This company was amazing! I have always had to move myself with the help of family and friends. This time, my family helped me pay for professional movers to make it easier on me and everyone else. I asked friends for a recommendation and New Start Relocation was top of the list. I am so glad for the help from my family in having New Start Relocation help with this move. I just moved from Houston to Boynton Beach. They showed up with 2 huge trucks - when we only needed 1/2 of 1, lol.

New Start Relocation provided a wonderful service with helping my family move to our new home. It was a long distance move, out of state, and I was a bit worried about having some of my pieces damaged during such a long haul. I was also worried about getting this work done at an affordable rate. But New Start was phenomenal! The workers were professional and very mindful with how the did their job which was challenging. They knocked it out no problem. None of my belongings was damaged and they even helped put some of the new furniture together. Very great work from very patient movers. I'd definitely recommend them to any one that is moving. Great Company, great service.

New Start Relocation are simply THE BEST! They are kind, considerate and careful. I needed a very quick turnaround to move some furniture, including a piano. I called at 8 a.m. and they were onsite that afternoon to make the move. Very good pricing and excellent service! I will use them again.

I can’t say enough about New Start Relocation and their representative, Matt! He was awesome, followed up with me when he said he would. He was amazing, empathetic and so helpful. He listened to all of my concerns, questions, and helped me through the ins and outs of doing a cross country move. In the end we did decide that we would do it ourselves; it was a financial and logistical decision. But overall, if I had a choice, it would definitely be to LET them do the packing and moving! Thank you Matt for listening and helping! You are priceless.

DO NOT BOOK with this moving service. They are HORRENDOUS. Completely underestimated our move by 6K! Told us we would use 500 cubic square feet of truck space when we first booked, then increased to 900 2 days before our move. Did NOT tell the movers we also had packing service. Turns out we actually needed 2000 cubic square feet in the truck. You pick 2 potential move dates up front. They told us it would be same day move and we would know at the beginning of the week. Come 1 day before the move, we were told they would pack our things in the evening and delivery could occur within 72 hours. We then had to rebook two days later to get same day moving. These people DO NOT CARE! They just want your money. The movers they outsourced were great. Find movers directly and give them the money they deserve. Not this BULLSHIT company!
