Suzanne from Grand Island said she had a “really ghood experience” with Colonial: “They were very prompt and efficient and took really good care of all my stuff. The moving day went very fast. I had two gentlemen here. They said they would be here at 7:00 a.m. and they were here at 7:00 a.m. They were out of here by 11 o'clock.”
She said about the crew: “They were fast, but they were very efficient and very careful with everything they brought in. They unwrapped what furniture needed to be unwrapped and checked it for damages. So, overall, I really liked what they did. They went over and above wrapping some of my stuff that had glass in it, so it didn't break.”
A few Colonial Van Lines reviewers on ConsumerAffairs mention issues with communication and crews with a lack of knowledge about the move.
