I can’t recommend New Start Relocation enough! Matt and his crew arrived right on time and were incredibly efficient. What impressed me most was how they handled the tight corners in my townhome. I’d had a different company struggle with my heavy dresser and adjustable bed base when moving in, but Matt’s team navigated them so smoothly and quickly that I didn't even notice the items were gone until they were already loaded. Best of all, the price was excellent. I fully expected to pay much more for this level of service, but the value was unbeatable. Fast, professional, and very careful—they made a stressful process look easy!

I had a great experience with New Start Relocation and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers. The team was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They worked quickly while still being very careful with all of my furniture and belongings, making sure everything was properly wrapped and protected during the move. They handled everything with care, were very respectful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service they provided.

Like most people, I was skeptical hiring a moving company. There's so much bad press about changes in price, reliability and the overall safe return of your valuables. Well, not the case with Aaron at New Start Relocation. He knows his business and arranged for excellent movers in our area to bundle our small load with others on the 1,200 mile journey. He answered every question and was in contact with us along the way ensuring all went smoothly. I even panicked after I couldn't find a box, texted Aaron on Sunday afternoon and he responded in minutes ready to help. But the box was never missing! Nothing was missing and nothing was damaged! Do yourself a favor and call Aaron at New Start Relocation if a move is in your future. One very important thing to check off your list with peace of mind!

I can’t say enough about New Start Relocation and their representative, Matt! He was awesome, followed up with me when he said he would. He was amazing, empathetic and so helpful. He listened to all of my concerns, questions, and helped me through the ins and outs of doing a cross country move. In the end we did decide that we would do it ourselves; it was a financial and logistical decision. But overall, if I had a choice, it would definitely be to LET them do the packing and moving! Thank you Matt for listening and helping! You are priceless.

This is what moving should be like. I ended up with New Start Relocation after using someone else in town, who was somehow rated #1 locally. The difference was night and day. Their crew were some of the best movers we’ve had anywhere (I’ve moved well over a dozen times). They were punctual, professional, aware of what they were moving and aware of our home and our belongings. Our job was two truck loads, but there was no complaining. They worked hard, they got it done, and I saw them shift boxes around to ensure they were properly stacked and things didn’t get broken. They were gracious and respectful. I’m hoping to not move again for a while, but when I do, this is who we’ll call, and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer family or friends.

Bait and switch! Price changed 3 times from initial estimate to delivery and of course it was 1/3 higher when all was said and done! Zero communication between New Start and actual 1099 moving company. We were given pick up window of 8am -12 noon, movers FINALLY showed up at 8:30pm and pack until 1am. Don’t pay for “premier service”…. They lead you to believe one thing and you don’t get what you pay for. When you call to express concerns Ashley or some other “rep” will give you some lame excuse. Unbelievably disappointed with New Start Relo…. Do not use them!!!!

My experience with this company was terrible. They give you an initial price to convince you and make everything seem affordable, but in the end, you end up paying much more than what was originally agreed upon. In my case, I felt that they minimized the cost from the beginning, and then additional charges and much higher amounts appeared than what I was expecting. Moving is already stressful enough without having to worry about the final price being completely different from what you were initially quoted.

They were amazing! Total Pros. Finished our move to our new 2-bed apartment in less than 3-hours - we had a decent amount of furniture and more importantly, the place we moved to was on 3rd floor with not a super accessible elevator! Will recommend them to anyone looking to move in Florida.

They were so amazing. They were professional and very fast. They packed my crazy room so quickly. I definitely would recommend New Start Relocation, If you’re looking for a good Packers. Also, the Customer Service gentleman, Matt was very professional and kind.

I am writing this review with regard Aaron **. Aaron has been FABULOUS! He is respectful, responsible and reliable. He has always called when he said he would and returned my phone calls I a very timely manner. These days there aren't many people who take responsibility. He has gone to the top of the line in that respect. You are very fortunate to have him working for you. I would unequivocally recommend him to anyone.

New Start Relocation were helpful with my move, process of booking was easy and communication was clear. Cost is very reasonable and they didn’t take too long. Madison and his crew were willing to help in all ways.

Great service and got all my things in my house safely. I had Oscar and Matt and they were great. Moving is always a bummer but having their hustle helped tremendously. I highly recommend New Start Relocation.

My experience with New Start Relocation is one I would not want another family to go through. We hired them to coordinate our move from New Jersey to Florida. Before the move, we went through our inventory with them twice over the phone, removing some items and adding others so they would have an accurate picture of what we were moving.

Can’t recommend these movers more. There was a complication with our freight elevator at my new place and they literally did everything in their power to get stuff moved through one of our main elevators instead. They were efficient and really kind. I’ll definitely be using them again! Matt was amazing and they moved us so quickly.

Matt’s team did a quick job and caused no damage. They were hauling beds, couches, boxes and other heavy items up four flights of stairs. I’m highly impressed. This is why I always use New Start Relocation.

Someone called me from this number +1 (561) 473-2114 - as I requested the quote. He said I need to commute right then, became hostile, told me I’m wasting his time and hung up on me. Said he owned the company once I called back to let him know how unprofessional he was, highly doubt he owns it.

I hired New Start Relocation on May 20th for an in-state move (100 miles or so) for June 18. I provided them with a full and accurate list of my belongings to move which included: 10 moving boxes and some furniture: one sectional, one sofa chair, one ottoman, 2 TVs, one TV stand, one hutch, one wire shelf, one bookshelf, one cube shelf, one dual hamper, one kayak, one adult bike, one kid bike, one L-shaped desk, 2 queen mattresses, one queen bed, one shoe closet. I signed the bill of lading for $1,977. I paid $763 to book.

I had initially reserved a move with New Start Relocation, I was not aware in the beginning that they were only a moving broker as I was never informed. I went room by room and told the agent the items that needed to be moved, I was initially quoted $5900 for 1000 cu ft to move our belongings 900 miles. I was then told I needed to pay $2700 upfront, but I specifically asked if I would be charged more at time of pickup and the agent insisted I wouldn’t be. 1 week prior to moving another rep called to go over all our belongings again, the first rep did not list any of the items correctly and once I corrected the item list with the new rep I was then told it would be another $2400 on top of the $6000 I was already quoted, by this point my deposit was already none refundable and then the rep asked for an additional $2400 upfront to keep the reservation.

Our antique dining table had detachable leaves. The crew wrapped each leaf separately and labeled them. Reassembly was simple. No missing parts. That organization mattered. I’d have paid the same to avoid the headache. They made it avoidable.

This is my fourth move with New Start Relocation. Matt and his guys were quick and efficient helping my mom relocate to a senior living community — I highly recommend this company and will use them for my next move!

Have to give a one star, but if I could give a -10 I would. WORST, WORST place to move you. They just don’t care about your merchandise. They broke and cut most of my belongings. They are ** when unloading your belongings, quoted me one price, then a couple of days before your move, when they call, your price will raise about 4k spent 10k with them to just cut and destroy my belongings. WORST PLACE EVER.

New Start Relocation were excellent. We moved a 2 bedroom apartment plus storage and they were patient throughout. His crew did everything we asked and more. Highly recommend this team. Thank you for helping us in our time of transition.

I moved from Boynton to a retirement community in Boca. The crew was patient with my pace and helped me place furniture exactly where I wanted. They even adjusted the legs on my recliner. Considerate. The price was the same on paper and in practice.

Very disappointed. I’ve never had a mice so messed up in my life and I’m 67 years old. I was helping a friend in a bad lifestyle trying to move back to her hometown in Indiana from Mississippi. I feel so was scammed. I didn’t realize the broker went by cubicle feet. I saw the poundage. I didn’t know the mover wouldn’t take sacks. Had to buy extra boxes. Half of my things were left behind. The broker sends the price then the movers claim it’s too much and increases the price at least 3 times the original price. I didn't have this kind of money. And the movers was delayed 3 days from original date. Do not use this company. I expect a refund to make this right. We are being requested to pay 4900 when Atlas Van Lines only cost 2500 a year ago with twice as much belongings. I told the movers to leave. We do not have that kind of money for a domestic violence move.

Matt and his crew did a great job moving my mom’s items. They handled everything with care and always asked us where we wanted items placed to make it easier when they were done. We’ve used H-Town Movers a few times and will continue to use them for future moves.

The truck had a lift gate that made unloading heavy items easy. The driver operated it smoothly. Saved the crew’s backs. Smart equipment. I slept fine that night.

Matt’s team worked efficiently and carefully. They finished much quicker than I expected and used the remaining time to help me move my smaller things. I was very satisfied with the quality of work overall, and the great pricing definitely didn’t hurt. Thanks for your help!

Alvaro, Oscar, and Joseph at New Start Relocation were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with great care while moving my items between storage units at the same property. Their teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend this crew and would absolutely use them again for future moves.

New Start Relocation is the current name, they previously used Eagle Moving Group. This should be a good indicator of whether this company is highly rated or not. If a company is highly rated and performs excellent service, then there is NO way they would change their name. Any five star reviews read are fake reviews posted by employees. I have researched many of these reviews and have traced them back to the originator. One such review had the picture of a Minister living in Ohio stating his great move to Florida.

Strongly recommend! Matt and his team were friendly and diligent. They helped take stuff apart and put them back together. The team unloaded all boxes and placed them in the designated rooms. They made the move very easy for us. I was very satisfied with this company and recommend you give them a call for your moving needs.

During the initial quote, it was expressly mentioned that my vehicle needed to be transported along with my household goods. Two days before the move, New Start Relocation called to confirm all the details, at which time they informed me that moving a vehicle would cost an additional $1,300. Too late in the game to go with another moving company and I'm out of my deposit. Unorganized and unfriendly staff to boot.

I had an amazing experience with this moving company from start to finish. The team showed up right on time, came in with great energy, and handled everything with professionalism and care. They worked quickly but never felt rushed, making sure all of my furniture and belongings were protected and moved safely.

We had to store our belongings for two weeks between closing dates. New Start offered secure storage with climate control. When we delivered, every box was exactly as we left it. No moisture issues. The price was the same on paper and in practice.

Matt and his team were a pleasure from start to finish. They turned up on time, kept me up to date on how we were doing, all perfect. They are tidy, fast, hard working and great people. I highly recommend this team and this is the second time we have used them. My co-workers have also used them and rave about the great service. 5 stars.

Make sure to ask for the T&Cs before you sign! Their refund of deposit policy is horrible. I started working with Jay at New Start in December of 2025 with intentions of moving in the summer of 2026. We ended up finding a different local company to work for and did not require moving. I shopped around and New Start seemed to offer the best deal overall but not the cheapest deal. I was fine with that as I wanted to work with a reputable company; I made the wrong choice. Turns out once you sign the bill of lading you have 72 hours to cancel for a refund.

Matt and his crew did a phenomenal job! They helped wrap up some extra stuff we couldn’t get to, took amazing care of our furniture, handled everything with the utmost respect, and even helped assemble things when we got to our new place. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. Will definitely be using New Start Relocation again and will recommend to everyone I know!

Joseph & his team of 2 others did an amazing job! We had a 1-bed, 1 study moving a 3-story townhome. We had heavy solid wood furniture and they handled it was ease & no complaints. They were efficient and took good care of our furniture.

Oscar and his team were excellent from start to finish. Took care with my things and got it done faster than I thought. I would recommend them to anyone who has a big move.

The team disassembled our bed, labeled the hardware in a bag, and taped it to the frame. Reassembly at the new house took 15 minutes. Simple. I slept fine that night.
