    The recalled product, which comes in a 7.76-oz., rigid clear plastic package marked with Best Before date of 29/01/2022 on the bottom and UPC code 9555719731604, was sold in retail stores nationwide.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled product should return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

    Thor Motor Coach recalls various motorhomes built on a Chevrolet chassis

    Water may get into the Battery Isolation Manager/Battery Isolation Relay

    Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling 1,074 model year 2020-2021 Daybreak, Four Winds, Chateau, Freedom Elite, Quantum motorhomes built on a Chevrolet chassis.

    The BIM (Battery Isolation Manager)/BIR (Battery Isolation Relay) is not watertight when exposed to engine compartment heat.

    Water may get into the BIM/BIR and create electrical arcing, increasing the risk of a fire.

    What to do

    TMC will notify owners, and dealers will replace the BIM/BIR with a Trombetta solenoid free of charge.

    The recall is expected to begin on January 17, 2021.

    Towsleys recalls 3-in-1 Qi wireless chargers, power banks and travel chargers

    The devices can overheat, posing a fire hazard

    Towsleys of Manitowoc, Wis., is recalling about 1,500 3-in-1 Qi wireless chargers, power banks and travel wall chargers.

    The devices can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

    The firm has received four reports of incidents, including two that resulted in fires. One consumer reported that a fire caused $6,000 worth of property damage. No injuries have been reported.

    This recall involves the 3-in-1 Qi wireless chargers, 6700 mAh power banks and travel wall chargers.

    The white square power bank includes a two-pronged section that plugs into the wall and 3 USB type plugs on the other side. The product is also capable of wireless charging.

    An Acuity heart logo is printed on the front of the charger/power banks.

    The devices, manufactured in China, were distributed at a corporate redemption program where employees were able to use credits to redeem corporate merchandise online at www.Acuitymerch.com from September 2019, through April 2020.

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately stop using the chargers and contact Towsleys to receive a credit for a free replacement charger and instructions on disposing of the recalled products.

      Keystone recalls model year 2019-2021 Outback recreational trailers

      A section of the frame rail may buckle and fail

      Keystone RV Company is recalling 1,296 model year 2019-2021 Outback 335CG and 340BH recreational trailers.

      A section of the frame rail may have inadequate support where the draw bar is attached, allowing the frame rail to buckle.

      A buckled frame may fail and increase the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will add reinforcement plates to the existing frame free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin January 15, 2021.

      RH recalls wine barrel chandeliers

      Hardware parts used to hang the chandeliers can break

      RH US of Corte Madera, Calif., is recalling about 8,400 wine barrel chandeliers sold in the U.S. and Canada.

      Hardware parts used to hang the chandeliers can break causing the chandelier to fall from the ceiling, posing an injury hazard.

      The firm has received 14 reports of hanging hardware components breaking, including 11 reports of the chandelier falling. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves RH wine barrel chandeliers that consist of oak wine barrel staves and hoops and 5, 6, 8 or 12 “arms” with sockets for E12 candelabra bulbs or 6 “arms” for battery-operated flameless votives.

      A list of the chandeliers, sold in a brown and polished nickel color in five styles, may be found here. SKU information is printed on the top of the unit and on the receipt.

      The chandeliers, manufactured in Poland and India, were sold at RH galleries nationwide and online at rh.com from April 2009, through July 2018, and at RH outlets nationwide from October 2009, through March 2020, for between $80 and $3,500.

      What to do

      Consumers should prevent people from going into the immediate area underneath the chandelier. Contact RH to schedule a free in-home repair or replacement depending on chandelier hardware type. The firm is notifying all known purchasers directly.

      The hydraulic power steering hose may detach

      Daimler Vans USA (DVUSA) is recalling 47,667 model year 2015-2020 Mercedes Benz and Freightliner Sprinters.

      The hydraulic power steering return line hoses may detach at their connection points under certain operating conditions, causing hydraulic fluid to leak.

      The sudden loss of power steering assist and hydraulic steering fluid leaking onto the roadway may increase the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      DVUSA will notify owners, and dealers will check the return line connections of the power steering system, correcting it -- as needed -- free of charge.

      The recall was expected to begin November 2020.

      The electronic drivers in some high voltage contactors may overheat

      Arcimoto is recalling 148 model year 2019-2020 FUV motorcycles.

      The electronic drivers in some of the high voltage (HV) contactors may malfunction, causing these contactors to have a higher contact resistance than intended, potentially causing them to overheat.

      If HV contactors overheat, the battery may unexpectedly shutdown and cause an immediate loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Arcimoto will notify owners, and dealers will replace the contactors free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin December 7, 2020.

      Loose control arm bolts may affect steering

      Tesla is recalling 401 model year 2020 Model Ys.

      The bolts connecting the front upper control arm and steering knuckle may have not been tightened properly, allowing the upper control arm to detach from the steering knuckle.

      A detached upper control arm can cause the wheels to lean in or out, decreasing the driver's ability to steer and increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Tesla will notify owners, and dealers will inspect, and -- as necessary -- tighten the bolts free of charge.

      The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule.

      Triple E recalls Serenity, Unity and Wonder motorhomes

      An incorrect connector was used on the propane connection

      Triple E Recreational Vehicles is recalling certain 832 model year 2019-2020 Serenity (S24CB), model year 2019-2021 Unity (U24MB, U24RL, U24FX, U24CB, U24IB, U24TB), and model year 2019-2021 Wonder (W24FTB, W24RTB, W24RL, W24MB) motorhomes.

      An incorrect brass connector was used on the propane connection to the flared connection of the Truma water heater fitting. The connector did not have the correct bevel to seal to the Truma water heater swivel fitting.

      The wrong connector may cause a propane leak, increasing the risk of a fire.

      What to do

      Triple E has notified owners, and dealers will replace the incorrect brass connector with the correct brass connector (part number115-3219) free of charge.

      The recall began November 17, 2020.

      Lidl US recalls Powerfix steel shelving units

      The shelving units can be missing wall mounting hardware

      Lidl US Trading of Arlington, Va., is recalling about 4,000 Powerfix steel shelving units.

      The shelving units can be missing wall mounting hardware, used to attach the shelving unit to the wall to prevent it from tipping or falling, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall involves Lidl’s Powerfix metal shelving units that are 59 inches tall, stand upright, and contain four metal shelves.

      They come in a box marked with article number 314367 and UPC 4017239206062.

      One of the shelves in the unit is marked with a white sticker with the article number 314367.

      The shelves, manufactured in Germany, were sold at Lidl US stores in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Georgia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York from June 2019, through May 2020, for between $20 and $25.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled shelving units if they do not have mounting hardware attaching them to the wall, and contact Lidl for free mounting hardware or return the shelving unit to Lidl for a full refund.

      Pieces of roof trim may separate from the vehicle

      Tesla is recalling 9,136 model year 2016 Model X vehicles.

      The front and spine cosmetic roof trim may have been adhered to the vehicle without first using primer. As a result, one or both pieces of trim may separate from the vehicle while it's moving.

      Trim that separates from the vehicle during use can cause a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Tesla will notify owners, and dealers will test the roof trim adhesion, and -- as necessary-- apply primer free of charge.

      The manufacturer has not yet provided a schedule for recall notification.

      Shenandoah Growers of Harrisonburg, Va., is recalling approximately 15,000 units of imported organic basil in select packages.

      The products may be contaminated with Cyclospora, an intestinal infection whose symptoms include severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, body aches and fatigue.

      No illnesses have been reported to date.

      Denso International America recalls 1.5 million fuel pumps

      The fuel pump may fail and cause an engine stall

      Denso International America is recalling 1,517,721 fuel pumps.

      An impeller within the low pressure fuel pump may crack and deform, potentially causing the fuel pump to fail.

      If the fuel pump fails, the engine can stall while the vehicle is being driven, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Denso has notified the affected vehicle and aftermarket equipment manufacturers who may conduct recalls as necessary to replace the fuel pumps.

      The recall schedule will be decided by vehicle manufacturers.

      Aries Industries recalls tow hitches

      The tow hitch may have an incorrect weight rating

      Aries Industries is recalling 141 tow hitches manufactured for several truck brands and models with Class 3 and Class 4 tow weight ratings.

      The tow hitches may not be able to tow the rated weight rating of these vehicles, which can cause the hitch plates to bend or break, or cause cracked welds.

      Tow hitch plates that bend, break, or crack welds can make the towed equipment difficult to control or cause separation of the towed vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Aries will notify owners, and dealers will install reinforcement plates or replace the tow hitches free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin January 5, 2021.

      Herobility AB of Sweden is recalling about 900 Eco Baby Spoons & Forks, Feeding Spoons and Placemat Feeding sets.

      The utensils can break into small pieces, posing a choking hazard.

      No incidents or injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves Eco Baby Spoons & Forks and Eco Feeding Spoons, as well as the Eco Placemat Feeding sets.

      The recalled spoons and forks are made entirely of a plastic compound, and are distinct from the other Herobility spoons and forks sold in the U.S., which consist of plastic handles with steel implements.

      The Herobility name and, in most instances, the date (month/2019) are located directly on the underside of the recalled products.

      In addition to products with a date stamp of (month/2019), products with no date stamp are included in the recall.

      The utensils, manufactured in China, were sold online at www.herobility.com and at Buy Buy Baby, Dillard’s, The Mama ‘Hood, Kidsland, Traveling Tikes, Adolce Baby, Mum and Mini, Earth Baby, Global Enfant, Li’l Baby Sprouts, Mariposa Hill, Macy’s and Babylist stores nationwide from March 2019 through September 2020 for about $9 for the Eco Baby Spoon & Fork, about $10 for the Eco Feeding Spoon (3 Pack), and about $50 for the Eco Placemat Feeding set.
