    The chargers can overheat, posing a burn hazard.

    Professional Tool Products of Travelers Rest, S.C., is recalling about 5,000 Matco Tools wireless chargers sold in the U.S, and Canada.

    The chargers can overheat, posing a burn hazard.

    The firm has received six reports of the chargers overheating, including two reports of burns to consumers’ fingers.

    This recall involves Matco Tools brand wireless chargers.

    The recalled chargers are round and have “MATCO TOOLS” and the Matco logo printed on a black background in the center.

    They measure about four inches in diameter and ½ inch in height and were sold with a USB connector cable.

    The chargers, manufactured in China, were sold exclusively at Matco Tools mobile truck stores nationwide from November 2018, through January 2019, for about $25.

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chargers and return them to the place of purchase for either a full refund or Matco Tools store credit of equal value.

    Forest River recalls model year 2019 Forest River Sabre trailers

    The federal placard may incorrectly state the trailer's axle capacity

    Forest River is recalling four model year 2019 Forest River Sabre trailers.

    The federal placard may incorrectly state that the trailer has 6,000 lb. capacity axles when it actually has 5,200 lb. capacity axles.

    The incorrect label could cause the operator to overload the vehicle, which may lead to a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash.

    What to do

    Forest River has notified owners, and dealers will provide replacement placards that indicate the correct axle weight rating free of charge.

    The recall began March 8, 2019.

    The products may be contaminated with foreign matter

    J & J Snack Foods Handhelds of Holly Ridge, N.C.. is recalling approximately 56,578 pounds of stuffed sandwiches.

    The products that may be contaminated with extraneous materials -- specifically semi-transparent plastic.

    There are no reports of injury or illness from consumption of these products.

    The following items, produced on February 19 – 20, 2019, are being recalled:

    • 9-oz. carton packages containing 2 stuffed pepperoni sandwiches with “Bremer CLASSIC PEPPERONI PIZZA Hot Stuffed Sandwiches” and best if used by dates of “AUG 12 2020” or “AUG 13 2020” on the label.
    • 9-oz. carton packages containing 2 ham and cheese sandwiches with “Bremer CLASSIC HAM & CHEESE Hot Stuffed Sandwiches” and best if used by dates of “AUG 12 2020” or “AUG 13 2020” on the label.

    The recalled products, bearing establishment number “EST. 27231” inside the USDA mark of inspection, were shipped to a retail locations nationwide.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled products should not consume them, but discard or return them to the place of purchase.

      The balls can leak or rupture during or after microwaving, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

      The firm has received 84 reports of massage balls bursting during microwaving, including 17 reports of burns to various parts of the body.

      This recall involves Vivitar Hot/Cold Massage Balls that are teal, light pink or lavender and come in a package of two balls – one smooth ball and one with raised bumps.

      The name “Vivitar,” model number, date code, and UPC can be found on the bottom of the product packaging. The date code can also be found on the smooth ball.

      There are no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

      The following item, which was labeled incorrectly as “Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup,” and produced on January 24, 2019, is being recalled:

      • 8-lb. cases containing 2 bags of “HOMESTYLE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP” with a “USE BY 01242020 LOT 01242019 28A” lot code. The plastic bags inside the case are labeled as “Chicken & Poblano Pepper Soup” but do not identify a list of ingredients.

      The recalled product, bearing establishment number “EST. P-19449A” inside the USDA mark of inspection, was shipped to restaurant distributor locations nationwide.

      The charger can overheat while recharging, posing a fire hazard

      Spector & Co., of Champlain, N.Y., is recalling about 4,800 T119 Elf power bank chargers.

      The charger can overheat while recharging, posing a fire hazard.

      The firm has received two reports of the power bank overheating, resulting in no property or fire damage. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves the T119 Elf power bank chargers. The portable battery-powered chargers are used for charging the battery of a mobile phone or other electronic device.

      The unit measures about 4 inches long by ¾ inch high by ¾ inch wide. It has a color match end with a wire key loop and the sides are either gun metal blue, black, red or gray. On the black top of the charger in white letters are "5V OUT" and "5V IN".

      The name and/or logo of the organization that gave away the units as a promotional item appears on the side of the power bank.

      The chargers, manufactured in China, were given away as a free promotional item at various meetings, trade shows and industry conventions from May 2016, through January 2019.

      What to do

      The diving mask regulator can cause restricted airflow, posing an injury hazard to divers.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall involves Ocean Reef’s Neptune Space Integrated Diving Masks.

      The full face SCUBA masks come in a variety of colors and sizes, have a bellows style face seal, molded from silicone rubber, and use a "spring profile" and sealing surface.

      The masks serial numbers are engraved on the mask housing.

      This recall involves a faux fur mid-weight jacket sold in infant sizes 12 to 24 months. The underside of the jacket’s label contains the printed style number C2185125-CT or C218525. Amerex Group is printed on a label underneath the washing instructions label.

      The air bag inflators may explode causing serious injury or death

      McLaren Automotive is recalling 2,792 model year 2012-2013 MP4-12Cs, model year 2014-2016 650s, model year 2015-2016 675 LTs, model year 2014-2015 P1s and model year 2015-2017 570s.

      The vehicles are equipped with air bag inflators assembled as part of the passenger frontal air bag modules, used as original equipment or replacement equipment (such as after a vehicle crash necessitating replacement of the original air bags), that may explode due to propellant degradation occurring after long-term exposure to high absolute humidity, temperature and temperature cycling.

      An inflator explosion may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants resulting in serious injury or death.

      What to do

      McLaren will notify owners, and dealers will replace the air bags, free of charge.

      The recall was expected to begin on March 31, 2019.

      This recall involves Cambridge Elevating Elmira, Heritage & Hybrid model home elevators using the first and second generation micro-controller systems (BES 1 & BES 2). “Cambridge Elevating” is printed on the label inside the elevators.

      The elevators have an operating panel inside the cab with a digital display, a stop button, the elevator capacity and a phone box.

      Only elevators with production date codes 1/2/2009 through 29/11/17 printed on the manufacture label inside the elevator wall are included in the recall.

      Analysis has found the product to be tainted with sildenafil making it an unapproved drug for which safety and efficacy have not been established.

      The company has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.

      The recalled product is packaged in a wooden box labeled as LEOPARD Miracle Honey, UPC CODE 8 699415 910534 containing 12 sachets, total 180 Gr/6.36 oz.

      Each sachet is 15 gr/0.53 Oz, labeled LEOPARD Miracle of Honey, UPC CODE 8 699415 912859.

      It was sold in the Northeast to stores and consumers.
