    There are no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

    The following ready-to-eat items produced on May 12 – 15, 2019, are being recalled:

    • 13.5-oz. plastic square bowl packages containing “Greek Salad with Chicken with Chicken Breast & Red Wine Olive Oil Vinaigrette Dressing” and Sell By dates ranging from 05/18/19 through 05/21/19 represented on the label.

      Meijer recalls french fry cutters

      The blade can detach, posing a laceration hazard

      Meijer Distribution of Grand Rapids, Mich., is recalling about 5,800 Grand Gourmet french fry cutters.

      The blade can detach, posing a laceration hazard.

      The firm has received 12 reports of blade detachment. No injuries have been reported.

      The stainless steel Grand Gourmet french fry cutters are silver and have black rubber pads at the base.

      They come with two interchangeable blades, one with 36 holes for thicker fries and another one with 64 holes for thinner fries.

      Model number 54078 and UPC 7-13733-70625-4 are printed on the product packaging.

      The cutters, manufactured in China, were sold at Meijer stores in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin from February 2018, through February 2019, for about $20.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled french fry cutters and return them to any Meijer store for a full refund.

      The knee of an unbelted occupant may contact the rigid structure of the vehicle

      Lotus Cars USA is recalling 425 model year 2017-2018 Evoras.

      The toe board in the passenger footwell lacks stiffness, allowing the knee of an unbelted occupant to contact the rigid structure of the vehicle, in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

      What to do

      Lotus will notify owners, and dealers will replace the toe board with a new design to provide the appropriate stiffness free of charge.

      The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule.

      Beaba USA of New York, N.Y., is recalling about 5,650 Babycook Neo steam cooker/blenders sold in the U.S., and Canada.

      The glass bowl can break, posing a laceration hazard.

      The firm has received about 300 reports of the glass bowl shattering, including three incidents of minor injuries.

      This recall involves the Beaba Babycook Neo, Midnight and Cloud baby food makers.

      The Babycook Neo is A/C powered and steams and blends food. It measures about 9 inches wide and 9 inches high with a detachable glass bowl.

      The Midnight is dark blue with a white handled glass bowl with the reference number 912645 on the bottom.

      The Cloud is white with a gray handled glass bowl with the reference number 912646 on the bottom.

      The cooker/blenders, manufactured in France, were sold at BeabaUsa.com, Buy Buy Baby, Williams Sonoma, Indigo, Albee Baby, Bed Bath & Beyond, West Coast Kids, Nini and Loli, Liapela, Albee Baby, Baby’s Planet, Baby Square, Bed Bath & Beyond, Crocodile Baby Store, Lil Baby Sprouts, Macrobaby, Mini Jake, Mon Beau Bebe, Mum and Mini, Pizzazzz Kidz, Snuggle Bugz, Sprout San Francisco, Traveling Tikes, and USA Baby & Child, and other children’s stores nationwide, and online at the listed stores from July 2018, through February 2019, for between $200 and $250.

      Hush recalls anesthetic gels, sprays and foam soaps

      The packaging is not child resistant as required by federal law

      Hush Anesthetic of Miami Lakes, Fla., is recalling about 275,000 containers of Hush gels, sprays and Hush foam soaps.

      The packaging is not child resistant as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The products contain lidocaine, posing a risk of poisoning to young children if they put the product on their skin or ingest it.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall involves Hush gel, spray and foam soap products containing 4% lidocaine.

      The gel and spray were sold in 2 and 4-oz., sizes and the foam soap was sold in 1.7-oz., size. The bottles are white or black and have printed in green at the front the Hush logo or the phrase Hush and the type of product.

      The Drug Facts label is on the back. The lot number and expiration date are stamped on the bottom of the container. All lot numbers are included in the recall.

      The gels, sprays and soaps, manufactured in the U.S., were sold online at hushanesthetic.com, amazon.com, kingpintattoosupply.com, unitedtattoosupply.com and at tattoo studios nationwide from January 2009, through November 2018, for between $15 and $46.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately place the recalled products out of the reach of children and contact Hush for a full refund, a free replacement product or free replacement child-resistant cap.

      Triumph Motorcycles America is recalling 1,201 accessory fairing kits, part numbers A9708301, A9708412, A9938255, A9938257, A9938265, A9938267, A9938323, and A9938325 sold for accessory installation on 2016-2018 Thruxton 1200, Thruxton 1200R, Thruxton 1200 Dual Seat and Thruxton 1200R Dual Seat motorcycles.

      Insufficient clearance for the wiring may result in damage to the harnesses causing a loss of headlights, turn signals or possibly a stall.

      An engine stall or a loss of the headlight or turn signals can increase the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Triumph will notify owners, and dealers will replace the wire covering (conduits) free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin in May 2019.

      Knape &Vogt Manufacturing Company of Grand Rapids, Mich., is recalling about 76.000 sit-stand office workstations.

      The workstation can malfunction, causing the gas cylinders to separate and forcefully discharge, posing an injury hazard.

      The firm has received two reports of the gas cylinder separating from the workstation, in one case, the cylinder discharged from the unit resulting in damage to drywall in an office.

      This recall involves desktop sit-stand office workstations, sold under the brand names: Adas Elevo Sit-to-Stand Desktop, K&A Manufacturing Helium Surface, 3M Precision Standing Desk, Inscape Rockit, Neutral Posture Ergonomics StandUp X1, Workrite Ergonomics Solace Desktop, Volante and IMOVR Ziplift.

      The black or white workstations, which can be used in a sitting or standing position, measure about 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep. They have two handles and two hydraulic gas pressure cylinders which enable the workstation to be raised or lowered.

      Affected workstations can be identified by the Lot Number label located on the inside of the right hand top surface bracket of each unit.

      The following lot numbers are being recalled:

      Novartis is recalling three lots of Promacta (eltrombopag) 12.5 mg for oral suspension.

      The product may be contaminated with peanut flour.

      There are no reports of adverse events to date related to this recall.

      The recalled product is used for the treatment of certain adult and pediatric patients with chronic immune thrombocytopenia, certain adult patients with hepatitis C-associated thrombocytopenia, and certain adult and pediatric patients with severe aplastic anemia who have not received prior immunosuppressive therapy or had an insufficient response to immunosuppressive therapy.

      Havertys Furniture Companies of Atlanta, Ga., is recalling about 3,400 Beckley Entertainment Hutches.

      The top shelf can fall, posing an injury hazard.

      The firm has received 12 reports of the top shelf falling, including two minor injuries.

      This recall involves the Beckley Entertainment Hutch sold by Havertys in a weathered charcoal finish or a dovetail gray finish.

      The hutch can house an 80 inch TV in the center. There is an open shelf above and drawers underneath the center space.

      The hutch is about 69 inches wide, 56 inches tall, and has a label with the SKU on the back.

      The SKU for the Weathered Charcoal Finish is 0-4000-3197 and the Dovetail Grey Finish is 0-4000-3538.

      The hutches, manufactured in Vietnam, were sold at Havertys stores nationwide and online at www.havertys.com from January 2016, through February 2019, for about $1,500.

      The chargers can overheat while in use, posing a burn hazard.

      The firm has received 10 reports of the wireless charging pads overheating and causing minor damage to the surface of furniture or bedding. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves the Pro Charge Power Wireless Charging Pad and Sharper Image Wireless Charging Pad.

      The recalled charging pads are circular and have clear edges and a black plastic center with red trim.

      It includes a black USB power cable. “Pro Charge Power” and “Wireless Charging Pad” are printed on the front.

      Porosities in the front brake lever may cause it to break if it is gripped with a strong force.

      A broken front brake lever can affect front braking ability, increasing the risk of crash.

      What to do

      Yamaha will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and replace the front brake lever, as necessary free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin May 16, 2019.

      Igloo recalls marine coolers

      The cooler’s stainless-steel latch can automatically lock when the lid is closed,

      Igloo Products of Katy, Texas, is recalling about 60,000 Igloo Marine Elite coolers.

      The cooler’s stainless-steel latch can automatically lock when the lid is closed, allowing a person to become locked inside the air tight container, posing entrapment and suffocation hazards.

      The company has received one report of a child who became entrapped in the cooler before being freed by an adult.

      This recall includes only Igloo Marine Elite line of coolers that are white with stainless-steel latches. The coolers were made for use on boats and marine environments.

      The Igloo logo is embossed on the metal latch and on the outside of the coolers. The coolers were sold in 54, 72, 94, 110, and 150 quart sizes. “Igloo Marine Elite Cooler” and the quart size are printed on a label on the coolers. The 110 quart model of the cooler has two wheels and a metal handle that can be used to pull the cooler.

      Consumers should immediately put the coolers out of the reach of children. Contact Igloo for instructions on removing and disposing of the old latch and for a free replacement latch.
