Forest River is recalling seven model year 2018 XLR recreational trailers, models XLT26HFS, XLT26HFS-W, and XLT27KW.

The affected trailers are not equipped with a liquid propane (LP)/carbon monoxide (CO) detector.

Without an LP/CO detector, an occupant may not be alerted to high levels of Carbon Monoxide, increasing the risk of injury.

What to do

Forest River has notified owners, and dealers will install an LP/CO detector, free of charge.

Mazda North American Operations is recalling 14,370 model year 2016-2019 Miatas with automatic transmissions.

Due to incorrect programming of the Transmission Control Module (TCM), certain conditions may cause the vehicle to downshift unexpectedly and decelerate abruptly. This could cause the driver to lose control of the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

What to do

Mazda will notify owners, and dealers will reprogram the TCM with corrected software free of charge.

The recall is expected to begin March 29, 2019.

Winnebago Industries is recalling 3,351 model year 2012-2018 Winnebago ERA motorhomes.

The overhead cabinet shelf may have been improperly attached, allowing the cabinet face to detach and fall into the cab area.

If the cabinet shelf detaches, contents from the cabinet may hit and/or distract the driver, increasing the risk of injury or a crash.

What to do

Winnebago will notify owners, and dealers will install two support brackets, additional screws, and a maximum capacity warning label free of charge.

The manufacturer has not yet provided a recall start date.

The TJX Companies of Framingham, Mass., is recalling about 9.200 Aroma Home USB Heated Hottie heating pads sold in the U.S and Canada.

The heating pads can overheat during use, posing fire and burn hazards.

No incidents or injuries are reported.

This recall involves animal-themed sequined heating pads that are heated by USB connection to a PC, laptop, power bank, car charger or other 5V USB port.

The heating pads were sold in four styles: French Bull Dog, Sequin Cat Head, Sequin Fox Head and Sequin Blue Owl.

A use and care label bearing the name “Aroma Home” is sewn into the bottom pocket of the heating pad where the USB cord emerges.

The heating pads, manufactured in China, were sold at T.J. Maxx and Marshalls stores nationwide from November 2018, through January 2019, for $13.

What to do

Consumers should immediately stop using the heating pads and return them to any T.J. Maxx or Marshalls store for a full refund.

Jaguar Land Rover North America is recalling 445 model year 2019 Jaguar F-Pace, F-Type, and XJ vehicles equipped with V6 or V8 gasoline engines.

The crankshaft pulley retaining bolt may have been improperly manufactured, possibly causing the crankshaft pulley bolt to fracture, potentially resulting in engine failure.

Engine failure may increase the risk of a crash.

What to do

Jaguar has notified owners, and dealers will replace the crankshaft pulley center retaining bolt free of charge.

The recall began February 11, 2019.

Heartland Recreational Vehicles is recalling 14 model year 2019 Prowler and Trail Runner recreational trailers.

The trailers are equipped with Load Range D tires instead of Load Range E tires.

Tires with an insufficient Load Range may fail, increasing the risk of crash.

Heartland has notified owners, and dealers will replace the tires with ones of the correct load range, free of charge.

McAllen Cold Storage of McAllen, Texas, is recalling approximately 51,942 pounds of frozen Basa fillets (Siluriformes).

The frozen fish products were not re-inspected for import into the U.S., from Vietnam.

The following items, imported from August 1, 2018, to February 15, 2019, are being recalled:

Bentley Motors is recalling 1,059 model year 2012-2018 Bentley Mulsannes.

In the event of a crash, the rear seat belt anchor may detach from the vehicle. If the rear seat belt buckle detaches, the seat occupant would have an increased risk of injury.

Bentley will notify owners, and dealers will improve the strength of the rear seat belt mounting by adding an additional reinforcement panel to the body structure, free of charge.

The fuel pump may leak fuel from the electrical connection area when the tank is full, increasing the risk of a fire.

Airstream is recalling 189 model year 2019 Airstream Basecamp X RVs.

The federal certification label and tire placard may have incorrect information stating that the vehicle is equipped with 235/55R18 Load Range D tires needing 80 psi, when the vehicles are actually equipped with 235/75R15 Load Range D tires needing 51 psi.

Incorrect information can result in is incorrect, the operator overinflating the tires, increasing the risk of a crash.

Airstream has notified owners and will send them a new corrected federal certification label and tire placard, free of charge.

The vehicles are equipped with V6 or V8 engines whose crankshaft pulley retaining bolt may fracture possibly resulting in engine failure increasing the risk of crash.

The packaging is not child resistant as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The pain relieving cream contains lidocaine, posing a risk of poisoning to young children if they put it on their skin or ingest it.

No incidents or injuries are reported.

This recall involves Numb 100 Topical Anesthetic Cream in a 1.35-fluid oz. white jar with a rounded cap. Numb 100 Topical Anesthetic Cream and a blue cross are printed on the jar’s front panel.

The tires may make contact with the rear floor support, affecting the trailer's handling and increasing the risk of a crash.

Subaru of America is recalling 1,303,530 model year 2014-2016 Foresters, model year 2008-2016 Impreza sedans, model year 2012-2016 Impreza station wagons, model year 2008-2014 WRX sedans (including STI), and model year 2013-2017 Crosstreks.

Exposure to certain contaminants may cause the brake light switch to malfunction, preventing the brake lights from illuminating. This could also prevent keyless ignition vehicles from starting and CVT/automatic transmissions from being able to be shifted out of Park.

Brake lights that do not illuminate properly will not alert other drivers that the vehicle is slowing or stopping, increasing the risk of crash.
