    The product may contain almonds, pecans, wheat and gluten, allergens not declared on the label.

    No adverse reactions have been reported.

    The recalled 1.2 kg Goodfood Roasted Sweet Potato Power Bowls with Feta, Quinoa & Crunchy Cabbage Salad, code: 297-S27, was sold at the retail level in the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Quebec.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled product and are allergic to almond, pecan, wheat, or have celiac disease or other gluten-related disorders, should not consume it, but discard or return it to the store where purchased.

    The o-ring seal can be damaged, causing a continuous gas leak

    Dometic Corporation is recalling 47,159 3-burner cooking stoves, with part numbers S31, R1731 and R2131.

    The saddle valve securing bolt may be overtightened, possibly damaging the o-ring seal and causing a continuous gas leak.

    A gas leak can increase the risk of a fire.

    What to do

    The remedy for this recall is still under development.

    The manufacturer has not yet provided a schedule for recall notification.

    Canyon Star and Ventana motorhomes recalled

    The inner wheel tire valve stem extension may become damaged

    Newmar Corporation is recalling 350 model year 2021 Canyon Star and model year 2018-2019 Ventana motorhomes built on chassis supplied by Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA).

    The tire valve stem extension for the inner wheel may come in contact with the outer wheel rim opening and become damaged.

    Extensive damage to the valve stem extension may result in a loss of tire pressure of the inner wheel, increasing the risk of a crash.

    What to do

    Newmar will notify owners, and DTNA facilities will repair the vehicles free of charge. The remedy for this recall is still under development.

    The recall is expected to begin November 17, 2020.

      CB2 recalls Bordo dining tables

      The table legs can become unsteady when moved

      CB2 of Chicago, Ill., is recalling about 1,120 Bordo and Bordo XL dining tables.

      The table legs can become unsteady when moved, causing the table to collapse, posing an injury hazard.

      The firm has received four reports of the tables collapsing including three reports of injuries involving a laceration and a swollen leg/ankle.

      This recall involves the Bordo and Bordo XL dining tables.

      The concrete dining tables measure 84 inches long by 40 inches wide and 29.5 inches tall for the regular sized table and 107.5 inches long by 40 inches wide and 29.5 inches tall for the XL sized table. All Bordo tables are white, and a list of those included in the recall may be found here.

      The dining tables, manufactured in Vietnam, were sold at CB2 stores nationwide online at www.CB2.com, and through the CB2 catalog from August 2018, through June 2020, for about $1,500 (Bordo dining table) and about $2,300 (Bordo XL dining table).

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled tables and contact CB2 for instructions on how to receive a full refund.

      Braxton Creek RV recalls Bushwhacker travel trailers

      The trailer floor may separate from the frame

      Braxton Creek RV is recalling 620 model year 2020-2021 Bushwhacker 10FB and 2021 Bushwhacker 10SS travel trailers.

      The lag bolts are of an insufficient size and may pull through the floor, causing the floor to separate from the frame of the trailer.

      If not secured by the lag bolts, the body of the trailer could shift or separate from the frame, increasing the risk of a crash, injury or death.

      What to do

      Braxton will notify owners, and dealers will bolt the floor onto the frame using 3/8" x 2" bolts and washers with a lock nut free of charge.

      The recall was expected to begin in October 2, 2020.

      Tenneco recalls Beck/Arnley master cylinders

      Brake fluid may leak or the cylinder may come apart

      Tenneco Automotive is recalling 38 Beck/Arnley Master Cylinders, part number 072-9831, sold as aftermarket or replacement parts for model year 2004-2018 Volkswagen Jettas and model year 2012-2019 Volkswagen Beetles.

      The fluid seal crimp on the master cylinder may be insufficient, causing brake fluid to leak or the cylinder to come apart.

      A brake fluid leak can reduce braking ability, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Beck/Arnley will notify the distributors that sold the master cylinders and work with them to notify the end users. Affected master cylinders will be exchanged for a new master cylinder (part number 072-9990) free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin October 26, 2020.

      Forest River is recalling 551 model year 2021 Salem and Wildwood recreational trailers.

      The flame on the cooktop may become inverted, due to the cooktop not being isolated from the furnace return air.

      An inverted flame can increase the risk of a fire.

      What to do

      Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will add sealant to the gaps in the paneling that are allowing the return air from the furnace to cause the inverted flame free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin November 6, 2020.

      DMM VISSION, S.A. de C.V. is recalling five lots of Cleaner Hand Sanitizer.

      The product may contain methanol not declared on the label which can result in nausea, vomiting, headache, blurred vision, permanent blindness, seizures, coma, permanent damage to the nervous system or death.

      There are no reports of adverse effects.

      What to do

      The electronic control center circuit board may short

      Spyder Controls is recalling 3,419 G9 electronic control units, part numbers BMODWTIR1, DMODZTIR4, and BMODWTIR4.

      These units can fail if excessive voltage is applied, causing the components on the board to become damaged.

      If too much voltage is applied to the unit and the circuit board becomes damaged, there would be an increased risk of fire.

      What to do

      Spyder has notified the affected component purchasers, who have filed their own recalls, and will provide a G9 Protection module to limit voltage free of charge.

      Isuzu recalls FTR and Chevrolet 6500XD trucks

      The ground cable on the starter motor may break

      Isuzu Technical Center of America is recalling 4,352 model year 2018-2021 FTR and Chevrolet 6500XD trucks.

      The ground cable connecting the starter motor to the vehicle frame may break at the starter-side eyelet, resulting in an engine no-crank or slow-crank condition, causing the vehicle not to start.

      If the cable is broken and repeated attempts are made to start the vehicle, the starter may ground through the steel braiding of the power steering hose, allowing it to heat up and possibly rupture, increasing the risk of a fire.

      What to do

      Isuzu will notify owners, and dealers will replace the ground cable and inspect and replace the power steering hose if damage exists free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin October 16, 2020.

      Prestone recalls antifreeze

      The child-resistant caps of the products may not be engaged properly

      Prestone Products of Rosemont, Ill., is recalling about 687,000 containers of antifreeze.

      The antifreeze products, containing ethylene glycol, must be in child-resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.

      The caps were not rotated enough during manufacturing to engage the child resistant mechanism, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall involves fourteen different models of pre-diluted or concentrated antifreeze sold under six different brand names: Prestone, AutoZone, Highline/Prime Guard, Supertech, Prime and Starfire.

      The one-gallon antifreeze bottles are black, gray, orange, white or yellow. The brand is printed on the front of the antifreeze. The date code and model numbers can be found on the back informational panel of the product.

      A list of the products with brand name, model number and date codes may be found here.

      The antifreeze, manufactured in the U.S., was sold at Ace Hardware, Advance Auto Parts, AutoZone, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Highline, Home Depot, Lowe's, Pep Boys and Walmart stores nationwide and online from January 2020, through May 2020, for between $10 and $22.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately inspect the product and twist the cap to ensure the child resistant mechanism is engaged.

      Incorrect information is printed on the federal certification and tire placard

      Airstream is recalling five model year 2021 Basecamp 16 trailers.

      The information printed on the Federal Certification and Tire Placard is 255/55R18 - 50 PSI, when the correct information is ST225/75R15E - 80 PSI.

      If inflated according to the printed information, the tires could be underinflated, which can increase the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Airstream will notify owners, and dealers and will install corrected labels free of charge.

      Oshkosh recalls Bendix Pressure Switches

      The brake lights may not operate

      Oshkosh Corporation is recalling 121 Bendix Pressure Switches, part number 4133101, sold as aftermarket parts.

      The plastic threads holding the two halves of the pressure switch may strip when the switch is pressurized, resulting in an air leak which, if severe enough, can cause the air system to lose pressure when the brakes are applied. Failure of the front and rear brake switches will also result in a loss of brake light functionality.

      These conditions may increase the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Oshkosh will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the brake pressure valve, and -- if necessary -- replace it free of charge.

      The recall was expected to begin in September 2020.

      The recalled product, which comes in a clear 21.5-oz. Bowl, is sold in the refrigerated section of 36 Trader Joe’s stores in Arkansas, Colorado, Kentucky, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.

      The vehicle's tire pressure labels contain incorrect information

      Land Rover is recalling 1,087 model year 2020-2021 Range Rover Sport vehicles with 19-inch wheels.

      The tire inflation pressure label and the tire placard label have incorrect tire pressure information for the vehicle.

      Failure to inflate tires to the correct pressure could lead to loss of vehicle stability and control, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Land Rover will notify owners, and dealers will apply the correct labels free of charge.

      Petzl recalls safety ropes

      The rope may fail, posing fall and injury hazards

      Petzl America of Salt Lake City, Utah, is recalling about 15,000 low-stretch kernmantle ropes sold in the U.S. and Canada.

      The rope can have a deep cut or tape securing two ends of rope together, which can cause the rope to fail, posing fall and injury hazards.

      No incidents or injuries have been reported.

      The low-stretch kernmantle ropes, with a nylon core and polyester sheath material, are designed for professional use, including work-at-height use, difficult access, technical rescue and industrial applications; and for recreational use, including climbing, caving and mountaineering.

      Only ropes with serial numbers ranging between 18 C 0000000 000 and 20 H 0000000 000 are included in the recall.

      The recalled rope models include:

      • Axis 11mm rope (white, yellow, black, blue, red and orange) available in 150, 200, 600 and 1200 feet. Model Numbers R074AA00 – R074AA27.
      • Parallel 10.5mm (white, yellow, black, blue, red and orange), available in 50, 100, 200 and 500 meters. Model Numbers R077AA03 – R077AA28.
      • Vector 12.5mm rope (white, yellow, black, blue, red and orange) available in 150, 200, 600 and 1200 feet. Model Numbers R078AA00—R078AA27.

      The recalled safety ropes have the model name and serial number on the label affixed to each end of the rope.

      The ropes, manufactured in France, were sold at GME Supply, Karst Sports and industrial and recreational stores nationwide, and online at www.gmesupply.com and www.Karstsports.com from March 2018, through July 2020, for between $200 and $1,200.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ropes and inspect them for a deep cut or tape connecting two ends of rope together; if either is found, contact Petzl America for instructions on receiving a free replacement rope.

      Land Rover recalls model year 2020-2021 Range Rover Sport vehicles

      Recommended tire pressure has been set wrong in the Tire Pressure Monitoring System Software

      Land Rover is recalling 11,950 model year 2020-2021 Range Rover Sport vehicles with 20-inch, 21-inch, or 22-inch wheels.

      The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) recommended pressure has been set incorrectly in the instrument cluster. As a result, the TPMS warning light will not illuminate when tire pressure reaches 25% below the cold inflation pressure stated on the tire placard.

      Drivers may unknowingly operate the vehicle with low tire pressure, possibly causing tire tread separation, thereby increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Land Rover will notify owners, and dealers will update the instrument cluster software free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin November 13, 2020.

      The winch may move unexpectedly in high temperatures

      Quadratec is recalling about 3,629 Q-Performance Stealth series 10,000 and 12,000 lb. recovery winches, part numbers 92122.4010, 92122.4011, 92122.4020 and 9212.4021.

      During high temperature operation, expansion within the processor/switch may result in power flow to the winch motor, causing unintended operation of the winch.

      Unintended winch operation can pose the risk of injury.

      What to do

      Quadratec will notify owners, and replace the processing unit and any associated components on the affected winches free of charge.

      The recall was expected to begin September 30, 2020.

      The breakaway safety switch may be wired incorrectly

      Forest River is recalling 4,397 model year 2018-2021 Wildwood, Salem, and model year 2021 Sonoma travel trailers.

      The break-away safety switch may not be wired to constant power, which can cause the trailer brakes to not activate in the event of a trailer separation from the tow vehicle.

      Failure of the brakes of the trailer to engage can result in a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will rewire the breakaway switch free of charge.

      The manufacturer has not yet provided a schedule for recall notification.

      STIHL recalls mini-cultivator attachments

      The gearbox may have mistakenly been installed upside down

      STIHL Incorporated of Virginia Beach, Va., is recalling about 185,000 STIHL BF-KM mini-cultivator attachments.

      The gearbox could have mistakenly been installed upside down by the STIHL dealer causing the tines to rotate backwards toward the operator, posing a laceration hazard to the user.

      The firm has received 12 reports of incidents, including six reports of lacerations to consumers.

      The mini-cultivator is one of 15 interchangeable attachments to the STIHL KombiMotor KM model powerheads, which are sold separately.

      It is used to break up loose soil, and has four black discs with tines mounted to a gearbox and attached to a metal drive tube with a black deflector.

      The mini-cultivator attachment should have been assembled by the STIHL dealer and not sold in a box or assembled by the consumer. The recalled mini-cultivator attachments are those with the gearbox installed upside down.

      The mini-cultivator attachment, manufactured in the U.S., was sold at authorized STIHL servicing dealers nationwide from January 2005, through August 2020, for about $190.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mini-cultivator attachment and take it to an authorized STIHL servicing dealer for a free inspection and free proper assembly.
