    Virginia Diner is recalling 0-oz. cans of Plow & Hearth Chocolate Covered Cashews.

    The product may contain peanuts and peanut allergens not declared on the label.

    The company says it has not received any reports of illness or injury to date regarding this product.

    The recalled product contains UPC Code: 085582089193, Lot Code: 100917 XLSP and BEST BY: 10 04 18, and was sold from Plow & Hearth catalogs, online at www.PlowHearth.com, and at Plow & Hearth retail stores between October 25, 2017, and November 17, 2017.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled product should it to a Plow & Hearth store, or to Plow & Hearth’s corporate office in Madison, Va., for a replacement.

    Nutra Labs recalls Bull and Chao Jimengnan tablets

    The dietary supplements contain active pharmaceutical ingredients not declared on the label

    Nutra Labs is recalling Bull and Chao Jimengnan male enhancement supplements.

    The products contain sildenafil, an active pharmaceutical ingredient in an FDA approved product used for erectile dysfunction, making them unapproved new drugs.

    There are no reports to date of adverse events related to this recall.

    The Bull 1800-mg Capsules with the expiration date of 05/07/2019, packaged 30 pills per tin, and Chao Jimengnan 150-mg Tablets with Lot # 20151018 packaged 4 pills per box and the expiration date of 10/2017, were sold nationwide on the internet.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled products should stop using them and return them to PO Box 571, Ellenton FL 34222 ATTN: RETURNED GOODS for a refund.

    Flos recalls pendant light fixtures

    The glass diffuser can detach and fall

    Flos Inc., of Brooklyn, N.Y., is recalling about 4,000 pendant lamps.

    The glass diffuser can detach and fall, posing an impact injury hazard.

    No incidents or injuries have been reported.

    This recall involves the Flos Romeo Moon model S2 and Romeo Louis II model S2 pendant lamps. The model number is printed on a label on the shade.

    The lamps have an internal glass diffuser covered by a flared glass or crystal shade that suspends from the ceiling by steel wires. Consumers can tell if their lamp is part of the recall by examining the underside of the ring holding the glass diffuser. If this piece is plastic only, it is part of the recall.

    The lamps, manufactured in Italy, were sold at Design Within Reach, Lumens, Ylighting, and other lighting stores and online at Flos.com from January 1996, through December 2006, for between $800 and $1,900.

    What to do

    Consumers should avoid walking under the fixtures until they are repaired, and contact the firm or the place of purchase for a free repair kit that can be installed by consumers.

      Forest River is recalling 77 model year 2017-2018 Rockwood and Flagstaff travel trailers.

      The slide room arm may contact and damage the passenger side rear tire which may leak air, resulting in a loss of vehicle control and increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will install a lift kit to elevate the chassis and replace any tire that has evidence of damage, free of charge.

      Natural Solutions for Life recalls Synodrin Pain Relieving Cream

      The packaging is not child resistant as required by law

      Natural Solutions for Life of Robinson, Ill., is recalling about 56,000 jars of Maximum Strength Synodrin Pain Relieving Cream with Lidocaine.

      The packaging is not child resistant as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act, posing a risk of poisoning to young children.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      The recalled Synodrin Lidocaine Maximum Strength Pain Relieving Cream is in a white jar with a blue label with “ Synodrin Lidocaine Maximum Strength 4% Pain Relieving Cream” printed on the front.

      The jars measure about three inches in diameter, are three inches tall, weigh about 4 ounces and were sold in a blue box with yellow letters “Lidocaine” and white letters “Maximum Strength 4% Pain Relieving Cream.”

      The brand name Synodrin is printed on the jar and the box. The box and jar have UPC code 8 64751 00032 6 printed on the right side.

      The pain relieving cream, manufactured in the U.S., was sold at Albertsons/Safeway, Giant, Harris Teeter, Meijer, Stop & Shop and Rite-Aid stores nationwide and online at Jet.com and Amazon.com from June 2017,, through October 2017, for about $19.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately place the recalled pain relieving cream out of the reach of children and contact Natural Solutions for Life to obtain a free replacement cap.

      Libbey Glass recalls bourbon glasses

      The glasses can break during normal use

      Libbey Glass of Toledo, Ohio, is recalling about 229,000 Bourbon Taster Glasses.

      The glasses can break during normal use, posing a laceration hazard.

      The company has received two reports of incidents involving 12 glasses breaking. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves 8-oz. Bourbon Taster Glasses made of clear, colorless glass and measuring about 3 7/8 inches tall.

      The glasses have one of three logos laser-etched on the bottom of the glass: “Kentucky Bourbon Trail,” “Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tours” or “SIV”.

      They were sold in boxed sets of four glasses and also sold individually.

      The glasses, manufactured in the U.S., were sold at Libbey outlet stores in Shreveport, Louisiana and Toledo, Ohio, Total Wine stores nationwide, various distillery gift shops, commercial customers for use in restaurants, and online at libbey.com, iwawine.com and kybourbontrailshop.com from May 2017, through October 2017, for between $20 and $25 for the four-piece set, and $6 for the glass sold individually.
