    Forest River recalls model year 2019-2020 Sabre trailers

    The vehicle may experience an electrical short circuit, posing the risk of a fire

    Forest River is recalling 78 model year 2019-2020 Sabre trailers, models SRF261RK-C, SRF270RL-C and SRF301BH-C.

    The rotating pin box may come into contact with the 7-way junction box/wiring and cause an electrical short circuit.

    An electrical short circuit can pose the risk of a fire or cause unexpected brake failure, which can increase the risk of a crash.

    What to do

    Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will relocate the 7-way and junction box to a location that allows movement when the pin box is pivoting free of charge.

    The recall is expected to begin October 30, 2019.

    The product has unsafe levels of arsenic and lead

    Cellect Products Inc. and Oglethorpe Ltd. are recalling one lot of Cellect Unflavored Powder & Essentials Factor Cell Synergy Unflavored Powder.

    The product has unsafe levels of arsenic and lead.

    Taking more than two servings daily of the product, used as a multi-mineral & vitamin supplement, could result in an accumulation of lead in the body over time. Too much of it can cause serious and sometimes permanent adverse health consequences.

    Long-term exposure to inorganic arsenic has been associated with skin disorders and increased risks for skin, bladder and lung cancers.

    There are no reports of adverse events related to this recall to date.

    The recalled product, with lot #041907 and a manufactured (MFG) date of 05/20/2019 stamped on the bottom, was sold retail and through the internet in the U.S., and to individual customers in Canada, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Croatia, Romania, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore, China, India, Thailand and Japan.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled product should stop using and return it to place of purchase for a replacement or a refund.

    The upper bunk bed may fall

    Heartland Recreational Vehicles is recalling 28 model year 2020 Milestone recreational trailers.

    The wood backers for bunk supports were not installed on the slide out bunk end walls during manufacturing, possibly allowing the upper bunk bed to fall.

    If the bed falls while someone is on, or under, the bunk, there is a risk of an injury.

    What to do

    Heartland will notify owners, and dealers will install wood backers to secure the bunk bed free of charge.

    The recall is expected to begin November 15, 2019.

      The product may contain milk, an allergen not declared on the label.

      No illnesses or allergic reactions have been reported to date.

      The recalled product, which comes in a 9.8-oz. (250-gram) cardboard package with “20190316” stamped on the box, “BEST BEFORE: 03.15.2020” printed on the sticker, and UPC code 6926106100083, was sold nationwide in retail stores and through mail orders.

      Weaver Fundraising recalls Trail’s End Chocolatey Caramel Crunch

      The product may contain almonds, cashews and pecans, allergens not declared on the label

      Weaver Weaver Fundraising of Indianapolis, Ind., is recalling Trail’s End Chocolatey Caramel Crunch.

      The product may contain almonds, cashews and pecans, allergens not declared on the label.

      No illnesses have been reported to the company to date.

      The recalled product is contained in an individual 15-oz. metallized bag within a tin bearing a Trail’s End Chocolatey Caramel Crunch label. The inner bag is stamped with the words “ACP CARAMEL”.

      It was sold to consumers through Boy Scout councils in Houston, Texas, and Corpus Christi, Texas, beginning August 9, 2019.

      None of the product was sold in retail stores.

      What to do

      Customers who purchased the recalled products and have an allergy or severe sensitivity to the nuts should not consume them, but return them to the place of purchase.

      Airstream recalls International Serenity, International Signature, and Flying Cloud trailers

      The trailers could experience an electrical short

      Airstream is recalling 409 model year 2016-2017 International Serenity, model year 2016 International Signature, and Flying Cloud trailers that are 19 feet long.

      The vertically-mounted inverter may contact the floor-mounted inverter fuse, resulting in an electrical short, increasing the risk of a fire.

      What to do

      Airstream will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the location of the inverter and inverter fuse. If the inverter and inverter fuse are not mounted on the same surface, the inverter fuse will be relocated, and secured to the same surface as the inverter.

      In addition, a protective cover will be installed on the inverter fuse bar free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin November 15, 2019.

      The products are contaminated with N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) above levels established by the FDA.

      NDMA is classified as a probable substance that could cause cancer.
