    Updated on 07/08/2026: This was the worst experience I have ever had with a move. Safe Ship kept calling me back after I received a quote to get the job. The movers picked up on 6/23 and I told them I wanted everything delivered on 7/2 or 7/3. The movers arrived at 12:45 on 7/8. Communication was awful and Safe Ship Sent me to the moving company instead of handling the issues. The movers told us 7/7, then 7/8, and finally delivered on the 9th.

    I asked for a discount from the quote since I did not ship as much as expected. I was told they would check and call me back. Guess what, still waiting for the call. The movers had me do a review as soon as they loaded the truck so they would keep high reviews. It seems once they were paid, it does not matter when the truck arrives. Safe Ship will never get any of my business in the future.

      At first, I was hesitant to work with one of these kinds of clearing house finder services, but SafeShip found a great mover for me and made all the guesswork and logistical handling a breeze. They will bombard you with phone calls, emails and text messages, but that really is a good thing. The subcontractor team, Azimuth Moving Services, showed up right on time and they called my phone directly before the pickup and the delivery. They were just on time, on point, quick, efficient, well-executed and incredibly professional. It was an out of state move from Colorado to Wyoming, so I didn’t really feel like the price was that bad, and just the ease of everything, with only TWO days notice, was outstanding. I’m impressed and I think you will be too, as long as they do the job for you the same way they did the job for me.

      I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Safe Ship Moving Company. From start to finish, their team handled every detail with such care and professionalism that it completely exceeded my expectations. The movers were incredibly efficient. I didn’t have to lift a finger, and they had my entire place packed up within just two hours while still making sure everything was secure and well protected.

      What really stood out to me was the level of customer service. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible. A special shoutout to Jarvis in customer care for checking in on the status of my move and making sure everything was going smoothly. That extra communication gave me so much peace of mind. It’s honestly rare to find a company that delivers this kind of service. I can confidently say I will never use another moving company again. Safe Ship has completely earned my trust, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free and seamless move.

      I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. From the start, Jorge did a good job helping me navigate the decision matrix and get a good quote. I knew early on that I have a tendency to underestimate how much space is needed, but took the quote anyway. He thoroughly explained how and why prices may change and what I could do to be as accurate as possible. I took notes on the call and be guided me to make a deposit with a full understanding that day. Fast forward to the QA call, I had my stuff packed and ready to inventory which helped me stay super accurate. There was a price increase, but I knew there would be based on some additional boxes I needed. They explained everything and the rate was fine since I made changes in advance of move out day.

      The time of the move, I worked directly with Non stop movers and they were amazing. Carlos called me to say he had finished another job early and asked if I’d like them to come early. That was a yes from me and I appreciated the respect to check first. On site, he and two others carefully reviewed my belongings, wrapped and stacked in a polite manner and tackled my heinous stairs with grace. They were super pro! No surprises or price changes dat of which I feared based on some negative reviews I had read. They took my concerns before and during the QA call and assured me of what I could do to keep it predictable. It worked exactly as they told me.

      After the move out, Isaac ** called me to follow up and made sure I was fully satisfied with how everything went. He didn’t just leave it at surface level either. You can tell he actually cares about his job. Asked many questions, got a better understanding and made sure I knew how to get ahold of him if anything comes up. All in all, this has been a breeze so far. Next time I move, I’ll choose Safe Ship again for sure. They’re professional, detailed and thorough making this stressful time so much easier for me. Thanks team!

      I would give negative five stars if possible. Stolen items, damaged items, unprofessionalism, lack of communication, lost parts to my bed. They work under "rapid express moving and storage" as well; did not compensate for damaged or stolen items at all. They are a scam and should go out of business. I am traumatized from working with them.
