This company came recommended from a friend and it was the first time for me using a full service moving company after moving 9 times on my own is absolutely amazing and I do not know why I have not used them sooner. The team of 3 arrived on time and were very friendly and organised. I chose the full packing service and after a short intro I could sit back and relax. By noon they finished packing up everything and we could move everything to the new location. I am also using their storage facility, which came in affordable price than some local alternatives.

The movers, Edward and Daniel, showed up right on time and worked really hard to get everything packed and loaded onto the truck quickly. They kept me updated throughout the entire move and let me know exactly what they were doing every step of the way. They gave me a tracking number and a time frame for when my stuff would be delivered, so I could follow it online. They delivered all of my belongings on time and in good condition.

I’ve moved a lot over the years, and these guys made this one of the easiest experiences I’ve had. They showed up exactly on time, which is rare these days, and the movers were polite and friendly. They handled my antique coffee table like it was their own, carefully wrapping it up before loading it onto the truck. Nothing was scratched or dinged, and they even helped me rearrange some of the furniture when we got to my new place. The whole thing was seamless!

I hired two movers because I needed assistance transporting belongings from CA—a house with multiple stories that included a kitchen, a bedroom, and a living room—to IN, a location that was around fifteen minutes distant. They completed the task in just two hours and charged a fair amount!! Even though I had previously wrapped my furniture, they still provided more wrapping in case it was necessary. Impressed!

We divided the work into two days: The first day would be spent packing and loading the trucks, and the second would be spent delivering to the new residence and storage facility. As promised, the staff called me 30 minutes before and came on schedule. More significantly, they provided positive attitudes, warm smiles, and all the packing materials we required for the large house and its belongings.

My move had a few unexpected last-minute changes, but the movers were really accommodating. They adjusted their schedule and helped me move everything without any problems. Their flexibility was a huge help!

Piano moving is challenging, but these fellas made it look easy. They cushioned the pedals and legs and carefully took it down the front steps using a piano board. They placed it slowly in my new living room, consulting with me to ensure it was positioned correctly before releasing it.

Summary of the Situation: I paid $1100 as a deposit to Hercules Moving Solutions based on an estimate. When finalizing the move, they tried to add more charges. I argued/disputed the additional charges, and now they are choosing to cancel the move. The customer service manager was passive aggressive- saying he’ll cancel it without refund then taking it back then get mad and then nothing came out of it. They are refusing to refund the $1100. I needed to carry my delicate artwork with care. Dominic sandwiched each painting between large foam board sheets and added corner protectors. They also loaded the pieces upright to prevent pressure on the glass.

My dog is usually anxious around strangers, but the movers were gentle and patient with him. They didn’t mind him wandering between trips and even gave him a few friendly head rubs. That kindness meant a lot.
