    Dunkin’ Donuts recalls glass tumblers

    The glass tumblers can crack or break

    Dunkin’ Brands of Canton, Mass., is recalling about 8,300 Dunkin’ Donuts glass tumblers.

    The glass tumblers can crack or break, posing laceration and burn hazards.

    The company has received 19 reports of the glass tumblers cracking or breaking. No injuries have been reported.

    This recall involves 16-oz. glass tumblers for hot and cold beverages, sold in three styles. They are approximately 8 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter.

    The first style has “BUT FIRST, DUNKIN” written in white font on the inside layer of glass, a clear lid and pink plastic where the lid connects with the base of the tumbler.

    The second style has “BUT FIRST, DUNKIN” written in white font on the inside layer of glass, a clear lid, and orange plastic where the lid connects with the base of the tumbler.

    The third style has a black and gray plaid pattern on the inside layer of glass, a black silicone grip with the letters “DD” embossed on it, and a black lid.

    The tumblers, manufactured in China, were sold at Dunkin’ Donuts stores from September 2016, through November 2016, for between $13 and $15

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled glass tumblers and return them to the Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant where purchased for a full refund.

      The products may contain low levels of thiamine (Vitamin B1)

      The J.M. Smucker Company recalling certain lots of 9Lives EverPet and Special Kitty canned cat food.

      The products may contain low levels of thiamine (Vitamin B1).

      No illnesses related to this issue have been reported to date.

      Cats fed diets low in thiamine for several weeks may be at risk for developing a thiamine deficiency. Early signs of thiamine deficiency may include decreased appetite, salivation, vomiting, and weight loss. If treated promptly, thiamine deficiency is typically reversible.

      The following products, distributed to a limited number of retail customers from December 20, 2016, through January 3, 2017, are being recalled:

      C&M Trailers recalls boat, jet ski and utility trailers

      The trailers may be missing front reflex reflectors

      C&M Trailers is recalling 670 model year 2016 boat trailers, jet ski trailers and 5x10 utility trailers manufactured June 1, 2016, to December 1, 2016.

      The trailers may be missing front reflex reflectors, thus fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

      Missing reflex reflectors may make the trailer more difficult to be seen by other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      C&M will notify owners and will send them the missing reflex reflectors to install, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin in January 2017.

      Michaels stores is recalling about 80,000 rock salt lamps.

      The dimmer switch and/or outlet plug can overheat and ignite, posing shock and fire hazards.

      No incidents or injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves three rock salt lamps sold under the Lumière brand. The lamps are pink in color and are mounted on a wooden base or in a black metal basket.

      The lamps were sold in black cardboard boxes with a photo of the lamp on the front of the box and the UPC bar code on the bottom of the box.

      The vehicles have a wiring glitch

      Triple E Recreational Vehicles is recalling 18 model year 2017 Serenity S24CB recreational vehicles manufactured June 1, 2016 through November 23, 2016.

      The circuit wire leading from the coach's power system to the battery is incorrectly connected to a 150 amp fuse, while the wire is only rated for a maximum load of 120 amps. An overloaded wire increases the risk of a fire.

      GLOPO recalls children’s scooters

      The front wheels can detach while the scooter is being ridden

      Glopo Inc, of South El Monte, Calif., is recalling about 520 Joyrider three-wheeled scooters.

      The front wheels can detach while the scooter is being ridden, posing a fall hazard.

      The company has received one report of the front wheels detaching from the scooter, resulting in an injury to a child who fell off the scooter.

      This recall involves Joyrider three-wheeled scooters for children. They have a low, foot-gripping deck, multicolored handgrips, and an adjustable metal T-bar handle. The scooters are made of metal and plastic and come in a variety of colors. The tracking label sticker can be found on the back of the scooter, with batch PO number of G20140423.

      Recalled model numbers are: GT5048R, GT5110R, GT5121R, GT5124R, GT5125R, GT5122R, GT5117R, GT5123R. Model numbers can be found on the bottom of the scooter base, on the receipt and on the packaging.

      The scooters, manufactured in China, were sold online at Amazon.com from October 2014, through January 2016, for about $80 and at Zulily.com from June 2014, through July 2015, for about $50.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using recalled scooters and contact GLOPO for instructions on receiving a free repair kit.

      The entrance steps may retract unexpectedly

      Jayco is recalling 680 model year 2016 Alante and Precept motorhomes manufactured August 10, 2015, to March 15, 2016.

      The wiring for the entrance steps may be incorrectly installed, and as a result, the steps may unexpectedly retract.

      If the steps retract on their own, a person trying to enter or exit the motorhome may fall, increasing the risk of injury.

      Tea Collection recalls children’s denim jackets

      The metal snaps on the jackets can detach, posing a choking hazard.

      Tea Collection of San Francisco, Calif., is recalling about 525 children’s knit denim jackets in the U.S. and Canada.

      The metal snaps on the jackets can detach, posing a choking hazard to children.

      The company has received reports from six consumers about snaps falling off the jackets. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves Tea Collection children’s knit blue denim jackets with metal buttons and snaps. A tag sewn inside the neck reads “Tea.”

      Style number 6F22400-405 is printed on a hangtag attached to the garment. The jackets were sold in sizes XS to XL (sizes 2 through 12).

      The jackets, manufactured in Thailand, were sold at specialty and other stores nationwide from August 2016 through December 2016 for about $60.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately take the recalled jackets away from children and contact Tea Collection to receive a full refund.

      The top of the rear cargo door may swing down with more force than normal

      Keystone RV Company is recalling 1,582 model year 2017 Carbon and Raptor fifth wheel recreational trailers, and 2016-2017 Fuzion and Dutchmen Voltage fifth wheel recreational trailers.

      The vehicles have rear cargo door hinges with welds on the hinge pin and hinge plate that may be insufficient, and as a result, the top of the door may swing down with more force than normal.

      If the door does not open as expected, there would be an increased risk of injury to those in the door's path.

      Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will replace the ramp door hinge, free of charge. The recall was expected to begin in December 22.

      Gulf Stream Coach is recalling nine model year 2017 B Touring Cruiser motorhomes, model 5210, manufactured May 16, 2016 to July 15, 2016.

      The vehicle's certification label may contain incorrect front and rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) and Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) information. As such, the vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

      Labels that contain incorrect weight information can lead to the vehicle being overloaded which can cause axle failure and increase the risk of a crash.

      Heartland Recreational Vehicles is recalling 50 model year 2016-2017 Landmark 365 fifth wheel recreational trailers manufactured September 30, 2015, to October 24, 2016 and equipped with disc brakes.

      The speedometer may not work, increasing the risk of a crash

      Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA is recalling 2,640 model year 2015 XC155F SMAX scooters manufactured September 17, 2014, to October 27, 2015.

      The side stand position sensor may not function properly

      Ducati North America is recalling 5,502 model year 2015-2016 Ducati Scrambler motorcycles manufactured February 17, 2015, to November 11, 2016.

      A side stand pivot nut can detach, potentially causing the side stand position sensor to no longer function properly.

      If the side stand position sensor does not function properly, the engine may stall, or the motorcycle may be ridden while the stand is still down. Either scenario increases the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Ducati will notify owners, and dealers will replace the side stand pivot bolt, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin January 23, 2017.
