    Keystone recalls Crossroads Zinger and Longhorn recreational trailers

    The ground wire at the GFCI receptacle may be improperly installed

    Keystone RV Company is recalling 1,747 model year 2018 Crossroads Zinger and Longhorn recreational trailers.

    The ground wire at the GFCI receptacle may be improperly installed, possibly resulting in an electrical short, increasing the risk of a fire.

    What to do

    Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the connection at the GFCI receptacle, correcting the ground wire connection as necessary, free of charge.

    The recall is expected to begin April 12, 2018.

    Gulf Stream recalls Geo and Matrix recreational trailers

    The vehicles' federal certification label may incorrectly list the rear axle weight rating

    Gulf Stream Coach is recalling 15 model year 2018 Geo and Matrix recreational trailers.

    The vehicles ' federal certification labels may incorrectly list the Kilogram (Kg) weight rating of the rear axle as 182 Kg/401.31 lbs. below its actual capacity.

    The information for the front axle is correctly listed as 4400 lbs./1996kg, but the rear axle information is incorrectly listed as 4400lbs./1814kg. The discrepancy in information may cause the owner confusion.

    What to do

    Gulf Stream will notify owners, and will provide corrected labels, free of charge.

    The recall was expected to begin February 28, 2018.

    Lemur Group recalls PL Sleep children's sleepwear

    The garments fail to meet flammability standards

    Lemur Group is recalling about 1,400 PL Sleep children's nightgowns sold in the U.S. and Canada.

    The garments fail to meet the flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries.

    No incidents or injuries have been reported.

    This recall involves PL Sleep’s children’s 100 percent polyester nightgowns.

    The nightgown has a gray and white snowflake print on the long sleeves and a faux Sherpa fleece body with a red scarf, three black buttons and black belt decoration on the front.

    The sleepwear includes coordinating red and white striped socks. PL Sleep and model numbers 17FT62F561 and #101 are printed on a label sewn into the left inside seam. PL Sleep and the size are on the neck label.

    The nightgowns were sold in children’s sizes 2 through 7.

    The nightgowns, manufactured in China, were sold at Lord & Taylor, Saks Fifth Avenue and Von Maur stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com and Chasing-Fireflies.com from October 2017, through February, 2018 for between $16 and $38.

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately take the recalled nightgowns away from children and return them, with or without the socks, to the retailer where they were purchased or contact Lemur Group for instructions to get a full refund of the purchase price.

      Progressive Laboratories of Irving, Texas, is recalling Testosterzone, Thyroid Resilience, Xenesta Nuvive Men’s, and Xenesta Nuvive Women’s.

      The products may contain milk, an allergen not declared on the label.

      No illnesses or complaints have been reported to date.

      The following products, sold nationwide through health care professions, mail orders and online, are being recalled:

      • Testosterzone 180 count bottle is in an amber plastic bottle with black cap, Lot # 2072237.
      • Thyroid Resilience 120 count bottle is in an amber plastic bottle with black cap, Lot # 2114667 and 2061167.
      • Xenesta Nuvive Men’s is in a white plastic bottle with white cap, Lot # 2071887.
      • Xenesta Nuvive Women’s is in a white plastic bottle with white cap, Lot # 2071957 and 2082387.

      The lot codes are on the bottom of the bottles.

      What to do

      Customers who purchased the recalled products should return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.

      Carbon monoxide or propane gas could enter the living area

      Keystone RV Company is recalling 312 model year 2018 Summerland recreational trailers, model 1800BH.

      The recalled vehicles may have an improperly sealed refrigerator compartment, possibly allowing carbon monoxide or propane gas to enter the living area, posing a risk of injury to the occupants.

      What to do

      Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will remove the refrigerator, seal the compartment and reinstall the refrigerator, free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin April 12, 2018.

      The product contains peanuts, an allergen not declared on the label.

      The recalled product, which comes in a 1.48-oz., plastic wrap package within a paper carton package marked with UPC Code # 8801062 144815 on the side, was sold nationwide and Canada -- mostly in ethnic retail stores and online stores.
