They explained what they were gonna do and they got to it. I was overweight at the time I bought the tub and had it put in. Now, I've lost a bunch of weight and I don't need it. But I use it. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and gave every appearance of being trustworthy and of the company being trustworthy too. Also, the installation was no problem. They installed it in one day and they did all the modifications they needed to do and cleaned up after themselves. I've had no problems with the tub and it's sealed well. The shower is a nice feature and the faucet is capable of putting out a lot of water in a hurry so the tub doesn't take forever to fill up. It drains very quickly too.
