    Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is recalling 403 model year 2019 Rolls-Royce Cullinans.

    The brake lights may not be bright enough.

    Without a sufficient level of brightness from the brake lights, the vehicle may have reduced visibility to other drivers when braking, increasing the risk of a crash.

    What to do

    Rolls-Royce will notify owners, and dealers will update the brake light software free of charge.

    The recall is expected to begin October 14, 2019.

      The products did not undergo import re-inspection

      BCI Foods of Quebec, Canada, is recalling approximately 3,304 pounds of meat and poultry soups.

      The products were not presented for import re-inspection.

      There are no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

      The following items, imported on July 17, 2019, are being recalled:

      • 19-oz. cans containing “chef’s cupboard CLASSIC HOMESTYLE CHICKEN & WILD RICE” with a “BB/MA 2021 MR 04” date and code “EST 142 602 19 064” on the bottom of the cans.
      • 19-oz. cans containing “chef’s cupboard CLASSIC HOMESTYLE ITALIAN-STYLE WEDDING with Meatballs & Chicken” with a “BB/MA 2021 MR 03” date and code “EST 142 603 19 063” on the bottom of the cans.
      • 18.8-oz. cans containing “chef’s cupboard CHUNKY BEEF with COUNTRY VEGETABLES” with a “BB/MA 2020 SE 25” date and code “EST 142 613 18 269” on the bottom of the cans.
      • 18.8-oz. cans containing “chef’s cupboard CHUNKY SIRLOIN BURGER with COUNTRY VEGETABLES” with a “BB/MA 2021 FE 18” date and code “EST 142 614 19 049” on the bottom of the cans.

      The recalled products, shipped to Aldi stores in New York and Pennsylvania, do not bear the USDA mark of inspection, but bear Canada’s establishment number “142” within the Canadian mark of inspection.

      Artizen Oils recalls essential oils

      The bottles are not child resistant as required by federal law

      Artizen Oils of Denver, Colo., is recalling about 6,000 bottles of Artizen Oils Wintergreen and Birch 100 percent Pure & Natural Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils.

      The bottles are not child resistant as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act, posing a poisoning risk if the contents are swallowed by young children.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall includes all 1- and 2-ounce clear glass bottles of wintergreen and birch essential oils purchased prior to April 15, 2019.

      The label on each bottle displays Artizen Oils’ logo and the name of the product.

      The oils, manufactured in the U.S., were sold online at eBay.com, Amazon.com, and Walmart.com from June 2017, through April 2019, for between $10 and $17.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately remove the essential oils from the reach of children and contact Artizen Oils for a free replacement child-resistant cap.

      The engine harness may contact a metal link pipe heat shield, chafing the harness over time, potentially damaging the wires.

      Damaged wires may cause a sudden reduction in engine power or an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash.

      John Deere recalls Gator utility vehicles

      The operator may not be able to stop the vehicle

      Deere & Company of Moline, Ill., is recalling about 19,800 John Deere XUV835 Gator utility vehicles sold in the U.S., and Canada.

      The plastic sheathing on the throttle cable can melt due to improper routing, causing the throttle to stick. This could result in the operator not being able to stop the vehicle, posing a crash hazard.

      The firm has received reports of nine incidents. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves John Deere Gator utility vehicles with model number “XUV835” printed on the hood. “John Deere” and “Gator” are printed on the cargo box.

      The serial number is located on the frame directly above right front tire and begins with 1M0835 and falls within the ranges on the chart below.

      The recalled utility vehicles were sold in green and yellow, olive drab and camouflage and have side-by-side seating for two or three people, depending on the seat option.

      RH recalls Turkish robes

      The garments fail to meet the flammability standards

      RH US of Corte Madera, Calif., is recalling about 5,700 Ultra-Soft Turkish robes sold in the U.S., and Canada.

      The garments fail to meet the flammability standards for clothing textiles, posing a risk of burn injuries.

      The company has received three reports in the U.S. and one in Canada of the recalled robes igniting while consumers were operating a gas stove. No injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves RH’s adult, unisex “Ultra-Soft Turkish Robe” robes. The 100% cotton terry, long-sleeved robes have two front pockets and a belt, were sold in black, dark gray, light gray, green and white, and in XS, S, M, L and XL sizes.

      The robes could be monogrammed. Made in Turkey, 100% cotton RN number 104581 and CA number 55697 are printed on the robe’s sewn-in side

      The robes were sold at RH galleries, RH outlets and RH warehouse sales nationwide and online at www.rh.com from August 2018, through March 2019, for between $80 and $115.

      The call button can fail in an emergency.

      GreatCall of San Diego, Calif., is recalling about 44,300 Lively Mobile Plus (an Authorized Partner) emergency alert devices.

      The call button can fail when pushed by the consumer in an emergency.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall involves Lively Mobile Plus (an Authorized Partner) model GCR4 emergency alert devices manufactured between January and April 2019.

      The recalled devices are silver and black and have “GreatCall” printed near the top of the front of the device.

      The model number GCR4 is printed on the back and the date code 19.01 or 19.03 is printed on the bar code label of the device.

      The device is worn on a magnetic lanyard around a consumer’s neck for fall detection or clips onto a consumer’s purse, belt, or pocket, and is used to communicate in an emergency or for other assistance.

      The alert devices, manufactured in China, were sold at Best Buy and Walmart stores nationwide and online at www.greatcall.com and www.amazon.com from April 2019, through May 2019, for between $25 and $50.

      Decathlon USA Recalls carabiners

      Incorrect assembly can cause the carabiner to unlock while in use,

      Decathlon USA of Emeryville, Calif., is recalling about 50 Rocky Screwgate carabiners.

      Incorrect assembly can cause the carabiner to unlock while in use, posing a risk of serious injury or death to the user.

      No incidents or injuries are reported.

      This recall involves Rocky Screwgate aluminum and pear shaped carabiners with a small gate and screwgate. They were sold under the SIMOND brand in yellow (item number 1760147) and blue (item number 1759997).

      The brand name is engraved on the side of the product. The item number was printed on the cardboard that was attached to the product.

      Carabiners are typically used by climbers as connectors or as extenders to anchor a climber.

      The carabiners, manufactured in France, were sold at Decathlon stores nationwide and online at www.decathlon.com from December 2018, through July 2019, for about $8.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled carabiners and return them to any Decathlon store for a full refund.

      The module that regulates power to the vehicle’s USB ports can overheat and melt, posing a fire hazard.

      The firm has received five reports of associated fire incidents and 100 reports of a melted USB voltage-reducer module. No injuries have been reported.
