Porsche Cars North America is recalling three model year 2019 911 GT2 RS and model year 2020 911 Carrera S Coupes.

The bolts connecting the driveshaft to the wheel hub may not have been properly tightened.

If the driveshaft disconnects from the wheel hub, it can increase the risk of crash.

What to do

Porsche will notify owners, and dealers will properly tighten the driveshaft connection to the wheel hub free of charge.

The recall is expected to begin August 11, 2019.

Levolorof Atlanta, Ga., is recalling 30,000 Levolor Two-Corded Custom Cellular shades.

The pull cords are joined by a non-breakaway cord connector, which poses a strangulation hazard for small children.

This recall involves the Levolor Two-Corded Custom Cellular window shades. The shades were sold in the following styles:

• Bottom up single cell products (60 inches or less in width)
• Bottom up double cell products (44 inches or less in width)
• Top-Down/Bottom-Up or Day/Night corded products (42 inches or less in width)
• Various custom cellular configurations of specialty shapes

The Levolor logo is printed on a sticker on the bottom rail. Manufacturing information, including the date of manufacture, is printed on a sticker on the head rail. Only units manufactured between 12/15/2018 and 04/30/2019 are included in the recall.

The shades, manufactured in Mexico, were sold at Levolor dealers nationwide and online at www.levolor.com from December 2018, through April 2019, for between $65 and $1,125.

The product may contain anchovies and sardines, allergens not declared on the label.

The recalled product, which comes in a white plastic bottle marked with lot #35532200 and 0522 expiration on the side of the label., is a soft yellow gel the the UPC code 026664273161 on the Dim Plex label.

It was sold nationwide through mail order and direct delivery.

Unexpected movement of the slide-out room can increase the risk of a crash or injury.

The desk’s control box has an electrical issue resulting in reverse polarity, which could pose a shock hazard.

This recall involves Realspace Magellan Performance-Electric Height-Adjustable desks sold in espresso or cherry colors.

The desks have the Office Depot SKU number 358370 (espresso) or 216230 (cherry) printed on a label located underneath the desk top.

The control box is located under the desk on the right side and controls the desk’s upward and downward movements.

The desks, manufactured in Taiwan, were sold at Office Depot stores in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and online at officedepot.com from April 1, 2017, through February 22, 2019, for about $500.

Bose Corporation of Framingham, Mass., is recalling about 77,500 professional use flush and surface mount loudspeakers.

The loudspeaker’s mounting components can break causing the speakers to dislodge and fall from their installed location, posing an injury hazard.

The firm has received nine reports in the U.S. of speakers dislodging or falling from their installed locations, including one report of minor injuries.

This recall involves FreeSpace DS40F in-ceiling/flush-mount loudspeakers manufactured before August 13, 2018, and all FreeSpace and EdgeMax in-ceiling/flush-mount loudspeakers installed in commercial cooking environments.

The loudspeakers were sold in black and white with “Bose” engraved on the front of them. Model numbers and the date of manufacturing can be found on the label on the back of the loudspeaker.

These professional loudspeakers were sold by Bose through authorized Bose resellers to commercial purchasers, not at retail to consumers, although affected loudspeakers may have been installed in commercial spaces open to the public.

The speakers, manufactured in China, were sold at authorized Bose distributors nationwide.

EdgeMax models were sold between August 2017, and January 2019, for about $400.

FreeSpace DS 16 models were sold between February 2002, and January 2019, for between $65 and $95.

FreeSpace DS 40 models were sold between May 2010, and August 2018, for between $120 and $180.

FreeSpace DS 100 models were sold between January 2006, and January 2019, for between $160 and $250.

FreeSpace 3 models were sold between January 2002, and January 2019 for between $100 and $215.

Winco Fireworks International, of Grandview, Mo., is recalling 21,000 “Cat Mobile” fireworks.

When ignited, the device can burst and spread sparks and pyrotechnic materials upward and outward instead of on the ground as intended, posing explosion, burn and projectile hazards to bystanders.

No incidents or injuries are reported.

This recall involves the Black Cat branded “Cat Mobile” fireworks with model number BC396.

This device is shaped like a black mobile vehicle with red headlights and whistles when lit and shoots sparks while moving on the ground.

The Black Cat logo is printed on the outside of the product packaging in the left top corner. “Cat” is printed in white lettering and “Mobile” is printed in yellow lettering on the products packaging.

The fireworks, manufactured in China, were sold at Pyro City, Fireworks Supermarket and other Black Cat Fireworks outlets nationwide from April 2019, through June 2019, for about $7.

The rear mounted Power Distribution Module (PDM) may have been damaged during manufacturing, possibly resulting in the rear marker lights, brake lights, or turn signals not functioning.

Nonfunctioning lights can increase the risk of a crash.

Newmar will notify owners, and Daimler Trucks dealers will inspect and replace the rear PDM, as necessary, free of charge.

Home Depot USA of Atlanta, Ga., is recalling about 70,200 Everbilt stainless steel door pulls.

The door pulls can have sharp edges on the back, posing a laceration hazard.

The firm has received 42 reports of the door pulls containing sharp edges, including 11 reports of minor injuries.

This recall includes Everbilt 6-1/2 inch Stainless steel door pulls. The 14339 model door pulls have a rounded bow shape and are stainless steel. The door pulls are secured by four screws.

The door pulls, manufactured in China, were sold at Home Depot stores nationwide and online at www.homedepot.com from April 2018, through May 2019, for about $6.

The outside kitchen may be equipped with a standard outlet receptacle and not a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protected outlet.

If the outside kitchen receptacles are not GFCI protected, occupants may receive an electrical shock.

Universal Security Instrument of Owings Mills, Md., is recalling about 180,000 battery-powered smoke and fire alarms.

The smoke alarms can have a misaligned internal switch causing the alarms to not activate properly, posing a risk of failure to alert consumers to a fire.

The company has received 134 reports of failure to activate properly during installation.

This recall involves Universal Security Instruments 10 year battery-operated ionization smoke and fire alarms with model numbers MI3050S and MI3050SB and date codes between 2015JAN19 through 2016JUL11.

The smoke alarms are white and 5½ inches in diameter. “Universal” and “Smoke & Fire Alarm” are printed on the front cover of the alarm. The label on the back of the alarm lists the model number and date code.

The alarms, manufactured in Hong Kong, were sold online through specialty wholesalers and others from July 2015, to December 2016, about $20

What to do

Consumers should immediately inspect their smoke alarms to determine if it will activate appropriately. Press the test button to determine if it is operating properly. If the alarm sounds no further action is required.

The slim-rack slide out mechanisms may activate unintentionally, moving the slide room in or out unexpectedly.

The recalled Nature’s Truth wintergreen 100% pure essential oil comes in a 1/2 fl.-oz. (1- ml) glass amber dropper bottle.

It has a black cap and a yellow, pink and green label with Nature’s Truth Aromatherapy Wintergreen 100% Pure Stimulation Essential Oil printed on the front.

Product number NT6446, UPC code 840093103130 and lot number 13810, 13985, 14540, 16013, 23517, 28581 or 29929 are printed on the back of the product.

The blankets have two straps with a metal snap at the end of each strap and the body of the blanket to attach the blanket to a stroller, crib or car seat or wrist.
