREFULLY packing large and delicate furniture - including 3 big curios with glass panels, misc. paintings, couches, TVs, etc. The large delicate items were bubble wrapped, covered with blankets, cardboard and then shrink-wrapped! All furniture was wrapped in blankets and shrink-wrapped at a minimum. All separate items were bubble wrapped and boxed. The utmost care was taken to protect furniture, contents, etc. as well as the floors and walls while moving both out of our home and into the new location. Every crew member was polite, professional and took care of any concerns my wife and I had. She got along great with every one of them! I think that says it all! Agility Van Lines did a top notch job throughout the entire process from start to finish! 9.5/10!

From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free, exactly what you hope for when moving. Steven, Reese, and Kendel were absolutely phenomenal. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and handled everything with extreme care and efficiency. Their teamwork was seamless, their attitudes were positive and respectful, and they treated our belongings as if they were their own.
What truly stood out was their attention to detail and work ethic. Nothing was rushed, nothing was overlooked, and every piece was wrapped, protected, and placed perfectly. On top of that, they were friendly, courteous, and made what could have been a very stressful day feel easy and even enjoyable. It’s rather unusual when a person sends a Christmas card to the moving company. Well, I did because this company was so helpful when they moved me out of Florida, I simply have to stay in touch. Everything arrived in one piece and Richie and Reece took extra care loading and unloading my belongings. They were so aware that everything I moved was important to me.
From the very beginning, when I booked Agility with Richard, to all the times I had to change the date, Denise and Shane, were patient with me, and often calmed me down. If anyone had told me moving an entire truckload of my things from over 55 years of marriage would be a breeze, I would not have believed a word of it! But, I readily realized it could be done and I have seen for myself what a wonderful job Agility Van Lines and the crew of Cedric, Andre and Shemeer did for me. From beginning to end it was a great experience working with Agility. We did the estimate by phone video conference. It was more than competitive. The two movers, Steven and Kendel, arrived on time, were friendly, professional and efficient. They were the same guys who delivered the furniture and went above nd beyond in placing the furniture and helping set up things. No surprises. Final bill same as estimate. All in all I highly recommend Agility.

Amazing! From beginning to end, this moving company and its personnel, made my move from New Jersey to Central Florida, as stress free as possible. I researched multiple companies and found Agility Van Lines to be the most transparent, and fair priced of the many I researched. I liked that they are family owned and don't subcontract the job to another company. I picked the package plan that included the packaging of Almost everything, they have a list of certain things that have to be prepped before packing.
Our moving date was confirmed within 48 hours and day of Move was great with the 3 gentlemen introducing themselves and detailing the steps for the Move. The gentlemen were very knowledgeable with the packing, especially when it came to our fragile items, all of which arrived in the same condition. The arrival of our items was on time with no issues. I would highly recommend Agility Van Lines for great quality work and fair pricing.

I just want to say how very impressed I am with Agility movers. I had done some extensive research when I was preparing to move and agility met all my needs. Communication was clear, concise and seamless. Vince answered every question completely and with very clear information. This is a family owned and operated business and it is very clear that they take pride in their work. Even after I placed my deposit, there was no difficulty reaching the appropriate people at Agility. As luck would have it, I needed to cancel my move and my deposit refund was addressed within 5 minutes of my call. When this move does occur Agility will be my choice, hands down!

We have use Agility twice - one interstate and one intrastate. Both times, Shane and his team were highly responsive, flexible and efficient. The second move was very last minute and they were able to work the schedule to fit us in. The teams that did the unpacking were upbeat, friendly and very careful with our things and efficient - all at the same time. We had a tight fit in the 26 ft truck on the first move, and the Agility team made it happen.

I've moved many times throughout my life and I have to say that this company is the best I've ever worked with. Shane and Denise were in contact with me before the move with ongoing updates. They also accommodated my time for not only pick-up but for delivery of my items to my new address. The two movers, Alfred and Jose arrived on schedule at both ends and were amazing with the meticulous way they wrapped every piece of furniture - and unwrapped it at the end. They also picked up every piece of debris throughout. My only recommendation would be to send one more person for a move like mine because these two fantastic men needed a break! I had a lot of boxes as well as furniture and they never complained once! I highly recommend this company for anyone who's planning to make a move. You can't go wrong with Agility Van Lines!

Agility Van Lines provided exceptional service with our booking, on moving day (packing and loading of the truck, and on delivery day. Shane explained every detail before we booked our moving date. He was patient, thorough, and provided a very reasonable price. We had many questions and reached out to Shane and Denise many times and they were always available to answer any questions. The day of the move was an extremely smooth process. The 3 young men packed all of our belongings very carefully and made our move stress free. They were so polite and accommodating. I used Agility Van Lines for a move from IL to TN. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and efficient and precise when obtaining my information. On the day of the move, the crew (Billy **) arrived and introduced themselves to us. They worked very well with each other and were very friendly and cordial. I just completed my move with Agility Van Lines and the experience was outstanding. The three gentlemen that arrived were professional, courteous and funny. Marc was the lead and he was awesome. He took care of the paperwork and offered guidance to the other two when it came to packing items and packing the truck. The move into my new apartment was seamless; they assembled my furniture as needed and took away the boxes and wrapping. They also moved the remaining items to a storage shed and again Marc was outstandery 😉 I was sweating it and didn’t know if everything would fit, but Marc had it all figured out and all items made it. I hope I never have to move again but if I do, I’ll select Agility!

When I was thinking of moving, I went on Google and called a couple of moving companies… they wouldn’t talk to me, because I was only thinking about moving. I called Agility and Shane not only talked with me he took the time and gave me an estimate. Then checked in on me for almost six months. I had a positive experience at every step of the way with Agility Van Lines. From Shane and Denise in the office to my movers Jenson and Nick everyone was extremely professional, honest, and kind. They were upfront and realistic about costs when providing an estimate and made sure to disclose what additional fees (stairs, boxes, etc.) may be added on move in/ delivery day so I know what to expect going into it. On the date of my move Jenson and Nick packaged all of my items extremely well- none of my items were damaged or broken in the move. They were also very efficient.
I’ll note that I did have a sofa that was too large to fit through my doorway. My movers tried everything they could to get it to fit and even moved it back down stairs for me so that I could store it in an alternate location. There was also some very minor paint damage on the door frame that they repaired free of charge by going to Home Depot and getting a color matched paint. I think this really demonstrates how everyone working at this company is willing to go the extra mile to make sure people are satisfied with their move. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to use them in a future move.

From first contact, Shane and Denise were available or returned calls quickly. They made the process stress free, reasonable price, outstanding workers. Can’t say enough how great all 3 movers, two trucks treated us. Incredibly difficult move, two completely full trucks. Very heavy furniture, plus a piano. Cedric, Edwin, and Alfred, worked 2 days, nearly 100 degrees unloading. Asphalt 116 degrees, 2 days loading. Be kind, get a cheap cooler, keep it full of ice and water. 7th move, this was by far the easiest on us. Agility, great folks.
