This company came recommended from a friend and it was the first time for me using a full service moving company after moving 9 times on my own is absolutely amazing and I do not know why I have not used them sooner. The team of 3 arrived on time and were very friendly and organised. I chose the full packing service and after a short intro I could sit back and relax. By noon they finished packing up everything and we could move everything to the new location. I am also using their storage facility, which came in affordable price than some local alternatives.

The movers, Edward and Daniel, showed up right on time and worked really hard to get everything packed and loaded onto the truck quickly. They kept me updated throughout the entire move and let me know exactly what they were doing every step of the way. They gave me a tracking number and a time frame for when my stuff would be delivered, so I could follow it online. They delivered all of my belongings on time and in good condition.

Hercules seemed to be great when setting up my move from Arizona to Washington, as they assured me that the delivery would be able to happen by September 5th (the pickup happened on 8/28). Well, it has been a nightmare since. The subcontractor they used, First Class Movers, did not communicate for over two weeks. They do not take phone calls directly, and email responses sporadically, and will text sometimes. It is now October 6th and delivery is supposed to happen this afternoon.
