One reviewer, Sabrina from Manchester, said some of her items were missing following the move. “Furniture chip, dented, boxes damaged, broken boxes with items placed in other boxes. … I emailed them a inventory list to 3 different people within company, day of move, they tried to charge me additional $100 per box to place my other items. 3 people got this list, not once anyone stated certain items needed to be placed in boxes,” she told us.
