    Kananaskistrade is recalling Grained Salmon Caviar that may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum.

    There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of this product.

    The recalled product, which is packaged in a 95-g can containing Cyrillic characters and UPC 8 85202 00044 3, was sold in Ontario and possibly all across Canada through August 20, 2019.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled product should not consume it, but discard or return it to the place of purchase.

    The rear ladder blocks the egress window on the rear wall, preventing the use of the window.

    In the event of an emergency, occupants may not be able to exit the vehicle, increasing the risk of injury.

    What to do

    Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will install an egress window free of charge.

    The recall is expected to begin September 18, 2019.

    Club Car gas golf and transport vehicles recalled

    Fuel can leak from an improperly-routed fuel line

    Club Car of Augusta, Ga., is recalling about 11,000 Club Car Precedent, Tempo, Onward and Villager model gas golf and transport vehicles.

    Fuel can leak from an improperly-routed fuel line, posing fire and burn hazards.

    The company has received three reports of fuel leaks. No fires or injuries have been reported.

    This recall involves model year 2019 gas-powered Precedent, Tempo, Onward and Villager golf and transport vehicles, which are used for short-distance transportation.

    The golf and transport vehicles, manufactured in the U.S., were sold at authorized Club Car dealers nationwide from August 2018, through July 2019, for between $7,000 and $11,000.

      Forest River recalls Flagstaff and Cherokee Arctic Wolf recreational trailers

      The rotating pin box may rotate in two places, increasing the risk of a crash

      Forest River is recalling 1,809 model year 2019-2020 Flagstaff and Cherokee Arctic Wolf recreational trailers equipped with MORyde Orbital or You Turn Rubber Pin Box Wedge Kits.

      The pin boxes may have been equipped with bolts 1-3/4 inches in length when they should be equipped with 2-inch long bolts.

      The incorrect bolts may allow the rotating pin box to rotate in two places, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the bolts and replace them as necessary free of charge. The recall is expected to begin September 11, 2019.

      Club Car recalls gas utility and transport vehicles

      Fuel can leak from an improperly-routed fuel line

      Club Car of Augusta, Ga., is recalling about 1,300 Club Car Gas Carryall 300, Transporter, Villager Vehicles, Streetrod Lux and Streetrod Vintage Vehicles sold in the U.S., and Canada.

      Under continuous operations with low speed idling periods and a full gas tank, the fuel vent can allow fuel to leak, posing a fire hazard.

      The firm has received two reports of fuel leaks. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves 2019 utility and transport vehicles, which vary in size, models and colors and are used for short-distance transportation.

      The recalled vehicles can be identified by the model and serial numbers. Serial numbers are above and to the right of the accelerator pedal.

      The model number is the first two letters of the serial number. Recalled models and serial numbers include:

      HCI 100 matt black motorcycle helmets recalled

      The helmets may not adequately protect the wearer

      Darsan Trading Co., doing business as Helmet City, is recalling 450 HCI 100 matt black motorcycle helmets in size XL.

      The helmets may not adequately protect the wearer in the event of a head impact during a motorcycle crash. Additionally, they do not list the month and year of manufacturer as required by law.

      A helmet that does not adequately protect the wearer from an impact in a crash can increase the risk of injury.

      What to do

      HCI will notify owners, and will provide replacement helmets or give the consumer a credit for a replacement helmet, free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin in August 2019.

      The product may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum

      AWERS, Inc. of Bellevue, Wash., is recalling Grained Salmon Caviar 95g.

      The product may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum.

      No illnesses have been reported to date.

      The recalled product, is packed in a green metal tin, with red and white writing in Cyrillic lettering with an easy open pull lid, and the “BEST BEFORE OCT 07 2020” printed on the bottom.

      It was sold in California, New York, Oregon and Washington, and may have also been distributed to other states and Canada.

      What to do

      Customers who purchased the recalled product should not consume it even if it does not look or smell spoiled, inform the firm and ship any remaining affected product back to the firm or destroy it with permission from AWERS for a full refund.

      TMC recalls model year 2019-2020 Omni and Magnitude motorhomes

      The battery tray may detach from the chassis

      Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling 181 model year 2019-2020 Omni and Magnitude motorhomes.

      The battery tray may be improperly welded to the chassis frame, allowing the battery tray to detach from the chassis.

      If the battery tray detaches from the chassis, the battery may discharge, causing the vehicle to stall increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      TMC has notified owners, and dealers will weld on an additional support to the battery tray free of charge.

      The recall began August 8, 2019.

      SSR Motorsports recalls off‐highway competition motorcycles

      The vehicle’s front fork assembly can fail during use

      SSR Motorsports of Norwalk, Calif., is recalling about 420 SSR Motorsports competition off-road motorcycles.

      The vehicle’s front fork assembly can fail during use, causing the rider to lose control, posing a crash hazard.

      The firm has received three reports of the front fork assembly failing. Two incidents resulted in bruising.

      This recall involves two-wheeled 2019 SSR Motorsports competition off-road motorcycles with model numbers SR70Auto, SR70C, SR110Semi/DX, and SR125Auto.

      Only vehicles with the 2019 model year have the letter K in the 10th position of the 17-digit VIN number stamped on the right side of the steering stem. SSR Motorsports logo is printed on the left and right side panels of the motorcycles.

      The motorcycles are black, white, red, orange, green, or blue, and are fitted with traditional style front forks. Their engine displacements are stamped on the right side of the engine cylinder wall in respect to their model numbers: 72cc, 107cc, and 124cc.

      VIN numbers can be verified through SSR dealers or SSR Motorsports.

      The motorcycles, manufactured in China, were sold at authorized SSR Motorsports dealers nationwide from February 2019, through June 2019, for between $800 and $1,200.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled off-road motorcycles and contact their local SSR Motorsports dealer to schedule a free repair. SSR Motorsports is contacting registered owners directly.

      Pfizer recalls RELPAX tablets

      The products may be contaminated with Genus Pseudomonas and Burkholderia

      Pfizer is recalling two lots (lAR5407 and CD4565) of RELPAX (eletriptan hydrobromide) tablets used for acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults.

      These products may not meet Pfizer’s in-house microbiological specification for the potential presence of Genus Pseudomonas and Burkholderia.

      Consuming oral products contaminated with microorganisms are at risk of bacterial dissemination from the gut to the bloodstream potentially resulting in serious, life- threatening infections.

      Pfizer says it has not received any customer complaints or reports of adverse events to date.

      The 40 mg tablets have an expiration date of February 2022, and come in cartons containing 6 and 12 tablets.

      The recalled products were distributed nationwide to wholesalers, retailers, hospitals, and healthcare providers in the U.S. and Puerto Rico from June 2019, to July 2019.

      What to do

      Winnebago recalls model year 2018-2019 Fuse motorhomes

      The lug nuts may not properly secure the wheels

      Winnebago Industries is recalling 112 model year 2018-2019 Fuse motorhomes built on a 2018 Ford Transit chassis and equipped with aluminum wheel feature code 63W.

      The wheel studs may be too long, preventing the lug nuts from properly securing the wheels.

      Wheels that cannot be torqued properly may loosen and detach, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Winnebago will notify owners, and dealers will replace the wheel studs with a shorter version free of charge.

      The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule.

      Fragments of a window broken in a crash may not be small enough to meet federal standards

      Vitro Automotriz, S.A. de C.V. is recalling 47,366 aftermarket replacement rear window glass (backlites), sold for use in various Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Isuzu, Oldsmobile, Buick, Saab, Chrysler, Dodge, RAM, Volkswagen, Mazda, Mercury, Pontiac, Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Jeep, Navistar, International, Saturn, Scion, Cadillac, Lincoln, Infiniti, and Hyundai vehicles including passenger cars, pick-up trucks, SUV's, and Heavy Duty vehicles.

      Gulf Stream Coach is recalling 13 model year 2017 Serro Scotty S14 RBR travel trailers.

      The federal placard label indicates an incorrect Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR).

      Incorrect GVWR information may result in the trailer being overloaded, affecting the tires or the vehicle's handling, thereby increasing the risk of a crash.

      SunSetter recalls vinyl covers for motorized awnings

      One death has been reported from impact and fall hazards

      SunSetter Products of Malden, Mass., is recalling about 281,000 vinyl covers for SunSetter Motorized Awnings sold in the U.S., and Canada.

      If a powered awning is activated while the cover is secured with bungee tie-downs, when the cover is removed, the awning can open unexpectedly with enough force to strike consumers standing in the awning’s path, causing them to fall and suffer death or serious injury.

      The firm has received 14 reports of incidents, including one report of a death and six reports of injuries.

      In one reported incident, a 73-year-old man died after falling from a ladder and over a balcony when a motorized awning opened unexpectedly and struck him while he was removing the cover’s bungee tie-downs.

      This recall involves all soft vinyl awning covers used with SunSetter Motorized, Motorized XL, Motorized PRO, Motorized PROXL, and Oasis Freestanding Motorized Retractable Awnings distributed by SunSetter from June 1999 to January 2019 and supplied with bungee tie-downs. Covers for manually operated awnings are not affected by this recall.

      The awning covers, manufactured in the U.S., were sold for about $100 or distributed as a promotional item or as part of a package with motorized awnings directly by SunSetter, through independent dealers nationwide, and through Costco Wholesale.

      What to do

      Consumers should not attempt to install covers for the motorized awnings or remove any installed covers until they have received instructions from SunSetter.

      Consumers should contact SunSetter for free breakaway safety clips (that replace the bungee tie-downs provided with the cover) and instructions for their use, and instructions on how to safely remove any installed bungee tie-downs.

      The interior rearview mirror may detach from the housing

      Mazda North American Operations is recalling 22,571 model year 2019 Mazda3s with manual dimming mirrors.

      The adhesive between the interior rearview mirror and the housing may not be properly bonded, allowing the mirror to detach from the housing.

      Rearward visibility will be reduced without the rearview mirror, increasing the risk of a crash.

      Vehicles equipped with auto dimming mirrors are not affected.

      What to do

      Mazda will notify owners, and dealers will replace the interior rearview mirror assembly free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin August 30, 2019.

      The products may be undercooked

      Taylor Farms of Chicago, Ill., is recalling approximately 342 pounds of breaded chicken products.

      A processing defect may have led to undercooking of the products.

      There are no confirmed reports of adverse reactions.

      The following ready-to-eat breaded chicken items, produced August 3, 2019, are being recalled:

      • 14.75-oz. sealed clear trays containing “Parmesan Topped Chicken with Spaghetti” with lot codes TFIL215A001 and TFIL216A001 and “Use by” dates 8/14/19 and 8/15/19 represented on the label.
      • 12.5-oz. sealed clear trays containing “Homestyle Fried Chicken Dinner” with lot codes TFIL215A001 and TFIL216A001 and “Use by” dates 8/13/19 and 8/14/19 represented on the label.
      • 9-oz. cardboard trays with plastic lids containing “Breaded Chicken Breast” with lot codes TFIL215A001 and TFIL216A001 and “Use by” dates 8/09/19 and 8/10/19 represented on the label.

      Pain Relief Naturally recalls itch and pain relief creams

      The products have microbiological contamination

      Pain Relief Naturally is recalling four lots of 4% lidocaine topical cream & liquid gel products.

      Analysis found the products to have microbiological contamination and higher than the labeled potency for lidocaine.

      The risks from a contaminated pre-tattoo product are greater since the skin is being traumatized immediately after application and tattooing is known to have infectious complications.

      Additionally, use of lidocaine greater than the label claim may increase the risk of methemoglobinemia, a blood disorder in which an abnormal amount of methemoglobin is produced.

      There are no reports of adverse events to date.

      Seattle Manufacturing recalls ice axes

      The spike and/or head of the ice axe can detach from the handle

      Seattle Manufacturing Corporation (SMC) of Ferndale, Wash., is recalling about 165 Kobah ice axes.

      The spike and/or head of the ice axe can detach from the handle during use, posing serious injury and fall hazards to the climber.

      The firm has received one report of the axe’s spike detaching from the handle. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves Kobah ice axes of lengths 60, 65, 70 and 75 centimeters.

      The axes each have a steel pick and adze joined at the top of an orange aluminum handle shaft by a black polyamide resin head. There is a steel spike in the bottom of the handle shaft.

      “Kobah,” “SMC” and Manufacturer’s Lot Number (MLN) 10864 are printed on the handle shaft.

      The ice axes, manufactured in the U.S., were sold at specialty climbing shops along the West coast and online at www.smcgear.com from March 2019, through June 2019, for about $100.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ice axes and return them to SMC for a full refund. SMC is contacting all known purchasers directly.
