    The Whole Foods Market store located at 7111 E Mayo Blvd. Phoenix, Ariz., is recalling Queso Sauce that may contain cashews, an allergen not declared on the label.

    One allergic reaction has been reported to date.

    The recalled product, sold in clear plastic deli-style containers of various weights, was available as a fresh-pack item in the prepared foods department with a sell-by date of April 14, 2020 the PLU code beginning with 74135 printed on the product scale labels.

    What to do

    Customers who purchased the recalled product may bring a valid receipt into the store for a full refund.

    DSD Merchandisers of Livermore Calif., is recalling 2040 individual 10-oz deli tubs of Roasted /Salted Deluxe Mixed Nuts.

    The product may contain peanuts, an allergen not declared on the label.

    No illnesses have been reported to date.

    The recalled item, which comes in a 10-oz clear plastic deli-style container, UPC 65143370994 and Best Before dates of 12/28/20 and 01/01/21, was sold in grocery stores in in Northern California, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming.

    What to do

    Customers with a peanut allergy who purchased the recalled product should not consume it, but return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

      The Vitamin Shoppe recalls Energy Formula multivitamins

      The product's packaging is not child resistant

      The Vitamin Shoppe of Secaucus, N.J., is recalling about 2,800 bottles of Vitamin Shoppe Energy Formula multivitamins.

      The packaging of the product is not child resistant as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act, posing a poisoning risk if the contents are swallowed by young children.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall involves The Vitamin Shoppe’s Energy Formula multivitamins in a white bottle with a blue, white, and gold label.

      Each bottle contains 90 tablets and has the code VS-3293 with the lot number 8102351 on the bottom of the bottle.

      The vitamins, manufactured in the U.S., were sold at The Vitamin Shoppe stores nationwide and online at VitaminShoppe.com from April 2019, through January 2020, for between $15 and $22.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately store the product in a safe location out of reach of children. Contact The Vitamin Shoppe for instructions on how to dispose of the product and receive a refund or merchandise credit. All known purchasers are being notified directly by the firm.

      The product's packaging is not child resistant

      Dr. Adorable of Chicago, Ill., is recalling about 12 packages of Dr. Adorable Sweet Birch essential oils.

      The product contains methyl salicylate which must be in child resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the product is not child resistant, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall involves 4.4 fl.-oz. (144 mL) and 8 fl.-oz. (240 mL) plastic amber bottles with white flip top lids. The white oval label on the bottle displays the Dr. Adorable logo, product name and the volume amount of the bottle.

      The oils, manufactured in the U.S., were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com from January 2020, through March 2020, for about $17.

      The rear brake hose may overheat, causing the rear brake system to fail.

      MTD Southwest of Tempe, Ariz., is recalling about 2,660 Troy-Bilt and Craftsman 25cc 2-Cycle trimmers and Remington 25cc 2-Cycle polesaws.

      The head of the trimmers and polesaws can continue to rotate when the throttle is released, posing a laceration hazard.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall involves Troy-Bilt, Craftsman-branded trimmers and Remington-branded polesaws powered by a 25cc 2-Cycle gasoline engine.

      The trimmer’s housing is red and black and Troy-Bilt or Craftsman is printed on the top of the unit. The polesaw’s housing is orange and black and Remington is printed on the top of the unit.

      Trimmers and polesaws have serial numbers 1K199DG1886 through 1L059DH1017. The model and serial number is located on the white model label on the engine cover.

      The operator's manual may not contain the correct information about how the automatic parking function ("Auto-P") operates.

      If the driver relies on the Auto-P function as described in the operator's manual, vehicle rollaway or movement may occur, increasing the risk of a crash.

      The model number is printed on the labels on the individual product boxes or cartons. “Legrand” is printed on the back of the receptacles. The following manufacturing date codes can be found on the outside of the carton: 43U, 44U, 45U, 46U, 47U, 48U, 49U, 50U, 51U, 52U, 53U, 01V, 02V.

      The following manufacturing date codes may also be found hot-stamped on the back of the device(s): “MU”, NU”, “PU” and “AV”.

      The receptacles, manufactured in Mexico, were sold at electrical equipment suppliers and other stores nationwide between October 2019, and February 2020, for between $3 and $10.

      Daimler Vans USA (DVUSA) is recalling 48,775 model year 2019 Freightliner and Mercedes-Benz Sprinters.

      The rear part of the fender liner on the front axle may contact and chafe the brake hose, possibly resulting in a loss of brake fluid.

      A loss of brake fluid can extend the distance needed to stop the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      DVUSA will notify owners, and Mercedes-Benz or Freightliner Sprinter dealers will inspect and replace the brake hoses, as necessary.

      Additionally, the fender liners will be modified.

      All services will be performed free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin May 8, 2020.
