    “The saleswoman from American Standard came and talked to me for quite a while. She showed me my options, the cost, and what I could expect. It was very thorough. The installation was pretty amazing because the installers ran into much more problems than they expected. My townhouse was built in the mid-80s and the people I bought it from, apparently, didn't do much upkeep. There was a leak that had started that had the installers not come when they did probably would have turned into a big problem because it was underneath the tub. After they left, you didn't even know that they were there. … We got the walk-in with the shower which comes with the handles and the installers also walked us through how to use it. I like to bathe with the jets and the lights, with the lights off in the bathroom with the lights on in the tub. I also enjoy being able to walk in without worrying about tripping over the edge of the giant tub that was there before. This is obviously very high because it has some jets, but the door just opens and it's easy to open and close. It was very much worth it and they have finance options, so it's not like the cost is unreachable. … It's got a good warranty, too.”
