    Samurai, Inc., of Honolulu, Hawaii, is recalling 16,660 packages of Furikake Popcorn.

    The product may contain fish, an allergen not declared on the label.

    No illnesses have been reported to date.

    The product was distributed in the state of Hawaii and can be purchased in all retail chains across the state.

    The recalled product, which comes in a 5-oz. package with Best By dates of 103019, 111519, 113019 and 121519 on the back of the package, was sold in all retail chains across Hawaii.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled product should return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

    Dorman recalls accelerator pedal assemblies

    The rotating portion of the accelerator pedal assembly may bind

    Dorman Products is recalling 3,744 accelerator pedal assemblies part numbers 699-114 and 825-5029-1, sold as replacement parts for model year 2003-2006 Acura MDXs, model year 2004-2008 Acura TLs & TSXs, model year 2003-2007 Honda Accords, model year 2005-2006 Honda CR-Vs, model year 2007-2011 Honda Elements, model year 2005-2008 Honda Pilots, and model year 2006-2014 Honda Ridgelines.

    The rotating portion of the accelerator pedal assembly may bind. As a result, the engine may not return to idle quickly after the pedal is released, increasing the risk of a crash.

    What to do

    Dorman will notify owners, and qualified service facilities will replace the affected accelerator pedal assemblies free of charge.

    The recall is expected to begin by December 2019.

    Mical Seafood expands tuna recall

    The products may contain elevated levels of histamine

    Mical Seafood of Cooper City, Fla., is expanding its earlier recall of frozen, wild-caught yellowfin Tuna Loins, Tuna Poke, Tuna Steaks, Tuna Ground Meat, and Tuna Saku.

    The products may contain elevated levels of histamine that can produce an allergic reaction called scombroid fish poisoning that may result in symptoms that can generally appear within minutes to several hours after eating the affected fish.

    The most common symptoms of histamine or scombroid fish poisoning are tingling or burning sensation in the mouth, facial swelling, rash, hives and itchy skin, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.

    These symptoms usually resolve within several hours without medical intervention.

    The following products, which were wholesaled to customers in: Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, new jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin,, are being recalled:

      Starcraft recalls model year 2018-2019 travel trailers

      The vehicles may suffer an electrical short circuit

      Starcraft RV is recalling 10,446 model year 2018 Comet Mini, model year 2018-2019 GPS, Autumn Ridge Outfitter, Launch Ultra Lite, Launch Outfitter 7, Autumn Ridge, Launch Outfitter, Satellite & Avalon, and model year 2019 Mossy Oak and Mossy Oak Lite travel trailers.

      The fuse/circuit breaker wiring between the battery and the converter may have bypassed the 30-amp fuse, creating an unprotected circuit.

      In the event of an electrical short, an unprotected circuit can increase the risk of a fire.

      What to do

      Starcraft will notify owners, and dealers will install a fuse harness assembly to protect the circuit free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin November 22, 2019.

      GM recalls Advantage Tri-fold soft tonneau covers

      The original instructions may be difficult to follow

      General Motors is recalling 7,173 Advantage Tri-fold soft tonneau covers sold as accessory parts for model year 2019-2020 model year Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks.

      The original instructions may be difficult to follow, possibly resulting in the cover being installed incorrectly.

      An incorrectly installed cover can detach from the truck bed and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      GM will notify owners, and will provide them with a cover tether kit and improved instructions and additional labeling.

      The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule.

      Daimler Vans USA (DVUSA) is recalling 19 model year 2018-2019 Sprinter and Metris vehicles.

      The vehicles left the reassembly plant without the final quality inspection of safety-relevant parts or bolt connections, resulting in possible unknown safety risks.

      Failure to identify loose safety related parts can increase the risk of crash and injury.

      DVUSA will notify owners, and vehicles will be returned to the reassembly plant for comprehensive inspection and, if necessary, corrective action, free of charge.

      The horn may detach from the motorcycle

      American Honda Motor Co. is recalling 4,34 model year 2019 CRF450L motorcycles.

      The horn mount may break, allowing the horn to detach from the motorcycle.

      An unsecured horn may interfere with the driving of the motorcycle, affecting handling and control, or it may fall off and become a road hazard. Either of these situations can increase the risk of a crash.

      Fisherman’s Pride Processors of Vernon, Calif., is recalling 100 bags of Schwan’s brand Garlic Herb Shrimp.

      The product contains soy and milk, allergens not declared on the label.

      There are no reported injuries or illness to date.

      The recalled product is packed in white polyethylene bag with red graphic (picture of shrimp) and imprinted with Schwan’s Brand and “Garlic Herb Shrimp” Net Wt. 16oz (1 lb) 453g.

      Code #567, UPC code 052008 and Product Identification code 4A924608xx-B1 are located on the reverse side of the package.

      Schwan’s may have distributed the recalled product to the lower 48 States through its home delivery network. The recalled product was not sold in retail stores.

      The awning may extend unexpectedly without input from the user

      Pleasure Way Industries is recalling 1,148 model year 2018-2020 Plateau, Plateau XL, Ascent and Lexor motorhomes equipped with a Fiamma F45 Eagle or Fiamma F65 Eagle awning.

      The awning drive mechanism may fail causing the awning to extend unexpectedly without input from the user.

      If the awning unexpectedly extends while the vehicle is parked, the awning may hit an occupant within its range, increasing the risk of an injury.

      If the awning unexpectedly extends while the vehicle is in motion, there is an increased risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Pleasure Way will notify owners, and dealers will install straps to keep the awning closed, as a temporary solution, free of charge.

      Fiamma will eventually provide a permanent solution.
