    Model year 2018-2019 Forest River Surveyor recreational trailers

    The federal placard contains inaccurate axle rating information

    Forest River is recalling 53 model year 2018-2019 Forest River Surveyor recreational trailers, models SVT201RBLE, SVT201RBLE-47 and SVT201RBS-47.

    The federal placard indicates that the vehicles have 3,500 lb. capacity axles, whereas they actually have 2,500 lb. capacity axles.

    The incorrect label may cause the trailer to be overloaded, possibly resulting in a loss of control and increasing the risk of a crash.

    What to do

    Forest River has notified owners and provided replacement placards that contain the accurate axle weight capacity information free of charge.

    The recall began on March 18, 2019.

      The front brake hose may crack and leak

      BMW of North America is recalling 2,707 model year 2013-2018 BMW C600 Sport & C650 Sport, and model year 2013-2019 C650 GT scooters, including those previously recalled.

      Repeated turning of the handlebars to the left-most position may cause the front brake hose to crack and leak over time.

      A brake fluid leak can reduce braking ability, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      BMW will notify owners, and dealers will replace the brake hose, adding an additional protective sleeve that will cover the hose connection fitting free of charge.

      Mazda North American Operations is recalling 187,798 model year 2016-2018 Mazda3 vehicles.

      A defective windshield wiper relay may cause the windshield wipers to become inoperative, reducing the driver's visibility.

      Reduced visibility while driving can increase the risk of crash.

      Indian Motorcycle Company is recalling 2,072 model year 2019 Scout, Scout Bobber, and Scout Sixty motorcycles equipped with Anti-Lock Brake Systems (ABS).

      After the manufacturing process, air may remain trapped within the brake system, possibly reducing brake performance.

      Reduced brake performance can increase the risk of a crash.

      The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), shown on the label as 7,675lbs, exceeds the safety chain rating of 7,600lbs.

      The incorrect GVWR may result in the safety chains being insufficient to retain the trailer in the event that the trailer unhooks from the tow vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

      SD Import recalls Aphrodisiac capsules

      The product contains sildenafil, making it an unapproved drug

      SD Import is recalling all lots of Aphrodisiac capsules marketed as a dietary supplement for men for sexual enhancement.

      The products have been found to be tainted with sildenafil. an active pharmaceutical ingredient in FDA approved products used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

      The presence of sildenafil in Aphrodisiac capsules renders it an unapproved drug for which safety and efficacy have not been established.

      There are no reports of adverse events related to this recall.

      The recalled product is packaged in a cardboard box with 12 plastic packs in a box with UPC Code 644118128135. It was sold in retail stores nationwide and on a variety of websites.

      What to do

      Customers who purchased the recalled product should stop using it and return it to place of purchase.

      KTM and Husqvarna Motorcycles recall motorcycles

      The throttle can become stuck in the open position

      KTM North America and Husqvarna Motorcycles North America of Murrieta, Calif., are recalling about 780 KTM 50 SX and Husqvarna TC 50 motorcycles.

      The throttle can become stuck in the open position, posing a crash hazard to the rider.

      No incidents or injuries reported.

      This recall involves model year 2019 KTM 50 SX and Husqvarna TC 50 closed course/competition motorcycles with 50cc 2-cycle engines.

      Only model year 2019 motorcycles that have the letter K in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number which is located on the right side of the steering head are included in the recall.

      The KTM motorcycles are orange and white with the KTM logo on both sides of the radiator shrouds covering the fuel tank. Printed on both side panels below the rear seat is 50 SX.

      The Husqvarna motorcycles are white, blue and yellow with the Husqvarna logo and TC 50 printed on both sides of the radiator shrouds covering the fuel tank.

      The motorcycles, manufactured in Austria, were sold at KTM and Husqvarna Motorcycles authorized dealers nationwide from March 2018, December 2018, for about $4,300.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop riding the recalled motorcycles and contact an authorized KTM or Husqvarna Motorcycles dealer, respective of their motorcycle brand, to schedule a free repair. KTM and Husqvarna Motorcycles are contacting all known purchasers directly.

      The internal battery can leak and cause an electrical short

      Marpac of Wilmington, N.C., is recalling about 5,000 GO travel sleep sound machines.

      The internal battery can leak and cause an electrical short, posing a burn hazard.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall involves Marpac Go travel sleep sound machines, which produce numerous different types of sound that block out distracting noise.

      The multi-use sound machine is white with a gray flip stand, an internal rechargeable battery, and comes with a USB cable. It measures about 3 inches high by 2 inches wide with the serial number located on a sticker on the back of the machine.

      The recalled units have a serial number range GT184600000 through GT184605200

      The sound machines, manufactured in China, were sold online at marpac.com, amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, harriscomm.com, and bedbathandbeyond.com from January 2019, through February 2019, for about $40.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately remove the sound machines from a charging source, stop using, and contact the firm for a full refund.

      The product contains sildenafil and tadalafil, making it an unapproved drug

      Brian Richardson dba “In Tha Pink,” is recalling ground Kopi Jantan Tradisional Natural Herbs Coffee, which is marketed as a dietary supplement for sexual enhancement.

      FDA analysis has found the product to be tainted with sildenafil and tadalafil, approved drugs for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction.

      The presence of these undeclared active ingredients makes the product an unapproved drug for which safety and efficacy has not been established.

      The company has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.

      The product, which comes in individual 13 gram packages, UPC 9 557205 06008 3 with an expiration date of October 13, 2020 (13/10/2020) stamped on the back of the package, was sold nationwide by online retail sites -- including but not limited to -- Ebay and through mail orders, since September, 2017.

      What to do

      The firm is notifying its customers by mail and arranging for return of all recalled product.

      Polaris expands recall of model year 2018-2019 Slingshot motorcycles

      The driver's seat may move unexpectedly

      Polaris Industries is expanding its earlier recall of model year 2018-2019 Slingshot motorcycles to include an additional 3,305 vehicles.

      The driver-seat and passenger-seat seat belt and seat back anchoring bracket may have been improperly welded. Additionally, differences in the seat assembly may prevent proper latching of the seat slider, allowing the driver's seat to move unexpectedly.

      If the seat belt buckle or seat back detach from the seat base, there would be an increased risk of injury in the event of a crash. If the driver's seat unexpectedly moves, it can cause the driver to lose control of the motorcycle, increasing the risk of a crash

      What to do

      Polaris will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the seat belt bracket and seat back welds, and the seat slider latching function.

      If the weld is missing or incomplete, or if the slider doesn't latch properly, the seat bases will be replaced free of charge.

      The recall began on March 25,2019.
