    Maxfield Seafood recalls Sheat fish

    The product was not re-inspected prior to entering the U.S.

    Maxfield Seafood of City of Industry, Calif., is recalling approximately 55,300 pounds of Sheat fish.

    The products were not re-inspected prior to entering the U.S.
    There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

    The following frozen products, imported from Vietnam from April 2018, through December 2018, with a shelf life of two years, are being recalled:

    • 14-oz. clear bag packages containing “Maxfield Seafood SHEAT FISH CA TREN KET” with “EXPIRY DATE” of 200324, 200403, 201007, 201008, 201113, 201115, 201222 and 201227.
    • 14-oz. clear bag packages containing “Maxfield Seafood SHEAT FISH CA TREN RANG” with “EXPIRY DATE” (some labels don’t display an expiration date) of 200324, 200403, 201007, 201008, 201113, 201115, 201222 and 201227.

    The recalled products were shipped to retail locations nationwide.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled products should not consume them, but discard them or return them to the place of purchase.

    DeWALT recalls drills

    The drill’s wiring can contact internal moving parts, posing a shock hazard

    DEWALT Industrial Tool Company of Towson, Md., is recalling about 130,000 DWD110 and DWD112 drills sold in the U.S. and Canada.

    The drill’s wiring can contact internal moving parts, posing a shock hazard.

    No incidents or injuries have been reported.

    This recall involves the D e WALT DWD110 and DWD112 3/8-inch variable speed reversing drills.

    The drills are yellow with black accents and have a power cable connected at one end.

    Only drills with date codes 2017-37-FY through 2018-22-FY are affected.

    If the drill is marked with an “X” after the date code it has already been inspected and is not affected.

    The model number is located on a label on the right side of the drill. The date code is etched into the body of the drill below the label.

    Consumers whose drill does not have a date code, or who cannot locate the date code should contact the company

    The drills, manufactured in the U.S., were sold at The Home Depot, Lowe’s and other hardware stores nationwide, and online at Amazon.com and other online retailers, from September 2017, through November 2018, for between $60 and $70.

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled drills and contact DeWALT to schedule a free inspection and repair.

      Nature’s Rx is recalling Silver Bullet 10x, a male enhancement nutritional supplement.

      The product contains sildenafil and tadalafil, the active ingredient in Viagra and Cialis respectively, which are PDE-5 inhibitors that are not declared on the label.

      There are no reports of adverse events related to this recall.

      The recalled product, which comes in a Mylar package containing 10 capsules with an expiration date of 11/2020, was sold on eBay.
