    Kiriko recalls A1 Slim

    The product contains sibutramine, phenolphthalein and N-Desmethyl sibutramine

    Kiriko, LLC, is voluntarily recalling all lots of A1 Slim 30-capsules bottles.

    Laboratory analysis has found the product product to be tainted with sibutramine, phenolphthalein and N-Desmethyl sibutramine.

    These undeclared ingredients make this product an unapproved new drug for which safety and efficacy have not been established and, therefore, subject to recall.

    The company says it has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.

    The recalled product, marketed as a weight loss dietary supplement, is packaged in a white plastic bottle containing 30 capsules with a white screw-on cap, barcode A105212014.

    It was sold nationwide via retail stores in Houston, Texas, and by mail-order from December 6, 2016 – May 1, 2017).

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled product should stop using it and return it the place of purchase.

    Silver Spring Foods recalls Waterfront Bistro Tartar Sauce

    The product contains egg, an allergen that may not be declared on the label

    Silver Spring Foods is recalling Waterfront Bistro Tartar Sauce.

    There is a chance an incorrect back label was attached to the bottle, which does not declare the product contains the allergen, egg.

    No illnesses or consumer complaints have been reported to date.

    The recalled product has a Best By date of JUL 31 18 S3551 or AUG 28 18 S3351 and an incorrect UPC barcode: 21130 12242 (Hot Cocktail Sauce).

    It is sold under the brand name Waterfront Bistro Tartar Sauce, and is distributed at Albertsons, Amigos, Jewel-Osco, Lucky, Market Street, Pak N Save, Pavilions, Randall’s, Safeway, Shaw's, Star Market, Super Saver, Tom Thumb, United Supermarkets, and Vons stores in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC and Wyoming.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled product and are allergic to egg should not consume it, but return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

    Forest River recalls model year 2018 Forester motorhomes

    The vehicle's federal placard may contain inaccurate wheel and tire information

    Forest River is recalling 6 model year 2018 Forester motorhomes, model FRC3271SF.

    The vehicle's federal placard may inaccurately state that the vehicle has single rear wheels and tires, when it is equipped with dual rear wheels and tires.

    As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims-Other than Passenger Cars" and fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

    This may cause the operator to not properly maintain the tires and/or wheels. Failure to maintain the tires may lead to improper handling, potentially increasing the risk of a crash.

    What to do

    Forest River will notify owners and will provide a corrected placard, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin November 28, 2017.

      Gear Isle recalls male enhancement products

      The products contain ingredients that render them unapproved drugs

      Gear Isle is recalling Rhino 7 Platinum 5000, Papa Zen 3300, Fifty Shades and Grande X 5800 capsules.

      The products are tainted with sildenafil and tadalafil, which are the active ingredients in two FDA-approved prescription drugs used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED), as well as desmethyl carbodenafil which is structurally similar to sildenafil.

      The presence of sildenafil, tadalafil and or desmethyl carbodenafil in the recalled products renders them unapproved drugs for which safety and efficacy have not been established and, therefore, subject to recall.

      The company says it has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.

      The following products, marketed as dietary supplements for male sexual enhancement, are being recalled:

      Kia recalls model year 2017 Sorentos

      The engine crankshaft may have been improperly heat treated

      Kia Motors America is recalling 62 model year 2017 Sorentos equipped with 3.3L engines.

      The engine crankshaft may have been improperly heat treated and may fail.

      If the crankshaft fails, the engine will stall, increasing the risk of a crash. A failed crankshaft also increases the risk of a fire.

      What to do

      Kia will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the crankshaft, and, as necessary, replace the engine sub assembly, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin November 6, 2017.

      Sandridge RMH Acquisition recalls ready-to-eat beef pot roast

      The product is mislabeled and contains allergens are not declared on the label

      Sandridge RMH Acquisition of Morton Ill., is recalling approximately 1,222 pounds of ready-to-eat beef pot roast.

      The product is mislabeled as beef pot roast, but actually contains beef meatloaf. In addition, the product contains wheat and soybean oil, allergens not declared on the label.

      There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of the product.

      The following item, produced and packaged on September 6, 2017, is being recalled:

      • 15 oz. plastic trays of “Publix homestyle beef pot roast WITH SEASONED GRAVY” with a lot code of 72487338, a case code of 09080/43303, and a use or freeze by date of December 4, 2017.

      The recalled product, bearing establishment number “EST. 17789B” inside the USDA mark of inspection, was shipped to retail locations in Florida and Georgia.

      What to do

      The vehicle's IOTA ITS-50R transfer switches may fail

      Keystone RV Company is recalling 97 model year 2008-2009 Raptor recreational vehicles, models 3110 and 3018, equipped with IOTA ITS-50R transfer switches.

      These transfer switches may fail when exposed to elevated electrical loads in higher ambient temperatures.

      If the transfer switch fails, it can increase the risk of a fire.

      What to do

      Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will replace the transfer switch, free of charge. The recall was expected to begin October 9, 2017.

      The the following items, produced and packaged on September 27 - 28, 2017, and October 2, 2017, are being recalled:

      • 5-lb. plastic bags of “Thompson GROUND BEEF.”
      • 10-lb. plastic bags of “Thompson GROUND BEEF.”

      The recalled products, bearing establishment number “EST. 9681” inside the USDA mark of inspection, were shipped to institutions in New York and Pennsylvania.

      The recalled product is packaged in 1-oz. sizes in a clear plastic clamshell container labeled as Jansal Valley Dried Chili De Arbol Peppers

      The cases contain 12 1-oz. units each, with best by dates of 9/11/2018, 9/22/2018 and 9/26/2018 and were sold in retail stores and grocery chains nationwide.

      The liquid propane line could sustain damage

      Jayco is recalling 374 model year 2016-2017 Greyhawk motorhomes, model 29ME.

      Damage to the liquid propane (LP) line can occur by the line being melted by the vehicle's exhaust pipe, contacting the drive shaft, or being kinked at the p-clamp.

      A damaged LP line can increase the risk of a fire.

      What to do

      Jayco will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the LP lines, correcting them or replacing them as necessary, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin October 20, 2017.

      One allergic reaction complaint has been confirmed to date.

      The recalled product, Royal Asia Shrimp Wonton Noodle Soup; net weight 3.94-lb (1.79kg) 63-oz in a 6-bowl pack, was sold exclusively at Costco in Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Utah and Alaska beginning January 2017.

      REV recalls Fleetwood Bounder and Southwind RVs

      The battery tray may separate from underneath the chassis

      REV Recreation Group is recalling 2,532 model year 2013-2015 Fleetwood Bounder and 2013-2016 Fleetwood Southwind recreational vehicles.

      The welds attaching the battery tray may be insufficient. As a result, the tray may separate from underneath the chassis.

      An unsecured battery tray can cause a battery acid leak or an electrical short, increasing the risk of a fire or injury.

      What to do

      REV will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the battery tray, and install fasteners, if necessary, to secure the battery tray, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin November 20, 2017.

      Suunto recalls wireless tank transmitter and tank pods

      The exterior plastic case of the device can burst during pre-dive pressure testing

      Suunto Oy of Vantaa, Finland is recalling about 39,500 wireless tank transmitter and tank pods sold in the U.S and Canada.

      The exterior plastic case of the device can burst during pre-dive pressure testing, posing an injury hazard.

      There have been two incidents of the transmitters bursting during dry land pressure testing, including one report of bruising.

      This recall involves Suunto Wireless Tank Pressure Transmitters and Tank PODs.

      The Suunto Tank POD has a black cone-shaped plastic case with SUUNTO TANK POD, MADE IN FINLAND printed in gray color on the case and a transparent plastic base.

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled wireless tank transmitter and wireless tank pod and return them to a Suunto dealer or Suunto Authorized Service Center for free inspection and repair.

      The fuel pump flange may crack, allowing fuel to leak.

      Porsche Cars North America is recalling 50,145 model year 2003-2006 Cayenne S and Cayenne Turbos, model year 2004-2006 Cayennes and model year 2006 Cayenne S "Titanium" Editions.

      The gasoline-powered vehicles have a fuel pump flange that may crack, allowing fuel to leak which could increase the risk of a fire.

      What to do

      Porsche will notify owners, and dealers will replace the fuel filter flanges with new filter flanges that have a protective film, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule.
