I talked to a lady at Boca and I liked her. She was the one that came out here and she was good. She didn't pressure me into anything. When the installers came, they did the job in three to four hours. The quality of the work they did was good as well. I like that I can get in and out of the tub easier. It also has air jets and lights. You can change them into any color you want. The only problem I have is they said a 40-gallon hot water heater would fill it completely up but it doesn't. I run out of hot water before I get it full. My sister got one the same day and hers is the same way. They don't hold. They need more than 40 gallons.

Our customer service experience with Boca was fantastic, just like we expected. The quality of the tub is top-notch. I wanted those extra jets and with the micro bubble package that came with it. I didn't think that I would really think that that was a feature that I wanted, but I did. There's also no give in the floor. The door is easy to operate. And one time, the arm that releases the door actually was accidentally hit, but it did not release any water into the room. I also like the warranty on it, and it sounds like the people are going to be there to back it. We paid a good amount for it, but it was worth it. I would highly recommend it.

We were shopping for a walk-in tub for my wife on-line. We were pleased when we clicked on Boca Walk-in Tubs to find out they were manufactured locally plus they offered a tour of the tubs including comparison to other manufacturers models. We called and spoke with Cindy Owens who said we could come the next day, a Saturday. When we arrived, Cindy met us at the front door and took us to their showroom where we could see the different models and why their tub is superior to others. She pointed out they are locally owned and work directly with the customer so there is no middleman to drive the cost higher. She then took us out to the manufacturing floor and explained from the time an order is placed through to when the finished product is shrink-wrapped and ready for shipment. Lastly, she showed us the comparison to other Manufacturers (several of which we saw on-line).

I can’t get into regular bathtub, so the Boca walk-in tub suits me. The price is reasonable, the installation didn’t take long, and they showed us how to use it. It’s a tub and shower combo with jets and aromatherapy, and my favorite is just being able to get in by myself and take care of business.

I have a walk-in tub in my Florida home and I want to put one in my West Virginia home. I reached out to Boca and their sales rep was very intelligent and was very nice. The installation was perfect. They did it in one day. They took the old stuff out, and made a big change. I like everything about the tub.

I found Boca through ConsumerAffairs and I had a very good experience with them. They showed us their presentation, then the installation met my expectations. It took about six hours and it was good. Right now, my favorite is the overhead shower head. I haven't used the rest of the unit too much because we have too small of a hot water tank. So, I couldn't fill the tub up all the way.

From the beginning to the end of the project working with Cindy and the entire Boca team couldn’t have gone better. There was no pushy sales tactics. Just genuine and caring help in picking out the features that would work best for my father. They felt like family even though we had never met. I highly recommend Boca to anyone who wants a quality product. I am grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

Boca's manufacturing facility was close to us. I called them and went out there. They set up two tubs. I'm disabled and they made it so that we could drive right into the warehouse and they brought the tubs right to the car. They went out of their way for me, and then installation was great. It took seven hours. I got a tub with the pure bubble, and the whole tub is my favorite. I am thankful that I can finally sit in some water. Before I got Boca's tub, I had a garden tub with a jacuzzi and I could get in it, but I couldn't get out of it. It got to the point that I couldn't get in or out of my husband's shower. So I was doing sponge baths all the time.

I was curious about Boca Walk-In Tubs. I called them and they sent a salesman to talk to us about it, which clarified a lot of stuff. He was great and quite thorough. He went through everything and could answer everything or show you a picture if we had questions. When he took measurements, he finished up to a certain point. I told him I would like the whole wall done to the ceiling. We’re talking about putting 2 feet more tile up going to the ceiling. He said that it might be extra, and I said I didn’t care.
