    Kanan Enterprises is recalling Southern Grove Cashews with Sea Salt, which may contain peanuts, an allergen not declared on the label.

    No adverse reactions have been reported associated with this recall.

    The recalled item is Southern Grove Cashews With Sea Salt, a 10-oz. stand-up pouch bag with UPC 0 41498 18992 1 and a date code of Best By May 24 2017 KN and Best By AUG 05 2017 KN.

    The product was shipped to Ohio, Kansas and Minnesota.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled product should not consume it, but destroy it or return it to the place of purchase.

    Wegmans Food Markets is recalling one date code of Wegmans Italian Classics Striped Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli.

    The product may contain pieces of white plastic.

    There have been no injuries reported to date associated with this product.

    This recalled product, produced by O’ Sole Mio in Quebec, Canada, is packaged in a 9-oz. plastic tray (UPC # 0-77890-38934) and was sold in a refrigerated case in the dairy department between Tuesday, August 2, and Tuesday, August 30, 2016.

    Approximately 1,638 units of the product were sold in 90 Wegmans stores located in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland and Massachusetts.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled product should return it to the service desk for a full refund.

    Glacier Peak fifth-wheel travel trailers recalled

    The pin box may flex resulting in metal fatigue

    Outdoors RV Manufacturing (ORV) is recalling 140 model year 2015-2017 Glacier Peak fifth-wheel travel trailers.

    The trailers have a pin box that may flex resulting in metal fatigue and possibly the separation of the fifth-wheel trailer from the tow vehicle.

    If the fifth-wheel separates from the tow vehicle there would be an increased risk of a crash.

    What to do

    ORV has notified owners, and dealers will inspect the pin box, reinforcing it as necessary, free of charge. The recall began on August 26, 2016.

      The products contain allergens not listed on the label

      Regalo Bakery is recalling a variety of products containing allergens not declared on the product label.

      The following products are being recalled:

      • "Spanish Rolls"[UPC#78253230919]: Packaged in a clear plastic bag, containing eight pieces, with a net weight of 14 ounces. This product contains eggs, wheat, milk, soy, and artificial food coloring (Red 40 & 3, Yellow 5 & 6)
      • "Manju Blackbeans (Hopia Monggo)" [UPC#78253230917] and "Manju Onions (Hopia Baboy)" [UPC#78253230918]: Both packaged on a foam tray with six pieces each, wrapped in clear plastic film. This product contains eggs, wheat, soy, and artificial food coloring (Red 40 & 3, Yellow 5 & 6)
      • "Balintawak" [UPC#78253203095] : Packaged on a foam tray, containing four pieces, wrapped in clear plastic film, and have a net weight of 16 ounces. This product contains eggs, wheat, milk, soy, and artificial food coloring (Red 40 & 3, Yellow 5 & 6).
      • "Taro Bread" [UPC#78253231001] : Packaged in a clear plastic bag, containing twelve pieces, and have a net weight of 20 ounces This product contains eggs, wheat, milk, soy, coconut and artificial food coloring (Red 40 & 3, Yellow 5 & 6, Blue 1).
      • "Kababayan" [UPC#78253230920]: Packaged on a foam tray, containing six pieces, and wrapped in a clear plastic film. This product contains wheat, milk, soy and artificial food coloring (Red 40 & 3, Yellow 5 & 6).

      There have been no reported illness to date.

      The recalled products were distributed to several grocery stores in the Hawaiian Islands such as Foodland, Longs, Target, 7-Eleven, and Don Quijote.

      What to do

      Customers with the food allergies who purchased the recalled products should immediately stop consuming them and may return any unconsumed, unexpired items to the place of purchase for a full refund.

      KTM North America recalls motocross competition off-road motorcycles

      The connecting rod in the crankshaft assembly can fracture, causing the operator to lose control

      KTM North America of Amherst, Ohio is recalling about 920 motocross competition off-road motorcycles

      The connecting rod in the crankshaft assembly can fracture, causing the operator to lose control of the motorcycle and crash.

      The firm has received five reports of the rod cracking. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves model year 2016 KTM brand and Husqvarna Motorcycles brand motocross off-road motorcycles with 250cc, 4-cycle engines.

      Recalled KTM 250 SX-F motorcycles are orange and black with the KTM logo on both sides of the shrouds covering the fuel tank. The engine size is printed on both sides of the rear fender below the rear of the seat.

      Recalled KTM 250 SX-F Factory Edition motorcycles are orange and blue with the KTM and the Red Bull logos on both sides of the shrouds covering the fuel tank. The number “13” is printed on both sides of the rear fender below the rear of the seat.

      Recalled Husqvarna FC 250 motorcycles are white with blue and yellow markings. The Husqvarna logo and engine size are on both sides of the shrouds covering the fuel tank. Model year 2016 motorcycles have a letter “G” in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN), located on the right side of the steering head.

      2016 KTM Motorcycles were sold at KTM authorized dealers nationwide from October 2015 through March 2016 for between $8,400 and $9,100.

      2016 Husqvarna Motorcycles were sold at Husqvarna Motorcycles authorized dealers nationwide from October 2015 through March 2016 for about $8,400.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled motorcycles and contact an authorized KTM or Husqvarna Motorcycles dealer to schedule a free repair.

      Atherstone Foods of Richmond, Calif., is recalling approximately 422 pounds of chicken wrap product.

      The product contains soy, an allergen not declared on the label.

      There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

      The following southwestern style white chicken wrap item, produced on August 29, 2016, is being recalled:

      • 31.2 oz. packages containing 3 packages of 10.4 oz. “Greens & Grains Southwestern Style White Chicken Wrap with chimichurri sauce” with “Use By” date of 090616.

      The recalled product bears establishment number “P-34221” inside the USDA mark of inspection, and was shipped to retail locations in California.

      Customers who purchased the recalled product should not consume it, but throw it away or return it to the place of purchase.

      Model year 2009-2010 Mazda6 vehicles recalled

      Moisture may damage the airbag control unit

      Mazda North American Operations is recalling 41,918 model year 2009-2010 Mazda6 vehicles manufactured February 4, 2008, to December 3, 2009.

      The protective coating may not have been properly applied to the airbag control unit (ACU) and, as a result, moisture may damage the unit causing it to malfunction.

      Failure of the ACU would illuminate the airbag warning light and prevent the air bags from deploying in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

      What to do

      Mazda dealers will replace the ACU free of charge; however parts are not currently available. Mazda will send interim notifications to owners beginning October 3, 2016 and mail a second notice when remedy parts are available.

      Swarovski recalls pendant light fixtures

      The crystal in the light fixture can detach and fall

      Swarovski Lighting of Plattsburgh, N.Y., is recalling about 365 Octa Crystal Pendant light fixtures sold in the U.S. and Canada.

      The crystal in the light fixture can detach and fall if damaged during shipment, posing an impact hazard.

      The firm has received 10 reports of the crystal detaching from the light fixture and falling. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves Swarovski Octa Crystal Pendant light fixtures. The single and triple pendant fixtures come in black and white, and measure about 6 inches tall by 3 inches wide by 3 inches long. The light fixtures hang from a 59-inch electric cord and fixture canopy.

      Model number A9950NR700126, A9950NR700127, A9950NR700130 or A9950NR700131 is printed on the product label inside of the fixture canopy.

      The fixtures, manufactured in the U.S., Austria and Slovenia, were sold at Capitol Lighting, Farrey’s Lighting and Bath, Lighting Palace, New York Lighting and other lighting showroom retailers and online at www.1800lighting.com, www.ylighting.com and www.lumens.com from January 2010, through January 2016, for between $800 and $1,000.

      What to do

      Consumers should prevent people from walking underneath the light fixtures and contact Swarovski to schedule a free inspection. Following inspection, if the light fixture was damaged during shipment, a replacement pendant light fixture will be provided free of charge. No repair is necessary for undamaged light fixtures.

      Subaru recalls model year 2017 Outbacks

      The front brake caliper, wheel hub or stabilizer clamp attaching bolts could loosen or detach

      Subaru of America is recalling 99 model year 2017 Outbacks manufactured June 20, 2016, to June 23, 2016.

      The vehicles may have improperly tightened attaching bolts for the front left and right brake calipers, wheel hubs and the right stabilizer clamp.

      If any of those bolts loosen or detach, the related components would also become loose and may detach possibly making the vehicle unstable and reducing the braking capability. These conditions would increase the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Subaru has notified owners, and dealers will inspect the bolts for proper torque, and replace any loose bolts, free of charge. The recall began on August 8, 2016.

      Bimbo Bakeries USA is recalling Entenmann’s Little Bites Fudge Brownies (5 pack), Chocolate Chip Muffins (5 pack and 10 pack boxes) and Variety Packs (20 pack).

      The products may contain small pieces of plastic caused by a manufacturing failure at a contract manufacturer’s bakery in Illinois.

      The recall was prompted by consumer reports of plastic in the products.

      Forest River recalls Cherokee recreational trailers

      There may be insufficient clearance between the bottom of the trailer and the top of the tire

      Forest River is recalling 230 model year 2017 Cherokee recreational trailers, models CCKT16BHS, CCKT16FQ and CCKT17CJ, manufactured April 15, 2016, to July 28, 2016.

      The vehicles may have insufficient clearance between the bottom of the trailer and the top of the tire and, during use, the tire may make contact, possibly damaging the tire.

      A damaged tire may unexpectedly deflate, causing a loss of vehicle control and increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will install a bolt on lift kit, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin September 26, 2016.

      Wild Country climbing harnesses recalled

      Excess materials on the left waist belt tab can cause the harness to loosen

      Salewa North America of Boulder, Colo., is recalling about 70 Wild Country Syncro Harnesses.

      Excess materials on the left waist belt tab can cause the harness to loosen, posing a fall hazard to the user.

      The firm has received one report of the harness loosening. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall applies to all Wild Country Syncro harnesses sold in the U.S. The harness has a black nylon exterior and orange interior. “Wild Country” and “Syncro” is printed on a label affixed to the interior, above batch code: 01 A 01 16.

      The harnesses, manufactured in China, were sold at Alpenglow Adventure Sports, Climb UP LLC, Rock Fitness, UNLTD, and Wilderness Exchange stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com and other websites from April 2016, through June 2016, for about $110.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled harnesses and contact Salewa North America for a full refund.
