    Willow Tree Poultry Farm recalls ready-to-eat chicken salad

    The products may contain walnuts, an allergen not declared on the label

    Willow Tree Poultry Farm of Attleboro, Mass., is recalling approximately 6,890 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) chicken salad.

    The products may contain walnuts, an allergen not declared on the label.

    There are no confirmed reports of adverse reactions

    The following items, produced on September 2, 2020, is being recalled:

    • 15-oz. clear, plastic containers labeled as “Willow Tree Premium White Meat CHICKEN SALAD Classic” with a sell by date of “9/30/20” and a time stamp of 13:00:00 through 17:00:00 on the containers’ cellophane lid.

    The recalled products, bearing establishment number “EST. P-8827” inside the USDA mark of inspection, were shipped to retail locations in Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont and Virginia.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased these products should not consume them, but discard or return them to the place of purchase.

    Medek recalls M Hand Sanitizer

    The product contains methanol (Wood Alcohol) and may have subpotent ethanol levels

    Medek is recalling all lots of M Hand Sanitizer Alcohol Antiseptic.

    The product contains methanol (wood alcohol), which can result in nausea, vomiting, headache, blurred vision, permanent blindness, seizures, coma, permanent damage to the nervous system or death.

    It may also be sub-potent for the ethanol content. The use of sub-potent hand sanitizer products can have adverse health consequences related to nfections.

    There are no reports of adverse effects.

    The recalled product, used as a hand sanitizer for hand washing to decrease bacteria on the skin when soap and water are not available, is packaged in a one (1) gallon (128 oz/3,785 mL) High-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic bottle, NDC 75432-001-02.

    It was sold directly to walk-in customers in Alamo, Texas, between April 17and May 22,2020.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled product should stop using it and return it to place of purchase.

      TMC recalls Aria, Palazzo, Tuscany and Venetian motorhomes

      The tire valve stem extension may become damaged

      Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling 1,631 model year 2018-2021 Aria, Palazzo, Tuscany and Venetian motorhomes built on a Daimler Trucks (DTNA) chassis.

      The tire valve stem extension for the inner wheel may contact the outer wheel rim opening and become damaged.

      Extensive damage to the valve stem extension may result in a loss of tire pressure of the inner wheel, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      TMC will notify owners, and DTNA dealers will make the necessary repairs.

      While the remedy is still under development, the recall is expected to begin November 15, 2020.

      Forest River recalls Legacy, Berkshire and Coachmen Sportscoach motorhomes

      The inner wheel tire valve stem extension may become damaged

      Forest River is recalling 975 model year 2018-2020 Coachmen Sportscoach & Forest River Legacy, and model year 2018-2021 Berkshire motorhomes built on a Daimler Trucks (DTNA) chassis.

      The tire valve stem extension for the inner wheel may come in contact with the outer wheel rim opening and become damaged.

      Extensive damage to the valve stem extension may result in a loss of tire pressure of the inner wheel, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Forest River will notify owners, and DTNA will make repairs as necessary.

      The remedy for this recall is still under development. The recall is expected to begin October 28, 2020.

      CorgioMed is recalling all lots of Leafree Instant Hand Sanitizer-Aloe Vera.

      The product is labeled as “edible alcohol.”

      Ingesting hand sanitizer, which is intended for topical use, may result in alcohol toxicity, symptoms of which may range from lack of coordination, slowed or slurred speech, drowsiness to coma, which can be fatal.

      The product, packaged in 100 ml (UPC #6970495860325), 300 ml (UPC #69705860318) and 500 ml (UPC #6970495860301) bottles, was distributed nationwide via the CorgioMed website.
