    Triple E recalls model year 2016-2018 Wonder motorhomes

    The fridge power supply is not correctly fused

    Triple E Recreational Vehicles is recalling 56 model year 2016-2018 Wonder motorhomes, model W24MB.

    The fridge power supply is not correctly fused. In in the event of an electrical overload, the power supply wire may overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.

    What to do

    Triple E will notify owners, and dealers will correctly connect the fridge wire to the 20 amp fuse block, free of charge.

    The recall began on November 1, 2017.

    Meijer bulk dark chocolate products recalled

    The products contain milk, an allergen not declared on the label

    Meijer is recalling select Meijer branded bulk dark chocolate products that contain may milk, an allergen not declared on the label.

    There have been no illnesses reported to date.

    The following items, sold at Meijer stores in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Wisconsin, are being recalled:

    Indian recalls motorcycles with headlight issue

    The motorcycles may be equipped with an incorrect headlight assembly

    Indian Motorcycles Company is recalling 2,096 model year 2017-2018 Chief, Chief Classic, Chief Dark Horse, Chief Vintage, Chieftain, Chieftain Classic, Cheiftain Dark Horse, Chieftain Elite, Chieftain Limited, Springfield, and Springfield Dark Horse motorcycles.

    The motorcycles may be equipped with a European-market, not US-market, halogen headlight assembly.

    As such, they fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

    The light output from the incorrect headlight can affect the motorcycle's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

    What to do

    Indian will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the motorcycle and replace any incorrect headlight assembly, free of charge.

    The recall is expected to begin in November 2017.

      JW Crawford recalls children’s rain ponchos

      A drawstring in the poncho’s hood poses a strangulation hazard

      JW Crawford of Monroe, N.Y., is recalling about 1,300 kid’s rain ponchos.

      A drawstring in the poncho’s hood can become entangled or caught on playground slides, hand rails, school bus doors or other moving objects, posing a significant strangulation and/or entanglement hazard to children.

      No incidents or injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves kids’ waterproof hooded rain ponchos sold in clear, red and blue.

      The lightweight ponchos were sold in packs of 6 and 12. A white nylon drawstring is attached at the neck of the 40 inches tall by 60 inches wide ponchos.

      “One size fits all” and “Made in China” are printed on the front of the packaging.

      The ponchos were sold online at Amazon.com and Wealers.com from May 2016, through July 2016, for about $12 for a 6 pack and $17 for a 12 pack.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately take the recalled ponchos away from children and remove the drawstring to eliminate the hazard or return the poncho to the firm for a full refund.

      Little Mass children’s sleepwear recalled

      The garments fail to meet flammability standards

      Little Mass of Los Angeles, Calif., is recalling about 2,300 sets of children’s nightgowns and pajamas.

      The garments fail to meet flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall involves children’s nightgowns and two-piece pajama sets.

      The sleepwear was sold in a variety of styles in sizes 7 through 14.

      Little Mass and style number T927S, T933, T935, T935S, T949, T952S or T953 are printed on a sewn-in side seam label.

      The sleepwear, manufactured in the U.S., was sold at Nordstrom and children’s boutiques nationwide and online at www.littlemass.com from July 2016, through October 2017, for between $27 and $42.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately take the recalled sleepwear away from children and contact Little Mass for a full refund.

      The products contain milk, an allergen not declared on the label.

      There have been no reports of illness to date.

      The following items, sold at natural food stores and grocery retailers nationwide, are being recalled:

      Keystone RV Company is recalling 83 model year 2018 Carbon, Fuzion, and Raptor triple axle toy haulers.

      The vehicles may have an incorrectly welded suspension equalizer that can result in the suspension's failure while traveling.

      If the suspension fails, the trailer's handling would be affected, increasing the risk of a crash.

      The wheels may not be tightened properly

      Forest River is recalling 742 model year 2018 Puma recreational trailers.

      When the wheels on the trailers were installed and tightened, the wheel center caps may have interfered, preventing the wheels from being properly tightened.

      If the wheels were not tightened properly, they may loosen and detach while the trailer is moving, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will remove the plastic wheel center cap and install a different center cap, free of charge.

      Polaris Industries is recalling 26,182 model year 2010-2017 Victory Cross Country, Cross Country Tour, Cross Roads, Magnum, and Hard Ball motorcycles.

      If the engine misfires, continued riding may result in heat from the catalytic converter melting the rear brake line and nearby wiring.

      A melted rear brake line can reduce braking performance, increasing the risk of a crash.

      The vehicles' cargo carrying capacity labels may have misinformation

      Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling 529 model year 2017-2018 Challenger, Axis, Chateau, Four Winds, Hurricane, Miramar, Palazzo, Tuscany, Vegas, Venetian, and Windsport motorhomes.

      The cargo carrying capacity (CCC) label on these vehicles may indicate an incorrect water capacity for the water heater/fresh water tank.

      Thus, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Tires and Rims for Motor vehicles over 10,000lbs."

      If the water capacity information is incorrect causing the vehicle to be overloaded, there would be an increased risk of a crash.

      REMEDY:

      TMC will notify owners and send them corrected labels, free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin December 3, 2017.

      The vehicles may lack a combination propane gas/carbon monoxide detector

      Keystone RV Company is recalling 270 model year 2018 Crossroads Cruiser and Volante recreational trailers.

      The vehicles may have been manufactured with propane gas detectors instead of a combination propane gas/carbon monoxide (CO) detector.

      Without a CO detector, occupants will not be alerted to high levels of carbon monoxide, increasing the risk injury or death.
