I recently used Hercules Moving Solutions for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, gave me a clear and fair quote, and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process.

Moving between states felt daunting until I spoke with Jay. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step and answer all my questions patiently. Alma Moving arrived punctually and handled everything with exceptional professionalism, giving me great peace of mind.

This company is a Scam, stay away and run for the hills. We used them for a move from Pa-Ga. We gave them a 1/3 deposit, and was told to provide money orders for the other 2/3. They show up today, 8/4/26 to move from Pa and took one look at our packed boxes and provided us with an additional quote that was 3x the original quote. In addition, they could not guarantee that we would receive our furniture in 2-3 days as quoted. Instead they said they transport the furniture to a warehouse and wait until the truck is full, this may take another 2 weeks. I can smell a scammer a mile away. I told my husband leave these clowns alone and we will rent our own U-Haul to move our son across country. We are out of a down payment of $650, but it would have been so much worse had we taken them up on their inflated price. Someone is going to really get hurt, you cannot play with people's livelihoods in a desperate situation. They need to be shut down!!!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ This has been, without question, the worst moving experience I have ever had, and I would never use this company again. I am writing this review while I am STILL waiting for my belongings to be delivered. Even after countless phone calls and emails, I still do not have an honest or reliable estimated delivery date. From the very beginning, I was given one delivery date after another. Every deadline passed without my belongings arriving. Instead of receiving accurate information, I was repeatedly given conflicting timelines and excuses, making it impossible to plan my life or know when I would finally receive everything I own.

I would not use this company, let me tell you why. I put down $631 for a deposit to move from Indianapolis to Chicago. Unfortunately the apartment was given to someone else. I informed Hercules immediately, requested a return on my deposit. I was told that it would take 60 days as per my contract. That was April 3rd. It is now July 29th. I've emailed them 3 times and haven't received any response. I'm at a loss as a disabled woman dealing with cancer treatments. I can't afford the stress.

This should sum it up. I will file a complaint with the attorney general consumer protection. What a disappointment. I will hold Hercules, EZ movers and whoever has my belongings.

Would not recommend them to anyone, the communication is terrible and they scam you on the rate. You provide your full list of items and then they give you a quote. I approved the quote, day of my scheduled move they show up and say it's actually going to be almost double what they quoted even though items did not change actually reduced. I needed to move so I unhappily accepted the charge increase.

These were the most professional, kindest, fastest movers I’ve ever had. They also had the most reasonable price I’ve ever been offered as well. They packed all of my items with so much care, nothing got scratched or damaged even though it was a long-distance move. They were so careful and even packed up my whole 2-bedroom apartment in about 2 hours (so fast!!). They also were careful about making sure my cats wouldn’t run out or get scared and were very sweet to my cats as well. They also pay so much attention to your wants and needs, like at my new apartment, they remembered how I arranged my old apartment and asked if I wanted things placed similarly. It was so cool that they noticed small details like that just to make moving so much easier. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I loved my experience moving with HMS. My two movers handled my studio-to–one-bedroom move with so much care — everything was fast, efficient, and incredibly smooth. I’ve seen people mention unexpected add-ons, but that wasn’t my experience at all. I had a few items sticking out of bins and they kindly repacked everything into larger boxes on the spot to make sure it was all protected. It ended up being such an easy, stress-free move for me. Hercules seemed to be great when setting up my move from Arizona to Washington, as they assured me that the delivery would be able to happen by September 5th (the pickup happened on 8/28). Well, it has been a nightmare since. The subcontractor they used, First Class Movers, did not communicate for over two weeks. They do not take phone calls directly, and email responses sporadically, and will text sometimes. It is now October 6th and delivery is supposed to happen this afternoon.

Furniture was picked up July 26th. It is now September 1st and no one can tell us where our furniture is and when it will be delivered. The customer service people will talk to you but when we ask where or when they cannot provide any info. And if they say they’ll call you back…don’t hold your breath.

They were amazing! They were asked to come and do a quote on the Monday, came out on the Tuesday and were moving us on the Friday of that week. It all seemed so streamlined and easy with no fuss. Thanks so much Hercules Moving Solutions, we will certainly be in touch again.

I hired Hercules Moving Solutions to help my elderly parents move into a retirement community, and they were amazing. The team was patient, respectful, and took extra care with fragile and sentimental items. They made a potentially stressful day feel calm and smooth. Couldn’t have asked for better service for my family.

When I agreed to the estimate, I was told numerous times that my son will get his property on June 10. I then booked a flight for my family and myself for that week thinking we could help my son get organized as he was moving from Lincoln Nebraska to West Palm Beach FL. As it turns out, my son did not get his property until July 1!!!! Needless to say, I couldn’t cancel my plane tickets and had to go down to FL during the week of June 10!! Also the price of $2100 suddenly turned into $3400. There was absolutely zero communication along the way and when I tried calling Lynn, who was the one who sold me on this ridiculous moving company, ghosted me immediately after I signed the agreement. I even asked for a copy of the signed agreement and crickets. She got a sale and didn't care anymore about her customer!! Bottom line. DO NOT hire Hercules under any circumstances!!!

Piano moving is challenging, but these fellas made it look easy. They cushioned the pedals and legs and carefully took it down the front steps using a piano board. They placed it slowly in my new living room, consulting with me to ensure it was positioned correctly before releasing it.

Summary of the Situation: I paid $1100 as a deposit to Hercules Moving Solutions based on an estimate. When finalizing the move, they tried to add more charges. I argued/disputed the additional charges, and now they are choosing to cancel the move. The customer service manager was passive aggressive- saying he’ll cancel it without refund then taking it back then get mad and then nothing came out of it. They are refusing to refund the $1100. Here are the cases against them:

I needed to carry my delicate artwork with care. Dominic sandwiched each painting between large foam board sheets and added corner protectors. They also loaded the pieces upright to prevent pressure on the glass.

My dog is usually anxious around strangers, but the movers were gentle and patient with him. They didn’t mind him wandering between trips and even gave him a few friendly head rubs. That kindness meant a lot.

I found this company online. They did a terrific job. I didn’t get the names of the 2 men that moved my stuff but they carefully wrapped everything and put it in my storage unit neatly without damaging anything. Loyal Customer service.

This company came recommended from a friend and it was the first time for me using a full service moving company after moving 9 times on my own is absolutely amazing and I do not know why I have not used them sooner. The team of 3 arrived on time and were very friendly and organised. I chose the full packing service and after a short intro I could sit back and relax. By noon they finished packing up everything and we could move everything to the new location. I am also using their storage facility, which came in affordable price than some local alternatives.
