      The brakes may not operate effectively

      Newmar Corporation is recalling three model year 2019 Mountain Aire and Essex motorhomes built on Freightliner XC chassis equipped with air disc brakes.

      The brake caliper mounting bolts may have been insufficiently tightened.

      Loose brake caliper mounting bolts may reduce the brake effectiveness, increasing the risk of crash.

      What to do

      Newmar will notify owners, and Freightliner dealers will inspect and repair the vehicles free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin July 21, 2019.

      Home Meridian recalls corner curio cabinets

      The cabinets are unstable if not anchored to the wall

      Home Meridian International of High Point, N.C., is recalling about 520 Copeland corner curio cabinets.

      The cabinets are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in death or injuries to children.

      The firm has received one report of a tip-over incident involving a child. The cabinet was not mounted to the wall, and the child suffered some bruising to his leg.

      This recall involves corner curio cabinets made from poplar solid and veneer and sold in either a white or dark brown finish.

      The model numbers are 115-P021664 (white finish) and 115-P021665 (brown finish), and the SKU numbers are 0-4000-3512 (white finish) and 0-4000-3513 (brown finish), both of which can be found on one of the back panels of the corner curio.

      The curio has four glass shelves with mirrored panels and is designed to be placed in a corner and mounted to the wall with the supplied hardware.

      The cabinet measures 74.75 inches tall and weighs about 40 pounds.

      The cabinets, manufactured in Vietnam, were sold at Havertys stores in 16 states and online at www.havertys.com from December 2018, through March 2019, for about $500.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Havertys to schedule a free pick-up of the corner curio in exchange for a full refund or store credit.

      Shivam Distributors of Longwood, Fla., is recalling dry dates.

      The product contains high sulfite content which could cause adverse health consequences with symptoms such as itchiness, upset stomach, headache, stiffness, diarrhea, cough, nausea and weakness.

      No illnesses have been reported to date.

      The recalled product comes packed in a 14-oz., printed plastic bag packing marked Parivar brand with batch # 127/BHBI and UPC # 879111001226 on the back of the bag.

      It was sold at retail stores in Florida (Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Panama City, Tallahassee, Pembroke Pines, Lake Mary, and Deland) and in Savannah, Ga., Charleston, S.C., and Winston-Salem N.C., from June 2018, to May 2019.

      The driver's seat belt may not lock

      Land Rover is recalling 16,186 model year 2016-2017 Range Rovers and Range Rover Sports.

      The driver's seat belt Emergency Locking Retractor (ELR) may not lock as designed.

      If the driver brakes prior to a crash, the ELR will not lock at the correct g-force level, increasing the risk of injury.

      What to do

      Land Rover will notify owners, and dealers will replace the driver's seat belt assembly free of charge.

      Interim notices informing owners of the safety risk will be mailed July 1, 2019, and owners will receive a second notice when the remedy becomes available.

      These numbers are on the right side of the front of the bag. The recalled bags also have a UPC code of “28400 63242” listed on the bottom left side of the back of the bag.

      • 9.6-oz. plastic shrink-wrapped packages containing a single personal size pizza identified as “TABLE 87 COAL OVEN PIZZA Home Of The Coal Oven Slice PROSCIUTTO” with UPC codes 804879558286 and 10804879558283.
      • 9.7-oz. plastic shrink-wrapped packages containing a single personal size pizza identified as “TABLE 87 COAL OVEN PIZZA Home Of The Coal Oven Slice PEPPERONI” with UPC code 804879583080.

      The recalled products bear establishment number “EST. 51192” inside the USDA mark of inspection, which was applied without authorization.

      This recall involves the Cushy Form tri-fold folding mattress with storage & carry case.

      The folding mattress is white with lime green trim on the sides, was sold in a 31 inch width size, and is four inches high when configured as a mattress.

      Cushy Form is written in green across the white mattress cover.

      The mattresses, manufactured in China, were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com from September 2018, through March 2019, for about $109.

      Ducati North America is recalling 1,880 model year 2018-2019 Panigale V4, Panigale V4 S, Panigale Speciale, and model year 2019 Panigale R motorcycles.

      Excessive fuel tank pressure may cause fuel to spray when the fuel cap is opened

      Fuel spray can increase the risk of injury and a fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

      Included are motorcycles that may have been previously recalled for a similar issue.

      What to do

      Ducati will notify owners, and dealers will update the fuel cap venting system, provide an updated page for the owner's manual, and affix a warning label decal to the fuel tank free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin July 13, 2019.

      The unicorn horn on the rain boot can detach, posing a choking hazard

      Target Corp., of Minneapolis, Minn., is recalling 29,000 sets of Cat & Jack “Lilia” rain boots.

      The unicorn horn on the rain boot can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

      Eleven consumers reported the unicorn’s horn detached. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall includes the Cat & Jack “Lilia” toddlers’ unicorn rain boots in sizes 5-12.

      The boots are fuchsia with a white unicorn. The horn on the unicorn’s head and mane on the back of the boot are fuchsia, orange, yellow, green, and blue.

      The model numbers are located on the inside tag of the boot.

      Keystone recalls model year 2018-2020 Fuzion 429 recreational trailers

      The wiring harness to the power center may be damaged

      Keystone RV Company is recalling 252 model year 2018-2020 Fuzion 429 recreational trailers.

      The wiring harness to the power center may have been pinched between the floor framing and chassis beam, potentially damaging the harness.

      The damaged wiring harness may short circuit, increasing the risk of a fire.

      What to do

      Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and repair the wiring as needed free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin July 19, 2019.
