I’m really happy with my Empava EMPV-59JT319LED (59" alcove Whirlpool tub with inline heater, left drain). The build quality is excellent—solid and well-made—and it has plenty of room to relax comfortably. The whirlpool jets feel great and the inline heater helps keep the water warm longer. It looks beautiful installed and totally elevated my bathroom.

We purchased an Item 4 months ago and have never received it. We have called, and emailed over 100 times. The chat option on their website does not work, and the manual customer submission doesn't as well. We have spent almost $9000 for this tub. How can a business continue to do this kind of damage.

June 24, 2025. Yes, I am an Empava Customer that is very dissatisfied with the lack of service. We purchased a 72 in Acrylic Left Drain Rectangular Alcove Whirlpool Lighted Bathtub in White a few months ago for over $2400.00. We have not been able to use the tub today makes exactly a month. Empava does not answer their phone nor their emails. My husband and I both have called multiple times and left multiple emails about the issue and for some reason Empava does not feel the need to respond. They did send us a tracking number fifteen days ago stating they sent out the part. However, three different postal services have told us that the part was misrouted and returned to Empava. We have made this known to Empava by phone messages and emails with no respond.
We purchased the item from Home Depot and Home Depot has also tried to reach out to Empava and was unsuccessful. I would not recommend anyone to have to go through what we are going through with Empava, The item was awesome when it was working. I am sure the same item can be purchased from another company. Hopefully, someone will see this review and respond. Patricia
