The dispatch crew they selected arrived on schedule, handled my packing safely and unloaded everything without any issues. Their logistical planning saved me a massive amount of time!

The load arrived on time and in the expected condition. The whole process turned out to be better than expected.

Guys were great, very professional , did an amazing job wrapping all furnishings as well as re-assembling and staging al furnishings. Best part they gave Binding rate in writing not just a moving Estimate. As well unlike others we spoke to who just sent "Estimates" would only take cash or certified check on pick-up. Moving APT let us use our CC. Great company. They're set up to move my sister in law next week.

APT Moving is not a moving company; it's a dispatch company. We notified them of our move date from one rental to another in the same state a month in advance. They took half the money as a deposit and promised to have a truck here by July 31st, 2026. They waited until the 29th, 2 days before the move date, to call us and say they had nothing available. The electricity, water, and internet have been canceled, and our lease is up. I had to contact a rapid moving company that charged extra for the short notice, which cost an additional $2,000.

The company that Moving APT hired to move my belongings has an “F” rating by the BBB and several open complaints against them. I did not get the name of the company they hired until 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Definitely not enough time to do research and request a different carrier. If I refused the carrier, I would have lost most of the money I had already paid. Now the carrier is refusing to deliver my belongings and it has been over 6 weeks now. Don’t be pushed into signing anything until you take the time to read the contract. Moving APT is not taking any responsibility for the carrier and communication with this company is atrocious.

The nightmare starts when they pick up the household goods. They don’t give you an inventory on the completion of pickup. For one month no one in Moving Apt can tell me where my goods are. They lied and do not take responsibility for the delivery. 45 days later when my household goods arrived, $4000 worth is missing or broken. They have this outfit called MovingClaim offering to pay 60 cents/lb. It’s a scam and I wondered how these people sleep at night!

The downsize to a smaller condo included sorting things into two piles – to keep and store. The employees managed to deliver the load into two different places successfully, impressing me from the very beginning. Each box with the label was delivered exactly to the right place so that the unpacking was much easier. Moreover, the estimate turned out to be precise and reasonable.

The Moving APT did a fantastic job moving me because they showed respect to my possessions. The delivery process was done without any difficulties, and everything got to its destination safely. The prices for such services were very reasonable.

Classic case of a "professional" estimating a reasonable price that is grossly underestimating. By the time all my stuff is in the truck it's legitimately double the price, from $3400 to $6800. Service otherwise was fine but communication was poor and the price is hard to look past. Would not use this company again if I had the option.

Scam job. They use a 3rd party and hold you hostage AS THEY CHARGE MORE! I already filed a complaint at the police station and with BBB and will continue to go after them as long as I live!

Movers from Moving APT made our move from Nevada to Washington successful. The team came prepared and moved all furniture professionally. Everything was loaded carefully into the truck, and everything was moved appropriately. There was clear communication from their side throughout the whole moving process, and everything got delivered exactly on the agreed date.

I was promised a move on the 27th... No show. Then they said they'd be there for sure on the 28th... No show. I decided to cancel because I was tired of shallow promises. Needless to say I will be putting some things in family storage and taking my essentials. Don't waste your time with these guys.

I used the company to move from Washington, D.C. area to New York State. My dining table arrived scratched because they neglected to protect the table with a blanket or any other kind of material used for protection. Also a second table used as desk, a BOOK CASE, and other belongings arrived damaged, and some pieces of my fine china, arrived broken.

The relocation crew was well-prepared for the task, worked effectively, and miraculously managed to keep everything orderly despite the circumstances. Without professionals who know exactly what to do, I do not know how I could manage the situation.

Had a great experience. Everyone was willing to cooperate and assist in getting me through my move. They were extremely patient to say the least.

This has been a nightmare experience. They loaded my belongings 3 weeks ago and delivered a partial load over 2 weeks later. I was promised the remainder within 7 days and now they're telling me it could be another week or more. Everyone I talk to passes the buck and I get nowhere. Hidden charges and extra costs popped up after the estimate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Horrible. The worst. Been waiting for my stuff. Was told it would be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Today is Tuesday and I was told to call back next Monday. I was told 3 to 15 days. Now that said 21 business days they picked my stuff up 2 weeks ago and it's still 1200 miles away. This is ridiculous. I almost forgot.. When they came to pick up my stuff they were a day and a half late. They showed up at 730pm with 1 person to move all my stuff leaving my son and me to have to load all the heavy furniture into the truck.

This service ended being $300 more expensive than the estimate with 70% of items from the estimate included. I feel really foolish having employed these movers, once they had my possessions it was a shake down. A solid wood coffee table was destroyed in their moving truck. After emailing MovingAPT from September 2025 to January 2026 trying to get some compensation, I accept the best I can do is submit this honest review. Really funny, because before the move you hear from them every day but if you have any problems past move you'd have better luck talking to a ghost. Don't employ MovingAPT, they for sure will be bad and you probably won't save the money you think you will save anyways.

This company absolutely destroyed my trust in hiring a moving company through the internet. Boxes were missing, items that arrived were damaged or broken beyond repair. There were three payments made, the last one being over $1,000, and it had to be made in cash! Overpriced, poor communication, felt like I'd just dealt with a scheming, shady business. They lost all my personal correspondence with my parents, now deceased. Historical personal family photos--all gone. Plus, jewelry and silver pieces from my family--gone as well. Please do not consider hiring this Moving APT company!
