The electricity, water, and internet have been canceled, and our lease is up. I had to contact a rapid moving company that charged extra for the short notice, which cost an additional $2,000.

I did not get the name of the company they hired until 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Definitely not enough time to do research and request a different carrier. If I refused the carrier, I would have lost most of the money I had already paid. Now the carrier is refusing to deliver my belongings and it has been over 6 weeks now. Don’t be pushed into signing anything until you take the time to read the contract. Moving APT is not taking any responsibility for the carrier and communication with this company is atrocious.

They lied and do not take responsibility for the delivery. 45 days later when my household goods arrived, $4000 worth is missing or broken. They have this outfit called MovingClaim offering to pay 60 cents/lb. It’s a scam and I wondered how these people sleep at night!
