He told us how everything will be put in place, and how the workman will be very neat and clean and leave everything the way they found it. The installers were very friendly. They told me that they had to widen the door in the bathroom to get the tub in there, so they had to take down part of the frame. They told me everything would be put back in place and look like the way it was before, which was true, except I had to do a little touch-up painting. But otherwise, it was fine. They showed us how the tub worked. It also has a Jacuzzi, which has always been fun. The tub is easy to get into. It's also easy to take a bath or a shower in it. It's very relaxing when you use the Jacuzzi.”

These guys were wonderful. They ended up having to take the tub out and reinstall it. They fixed everything and they went over a little bit out more by putting down new tiles because of the mess that the other guy had made of my floor. And they did it all in one day. They worked very well together. The American Standard walk-in tub has a better overall system than others. I'm extremely happy that American Standard has a lifetime guarantee on parts and labor. The labor part is special since not too many people guarantee that.”

    “The Independent Home tub is very nice. … I have fibromyalgia and neuropathy in my legs. The restless leg is one of the worst things and the neuropathy. Both of them together is almost unbearable. So, I've been pleading with my husband to let us get the walk-in but it's so expensive. We decided we'd give up something else maybe, and do it.
