    Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling 25 model year 2020 Tellaro 20AT and Sequence 20A motorhomes.

    The dinette/booth seat belt reinforcing brackets may be missing.

    Without the seat belt reinforcing brackets, the seat belt anchorages could fail in a crash, increasing the risk of injury to those seat occupants.

    What to do

    TMC will notify owners, and dealers will install the missing brackets free of charge.

    The recall is expected to begin May 19, 2020.

    H&C Food recalls Enoki mushrooms

    The product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes

    H&C Food of Brooklyn, N.Y., is recalling Enoki mushrooms imported from Green Company, located in Korea.

    The product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

    No illnesses have been reported, to date

    The 7.05-oz. (200-g) packages of Enoki mushrooms with UPC#831211204181, were sold at Great Wall Supermarkets in New York, Maryland and Virginia from February 15, 2020, to March 5, 2020.

    What to do

    Customers who have purchased the recalled product should not consume it, but return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

    Lenox tea kettles recalled

    The tea kettles can expel hot water during use

    Continuum Sales & Marketing of Port Washington, N.Y, is recalling about 56,000 Lenox 2.5 quart tea kettles.

    The tea kettles can expel hot water during use, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

    The company has received 14 reports of tea kettles expelling hot water through the top, including four reports of burn injuries -- some of them severe.

    This recall involves Continuum’s Lenox-branded 2.5 Quart Whistling Stainless Steel Tea Kettle with a three-layered bottom.

    The tea kettles were sold in a variety of colors, including blue, red, silver and gold, and have a stainless steel flat bottom that measures approximately 7” in diameter and has a bent edge that extends approximately 1” beyond the flat portion of the bottom.

    The brand name, Lenox, is written on the sides and the bottom of the kettle.

    The kettles, manufactured in China, were sold at Burlington, HomeGoods, Home Sense, Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, Tuesday Morning, and Winners stores nationwide from September 2013, through November 2017, for between $30 and $50.

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled tea kettles and contact Continuum for a full refund if proof of purchase is available. If not, consumers will be entitled to a refund of $29.99.

      The brake caliper mounting bolts may not have been tightened properly.

      Loose brake caliper mounting bolts can reduce brake effectiveness, increasing the risk of a crash.

      Model year 2020 Indian Challenger motorcycles recalled

      The output shaft bearing may fail

      Indian Motorcycle Company is recalling 616 model year 2020 Challenger motorcycles.

      The engine output shaft bearing may not have been sufficiently lubricated during assembly, possibly resulting in bearing failure at very low mileage.

      Engine output shaft bearing failure could cause a sudden loss of power, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Indian will notify owners, and dealers will lubricate the output shaft bearings on motorcycles with less than 50 miles on the odometer free of charge.

      Owners with an odometer reading of less than 50 miles should not operate their motorcycle until it is repaired.

      Motorcycles with greater than 50 miles will not require a repair, and can either be inspected by a dealer, or the owner can self-report the odometer reading directly to Indian.

      The recall is expected to begin in April 2020.

      Joybird recalls Blythe dressers

      The dressers are unstable if not anchored to the wall

      Joybird of Commerce, Calif., is recalling about 100 Blythe dressers.

      The dressers are unstable if not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that may result in death or serious injuries to children.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall involves Joybird’s Blythe dressers made of plywood with a painted white finish exterior and nine brown-colored, veneer-faced plywood drawers with round knobs that are finished with a low-gloss lacquer.

      The dressers measure about 66 inches wide, 18 inches deep and 37.5 inches high and weigh about 209 pounds.

      Stickers on the back of each recalled dresser state “Stitch Industries, Inc.” the month and year of manufacture, and the words “TSCA Title VI Compliant.”

      The dressers, manufactured in Mexico, were sold online at Joybird.com from October 2017, through July 2019, for about $1,700.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dresser if not properly anchored to the wall and place it into an area that children cannot access.

      Consumers should contact Joybird for a free in-home repair to the dresser’s legs or a free one-time in-home installation of a tip-over restraint kit by a technician plus a $50 gift card to be used on Joybird’s website, or free pick-up of the dresser for a full refund. Joybird is contacting all known purchasers directly.

      An internal part of the heater fails to meet flammability performance requirements

      Stelpro Design of Quebec, Canada, is recalling about 3,600 ASSO and ASSOS Sonoma wall fan heaters.

      An internal part of the heater fails to meet flammability performance requirements, posing a fire hazard.

      The firm has received five reports of overheating. There are no reports of injuries.

      This recall involves ASSO and ASSOS Sonoma wall fan heaters. The heaters are white, with the Stelpro name on the front. Only heaters with version or production codes 47-19 or prior are affected by this recall.

      The model number and version or production code is located on the product nameplate that is on the underside of the front cover.

      The driveshaft may separate from the rear axle

      Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling 22 model year 2020 Chateau 31W and 31WV, Quantum KW29 and LF31, Vegas 24.1 and Axis 24.1 motorhomes and model yer2020-2021 Four Winds 24F, 28Z, and 31E motorhomes built on a Ford chassis.

      The rear axle differential may have an insufficient amount of fluid, possibly resulting in a failure of the rear axle assembly and a driveshaft separation.

      If the driveshaft separates, there may be a loss of drive, increasing the risk of crash.

      Additionally, if the parking brake is not applied, unintended vehicle movement can occur if the transmission is left in Park, increasing the risk of injury or crash.

      What to do

      Ford will notify owners, and Ford or Lincoln dealers will inspect the rear axle differential fluid level and adjust it, or replace the rear axle as necessary free of charge.

      The recall is expected to begin May 24, 2020.

      KTM recalls Husqvarna 701 Svartpilen and 701 Vitpilen motorcycles

      The bikes may leak fuel

      KTM North America is recalling 1,500 model year 2019-2020 Husqvarna 701 Svartpilen and model year 2018-2020 Husqvarna 701 Vitpilen motorcycles.

      Fuel may leak from the fuel level sensor and fuel pump mounting area.

      A fuel leak can increase the risk of a fire in the presence of an ignition source, and increase the risk of damage or injury.

      What to do

      The remedy for this recall is still under development.

      Owners will be notified when the remedy is available to take their motorcycles to a Husqvarna Motorcycle North America (HMNA) dealership for repairs.

      The recall is expected to begin May 15, 2020.

      Daimler Vans USA (DVUSA) is recalling 54 model year 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Freightliner Sprinter vehicles with winter tires.

      The tires may not have been correctly installed, possibly resulting in reduced traction in wet or snowy conditions.

      A reduction in traction may result in a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      DVUSA will notify owners, and Mercedes-Benz or Freightliner Sprinter dealers will inspect the running direction of the tires correcting them as necessary. If the thread wear is uneven, the tires will be replaced. All services will be performed free of charge.

      The products contain elevated levels of histamine

      Save-On-Foods is recalling certain O/W Ahi Tuna products containing elevated levels of histamine.

      High levels of histamine in fish can cause an allergic-type reaction known as scombroid poisoning. Symptoms can include burning throat, diarrhea, dizziness, facial swelling, headache, vomiting and peppery taste in mouth.

      No reactions have been reported.

      Ford and Volvo are recalling 5,641,577 cars built with Kiekert USA C1A door latches.

      A component within the door latches may break as a result of excessive temperatures within the door, making the doors difficult to latch and/or leading the driver or a passenger to believe a door is securely closed when -- in fact -- it is not.

      A door that is not securely latched could open while the vehicle is in motion, increasing the risk of injury or the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      Ford and Volvo have recalls to notify their owners, and their dealers will replace all four door latches free of charge.

      The products may be contaminated with norovirus.

      There have been some reports of illnesses associated with consumption of these products.

      People with norovirus illness usually develop symptoms of gastroenteritis within 24 to 48 hours, but feel better within one or two days.

      Daimler Vans USA (DVUSA) is recalling 289 model year 2018-2019 Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner Sprinters.

      The spare tire label may indicate the maximum speed at 55 kilometers per hour (kph) rather than as 34 miles per hour (mph).

      With only the metric speed listed on the spare tire label, the driver could misinterpret the kph as mph and operate the vehicle with the spare tire installed at higher speeds than the tire can withstand, increasing the risk of a crash.

      What to do

      DVUSA will notify owners, and Mercedes-Benz or Freightliner Sprinter dealers will replace it with the label with the correct maximum speed information indicated in miles per hour free of charge.
