    The products contain elevated levels of lead.

    No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.

    Winnebago View and Itasca Navion motor coaches recalled

    The liquid propane line may not be properly sealed

    Winnebago Industries is recalling 262 model year 2017 Winnebago View, and Itasca Navion motor coaches manufactured November 16, 2015, to June 23, 2016.

    The vehicle's liquid propane (LP) line may not be properly sealed to prevent carbon monoxide and/or LP gas from entering the living quarters.

    If carbon monoxide or LP gas enters the living quarters, it can increase the risk of illness or death to the occupants.

    What to do

    Winnebago will notify owners, and dealers will apply sealant to the grommet opening to seal the LP line, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule.

    Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-800-537-1885. Winnebago's number for this recall is 141.

    Mann Packing is recalling 844 cases of 18-oz. O Organics Organic Vegetable Tray with Creamy Ranch Dressing Dip.

    The product contains egg, milk and soy, allergens not declared on the label.

    No illnesses have been reported to date.

    The recalled product has a Best If Used By date of August 11, 2016 and an incorrect UPC barcode: 21130 98428.

    The item was sold at Albertsons, ACME, Carrs, Haggen, Pavilions, Pak ‘N Save, Safeway, Shaw’s, Star Market, Tom Thumb and Vons stores in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont and Washington.

    What to do

      Sage Products is recalling one lot of Comfort Shield Barrier Cream Cloths.

      The product is contaminated with the Burkholderia cepacia bacteria

      No adverse events have been reported associated with the recalled products

      The recalled product is a non-sterile, topical skin protectant used to treat and prevent moisture associated skin irritation caused by urine and/or stool exposure. The package contains three, single-use, disposable cloths.

      What to do

      Michael Angelo's expands Shrimp Scampi and Meat Lasagna recalls

      The products may contain egg, soy or shrimp, allergens not declared on the label

      Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Foods of Austin, Texas, is expanding its earlier recall of frozen shrimp scampi and meat lasagna products to include an additional 1,452 pounds of meat lasagna product, for a total of 5,677 pounds of product.

      Due to a packaging error, the products labeled as, “Michael Angelo’s Uncompromisingly Italian-Style Shrimp Scampi with Linguini Pasta in a Fresh Heirloom Garlic-Butter Sauce” may contain a chicken piccata product, which contains chicken, egg and soy -- ingredients not declared on the label.

      There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

      The following products are being recalled:

      • 26-oz. boxes, containing plastic trays, labeled, “Michael Angelo’s Uncompromisingly Italian-Style Shrimp Scampi with Linguini Pasta in a Fresh Heirloom Garlic-Butter Sauce” with a packaging date of May 7, 2016, “BEST IF USED BY” date of May 7, 2017 and UPC code 0 37363 98377 0.
      • 11-oz. boxes, containing plastic trays, labeled, “Michael Angelo’s Uncompromisingly Italian-Style Lasagna with Meat Sauce” with a packaging date of July 11, 2016, “BEST IF USED BY” date of July 11, 2017 and UPC code 0 37363 00612 7.

      The recalled products do not bear the USDA mark of inspection, as shrimp products are regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

      What to do

      Customers who purchased these products should not consume them, but throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.

      Kitchen Cravings expands recall of strawberry and mixed berry parfaits

      The product may contain traces of peanuts or almonds, allergens not listed on the label

      Kwik Trip of La Crosse, Wis., has expanded an earlier recall of Kitchen Cravings Strawberry and Mixed Berry Parfaits.

      The product may contain traces of peanuts or almonds, allergens not listed on the label.

      No adverse reactions have been reported.

      The recalled Strawberry Parfait is packaged in an 8.25-oz. cup, with UPC CODE 3977918435. The Mixed Berry Parfait is packaged in an 8.25-oz. cup, with UPC CODE 3977918436.

      Both products were sold at Kwik Trip convenience stores in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa (Kwik Star) with a sell by date on or before August 7, 2016.

      What to do

      Those who purchased the recalled products on or before July 29, 2016, and are allergic to peanuts or almonds should return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.

      Jayco recalls travel trailers equipped with Sway Command anti-sway system

      The trailer brakes may not slow or stop the trailer

      Jayco is recalling 3,085 model year 2016-2017 Jay Feather, Jay Flight, Jay Flight SLX, Eagle, White Hawk, and Octane travel trailers manufactured January 5, 2016, to July 18, 2016, equipped with a Sway Command anti-sway system.

      When connected to certain tow vehicles that have an integrated brake controller, and after the anti-sway system has applied the trailer brakes in response to a sway event, the trailer brakes may no longer function to slow or stop the trailer.

      A loss of trailer brakes may lengthen the distance needed to stop the vehicle and cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Jayco will notify owners, and dealers will remove the Sway Command system from the affected travel trailers, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule.

      Porsche 918 Spyder Hybrid Electric vehicles recalled

      Incorrect screws may have been used to re-install and/or re-secure the seat belt equipment

      Porsche Cars North America is recalling 306 model year 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder Hybrid Electric vehicles manufactured February 2, 2015 through July 1, 2015.

      Incorrect screws might have been used when re-installing and/or re-securing the seat belt mount or the seat belt reel during vehicle service.

      In the event of a crash, the incorrect bolts may not keep the seat belts properly anchored to the car, increasing the risk of injury to the seat occupants.

      What to do

      Porsche will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and, as necessary, replace the seat belt mount and seat belt reel attaching bolts free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule.

      Casa Di Trevi recalls meat pasta products

      The products contain soy protein and hydrolyzed soy, allergens not declared on the label

      Casa di Trevi of Roselle Park, N.J, is recalling approximately 845 pounds of meat pasta products.

      Some of the products were formulated with sodium nitrite and sodium erythorbate, restricted ingredients and ingredients of public health concern.

      Others contain isolated soy protein and hydrolyzed soy, allergens not declared on the label.

      Finally, some products are labeled with the government mark of inspection applied by Casi di Trevi without authorization from the Secretary of Agriculture.

      There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions, injuries, or illnesses due to consumption of these products.

      The following heat treated, not fully cooked, not shelf stable meat pasta products, packaged between February 1, 2016, and July 20, 2016, are being recalled:

      • 12-lb. case containing 1-lb. bags of “CASA DI TREVI GOURMET PASTA PRODUCTS MEAT TORTELLINI.”

      The recalled products may not bear the USDA mark of inspection, or may incorrectly bear Food safety and Inspection Service establishment number “8419” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The products were distributed to retail and wholesale customers in New Jersey.

      AR-ONE Maxx travel trailers and fifth wheels recalled

      The Federal Label may contain incorrect tire information

      Starcraft RV is recalling 194 model year 2016-2017 AR-ONE Maxx travel trailers and fifth wheels manufactured May 4, 2015, to June 27, 2016.

      The vehicles may have a Federal Label with incorrect tire information, and as a result, the owner could replace the tire with an incorrect size. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

      If the tire is replaced with an incorrect tire size, vehicle handling could be affected, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Starcraft will notify owners, and dealers will install a corrected Federal Tire label free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule.

      Forest River recalls RVs and trucks with trailer brake light issue

      The trailer brake lights may not illuminate during brake actuation

      Forest River is recalling 214 model year 2015-2017 Forest River Orion recreational vehicles manufactured January 1, 2014, to June 30, 2016; 2014 Rockport work and delivery trucks manufactured on January 29, 2016; and 2015-2017 Forest River Rev recreational vehicles manufactured December 10, 2014, to June 30, 2016.

      These vehicles are built on a Chrysler RAM ProMaster chassis and are equipped with a Trailer Tow Lighting Control Module that may have a software error which can prevent illumination of the trailer brake lights during brake actuation. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

      Trailer brake lights that are inoperative can increase the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Forest River will notify owners, and RAM dealers will replace the Trailer Tow Light Control Module, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin August 26, 2016.

      Gel Spice is recalling one lot of Fresh Finds Ground Turmeric Powder containing elevated lead levels.

      No Illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.

      The recalled “Fresh Finds Ground Turmeric” is packaged in 3.75-oz. PET jars with a code of B/B 03/08/19 and B/B 05/18/19 on the neck of the container.

      The product, which also has a UPC code of 81026-01230, was distributed at Big Lots stores throughout the U.S.

      TDL Group recalls dried chicken soup mix products

      The products were imported from Canada without inspection

      The TDL Group of Ontario, Canada, is recalling approximately 636 pounds of dried chicken noodle soup mix products.

      The products were imported without inspection, raising the possibility of adverse health consequences.

      There are no confirmed reports of adverse reactions or illnesses due to consumption of these products.

      The following item produced in Canada on May 16, 2016, and imported to the U.S. on or around July 16, 2016, is being recalled:

      • 16.9 oz./481 g plastic bagged packages of “Tim Hortons Chicken Noodle Soup Mix” with case code “CANADA S519” and Canadian health certificate number of 617844. Each case contains eight (8) bags.

      The recalled product bears establishment number “Canada 368,” and was shipped to restaurants in Maine, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

      Newmar recalls Ventana, Ventana VL and Dutch Star motorhomes

      When the windshield wipers are turned off, the headlights may also turn off

      Newmar Corporation is recalling 24 model year 2017 Ventana, Ventana VL and Dutch Star motorhomes manufactured November 1, 2015, to June 24, 2016 and built on a Freightliner Custom Chassis.

      When the windshield wipers are turned off, the headlights may also turn off. Additionally, the wiper arms may stop in an incorrect location blocking the driver's view, and the wiper motor may stall when under load.

      If the headlights go out or the wiper system does not operate properly, the driver's visibility may be adversely affected, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Newmar will notify owners, and Freightliner dealers will update the wiper software, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin August 23, 2016.
