I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Safe Ship Moving Company. From start to finish, their team handled every detail with such care and professionalism that it completely exceeded my expectations. The movers were incredibly efficient. I didn’t have to lift a finger, and they had my entire place packed up within just two hours while still making sure everything was secure and well protected.

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. From the start, Jorge did a good job helping me navigate the decision matrix and get a good quote. I knew early on that I have a tendency to underestimate how much space is needed, but took the quote anyway. He thoroughly explained how and why prices may change and what I could do to be as accurate as possible. I took notes on the call and be guided me to make a deposit with a full understanding that day. Fast forward to the QA call, I had my stuff packed and ready to inventory which helped me stay super accurate. There was a price increase, but I knew there would be based on some additional boxes I needed. They explained everything and the rate was fine since I made changes in advance of move out day.

These guys made the process so much easier to move across country. I moved from Vermont to Arizona called them to get a quote, went through everything. During the quote process, call them back later on to set up the actual move. And when the guy has came, they were super-efficient. Like, I can't say enough. Good things about them, because they we're just super professional, super friendly, made everything really easy for this big move from mine. And very affordable, like, let's be real. The cost to do that was very reasonable. For the distance that I was moving. If you guys want use it, stress, free, move, use them. They will make it happen.

If you are in search for the best mover that will take care of your furniture help to ensure that is not damaged, lost or any problem whatsoever call Safe Ship. They have done the work for you. They have checked out the companies. They know the ends and out of everyone out there. And they can ensure you that it's going to do right or you can call their customer service and they will fix it but you're not going to have that problem. I promise it is wonderful. All I had to do was just sit back and watch and stay in awe the whole time as to how trained these people are. It was just a pleasure to have them be in charge of the things that I've had for 20 years. Some of them antiques and stuff. Had no worries whatsoever. Maybe just feel so good that I googled their name and Google do what to do. He said get them and I did and I've never been more happier so if you want to save yourself some grief call Safe Ship. They'll fix it.

Our whole moving experience was flawless from the initial call to the move day! Moved my father from Florida to Ohio 3/6/26. 100% recommend this moving company! They are continually keeping you updated on the status/progress. We chose Safe Ship because it is Veteran owned/operated. My father is a Navy Vet. Patrick ** did our initial call. The moving team with Safe bound was top notch! Vincent was the foreman, there was another gentleman (can’t remember his name), and Casey. They were so professional, courteous, and handled all of dad’s household good with care!

The moving team called and asked when was the soonest they could start. Then delivered an expected move of ~2days minimum, on the same day (after asking if it was okay). They did an excellent job, staff asked what I wanted where and were quick and effective while moving everything from small boxes to the couch.

DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY. They don't do any moving themselves. They're a sales company that focuses on sleazy and high pressure sales tactics. They will call you over 10 times a day trying to get you to use their services, pressuring you, demeaning other companies, and generally being incredibly unpleasant to you to try to pressure you into using their services.

Initially, everything was great. Did a great careful job packing and loading at my home. However, the carrier that brought our items across the country had his truck stuffed so full that boxes were nearly crushed. The leg of a handmade cherry wood table is damaged. As I watch them open the door I could not believe how my property was just stuffed inside this truck with absolutely no consideration to damaging anything. It was just get it on the truck. Our property is currently in storage as our new home is not quite ready. Consequently, it will be several weeks before we start on packaging these boxes and see what’s broken. This was a premium priced move. I thought I had hired a premium priced company, but the ball definitely was dropped with the carrier.

I had a great experience with Safe Ship Moving. They made this long and hard process a lot easier and smoother.
