Laboratorios Jaloma S.A. de C.V. is recalling all lots and all bottle sizes of Jaloma Antiseptic Hand Sanitizer.

The products may contain methanol (wood alcohol), which can produce nausea, vomiting, headache, blurred vision, permanent blindness, seizures, coma, permanent damage to the nervous system or death.

There are no reports of adverse events to date.

A list of the products, sold throughout the U.S., in a 4-fl oz (120 mL) Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) plastic bottle and a 16.9-fl oz (1.06 pt) (500 mL) PET or High-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic bottle, may me found here.

Each product contains a lot number (0007834) and expiration date (EXP0522) stamped directly on the bottle or label.

What to do

Customers whp purchased the recalled products should stop using and return them to the place of purchase.

The products contain wheat, an allergen not declared on the label.

BMW of North America is recalling seven model year 2019-2020 X5 sDrive40i, X5 xDrive40i & X5 xDrive50i vehicles, and model year 2020 X6M vehicles.

The steering column shaft bearing plate may not have been attached properly to the vehicle, allowing it to loosen.

A loose bearing plate can affect the vehicle's handling and control, increasing the risk of a crash.

What to do

BMW will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the steering column shaft bearing plate and properly attach or replace it -- as necessary -- free of charge.

REVIVE Essential Oils of San Francisco, Calif., is recalling about 26,630 bottles of REVIVE Wintergreen & Birch Essential Oil s and REVIVE Sore No More, Ache Away & Breeze Essential Oil Blends.

The products, which contain methyl salicylate, come in packaging that is not child resistant, posing a risk of poisoning to young children.

No incidents or injuries are reported.

This recall involves REVIVE Wintergreen and Birch Essential Oils and REVIVE Sore No More, Ache Away and Breeze Essential Oil Blends in 10 mL amber glass bottles with black caps.

“REVIVE”, “Birch”, “Wintergreen”, “Sore No More”, “Ache Away”, and “Breeze” are printed on the labels.

The product name, lot number and volume amount are displayed on the label.

The oils, manufactured in the U.S., were sold exclusively online at REVIVE-EO.com from August 2018, through May 2020, for between $8 and $32.

What to do

Consumers should immediately store the products in a safe location out of reach of children and contact REVIVE for a free child-resistant replacement cap. REVIVE is directly notifying all known purchasers about the recall.

Daimler Vans USA (DVUSA) is recalling 26 model year 2019 Mercedes Benz and Freightliner Sprinters.

The incorrect leaf spring shims may have been installed between the rear axle and the leaf springs possibly affecting the vehicle's handling and increasing the risk of a crash.

What to do

DVUSA will notify owners, and dealers will replace the leaf spring shims on both sides, renew the spring brackets, check the rubber buffers for wear, renewing them if necessary, and adjust the headlamps free of charge.

The manufacturer has not yet provided a schedule for recall notification.

Kia Motors America is recalling 86,921 model year 2020 Tellurides with Smart Cruise Control (SCC).

When a trailer is connected to the vehicle, the trailer brake lights will not illuminate when the SCC applies the brakes.

Inoperative trailer brake lights can fail to warn other drivers that the vehicle is slowing, increasing the risk of a crash.

What to do

Kia will notify owners, and dealers will install an additional wire harness to the main fuse box to signal the trailer brake lights free of charge.

Whole Foods Market is recalling Chantilly Key Lime Tartlets from stores in five states.

The product contains almonds, an allergen not declared on the label.

No allergic reactions have been reported to date.

The recalled product, individually packaged in plastic clamshell containers with Whole Foods Market scale labels, a PLU code of 268564, and product sell-by date through July 26, 2020, was sold in the bakery department of select Whole Foods stores in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

Meritor is recalling 32 P220 and P579 pressure assemblies, part numbers 106533 and 107801.

The power steering hydraulic hose was assembled with an incorrect fitting, which may cause the hose to fail and result in a loss of power steering assist.

A loss of power steering assist would require a greater steering effort, especially at lower speeds, which may increase the risk of a crash.

What to do

Meritor will notify the purchasers, and will inspect and replace the power steering hydraulic hose free of charge.

WD-40 Company of San Diego, Calif., is recalling about 130,000 bottles of X-14 Mildew Stain Remover.

Pressure can build up inside the bottle and cause it to fall over and leak, posing a risk of skin irritation.

No incidents or injuries are reported.

This recall involves includes only the 16 and 32 ounce bottles of X-14 Mildew Stain Remover with a lot code between 20052 O and 20127 O that can be found on the back of the bottle.

X-14 Mildew Stain Remover is a bathroom cleaning product used to remove mildew and stains from grout, tile, vinyl, and plastic surfaces.

X-14 Mildew Stain Remover is printed on the front of the blue plastic spray bottle.  

The stain remover, manufactured in the U.S., was sold at Amazon.com, Ace Hardware, Publix, Do It Best Hardware, and other retail stores (not sold in California stores) from March 2020, through July 2020, for between $4 and $5.

What to do

Hercules OEM of Burnsville, Minn., is recalling about 50,000 Moravian star lights.

The lights lack adequate minimum wire size and overcurrent protection, posing fire and electrical shock hazards.

No incidents or injuries are reported.

This recall involves a single style of Moravian star lights, including those with incandescent and LED bulbs.

The lights are a white multipointed star designed to hang from a ceiling, and were sold in two sizes: 12” and 21.”

The exterior boxes were either red, green or blue.

The lights, manufactured in China, were sold online at MoravianStarCompany.com and Amazon.com from November 2016, through December 2019, for about $20.

Kia Motors America is recalling 104 model year 2020 Stingers with a 2.0L Turbo-GDI engine.

A component within the Rack Mounted Motor Driven Power Steering (MDPS) Assembly may have been manufactured incorrectly, possibly resulting in the steering locking or becoming difficult while driving.

A loss of steering control can increase the risk of a crash.

Daimler Vans USA (DVUSA) is recalling four model year 2019 Mercedes Benz Sprinters.

The chassis may be missing the additional stabilization required for its cargo capacity.

DVUSA will notify owners, and dealers will upgrade the chassis by replacing the stabilizer bar on the front axle and replacing shock absorbers and installing a stabilizer bar on the rear axle free of charge.

Great Dane Trailers is recalling 23 Truck Bodies equipped with Maxon GPTLR and GPTWR Lift Gates with License Plate Bracket Light number 908120-01.

If installed, the license plate light may aim rearward and not towards the license plate.

A license plate light aimed toward other drivers may increase the risk of a crash.

One of four bolts securing the driver's seat may not have been installed correctly and may fail.

If a driver's seat fastener bolt fails, the seat may not be properly secured, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
