    Heartland recalls Cyclone, Fuel, Gravity, and Warrior vehicles with Sailun tires

    The tires may experience a belt separation

    Heartland Recreational Vehicles is recalling 2,363 model year 2021-2022 Cyclone, Fuel, Gravity, and Warrior vehicles with Sailun tires, sizes ST235/80R16 and ST235/85R16.

    The tires may experience a belt separation due to a manufacturing issue.

    Belt separation could lead to loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

    What to do

    Dealers will inspect the tire DOT codes, and replace the tires -- as necessary -- free of charge.

    Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 18, 2022.

    DeWALT recalls 18-inch corded chain saws

    The chain saw can remain running when the switch is in the off position

    DeWALT Industrial Tool Company of Towson, Md., is recalling about 8,500 DEWALT DWCS600 18-inch corded chain saws.

    The chain saw can remain running when the switch is in the off position or turn on when plugged in, posing an injury hazard to the user.

    No incidents or injuries have been reported.

    The chainsaws, manufactured in Mexico, were sold at hardware and tool supply stores nationwide from June 2021, through November 2021, for between $130 and $150.

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chain saws and contact DEWALT to receive a pre-paid shipping label to return the product and receive a free replacement chain saw.

    Forest River recalls model year 2022 Cherokee toy haulers

    The tire and loading information placard may have incorrect information

    Forest River is recalling 82 model year 2022 Cherokee toy haulers. The tire and loading information placard may indicate incorrect rim information.

    As a result, the vehicle operator may install incorrect replacement tires that do not fit properly on the rim, increasing the risk of a crash.

    What to do

    Forest River will mail a replacement placard free of charge.

    Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on February 23, 2022.

      Lily’s Sweets is recalling 18,855 cases of 7-oz peppermint flavor baking chips.

      The products contain soy lecithin, an allergen not declared on the label.

      There have been no reports of illness or injury to date.

      A list of the recalled products, which were a limited holiday seasonal offering available exclusively at Walmart stores in the U.S., may be found here.

      What to do

      Customers with a severe allergy or sensitivity to soy who purchased the product should not consume it. Instead, they should contact the company for a full refund by completing a contact form here or by calling (877) 587-0557.

      Volta Power Systems recalls adaptor harnesses

      The wire harness may have been built incorrectly

      Volta Power Systems is recalling 646 adaptor harnesses, part number 100001146.

      The wire harness may have been built incorrectly, resulting in the loss of over-current protection.

      Loss of over-current protection can cause wires to overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.

      What to do

      Volta will work with the affected vehicle manufacturers, and dealers will replace the adaptor harness free of charge.

      Affected vehicle manufacturers have been notified.

      Lohxa of Worcester, Mass., is recalling one lot of Senna Syrup.

      The natural vegetable laxative may be contaminated with microbes.

      Patients with a weakened immune system or those who have a higher risk of developing life-threatening inflammation of the heart could suffer infections that could be life-threatening.

      The firm has not received any reports of adverse events to date.

      The recalled product is packaged into 5 mL unit-dose cups and distributed into cases of 20 cartons packaged with 24 units each.

      What to do

      Patients who have the recalled product should stop using it and return it to the place of purchase.

      The exterior ladder may be attached improperly

      Keystone RV Company is recalling 407 model year 2022 Alpine and Avalanche vehicles.

      The vehicles may be equipped with an exterior ladder that is not properly secured to the rear wall of the vehicle.

      If the ladder is not properly attached to the trailer, it may detach while being used, increasing the risk of injury.

      What to do

      Keystone dealers will properly attach the ladders to a backer in the rear wall free of charge.
