    Best Nutritionals recalls Organic Wintergreen Essential Oil

    The packaging fails to meet child-resistant packaging requirements

    Best Nutritionals of Piscataway, N.J., is recalling about 2,800 bottles of Best Naturals Organic Wintergreen Essential Oil.

    The product's packaging is not child-resistant as required by federal law.

    No incidents or injuries have been reported.

    This recall involves Best Naturals Organic Wintergreen Essential Oil sold in 4-fl oz. dark amber glass bottles with a black continuous thread closure.

    “Organic Wintergreen Essential Oil” and the firm’s logo are printed on the green and orange label of the product. The UPC 817716016719 is printed on the back side of the label.

    The oils, which were manufactured in the U.S., were sold online on Amazon.com and Walmart.com from October 2018, to February 2021, for about $15.

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately stop using and store the product in a safe location out of reach and sight of children. Owners should contact Best Nutritionals for information on how to properly dispose of the product and receive a full refund.

    Pfizer recalls Accupril (Quinapril Hcl)

    The blood pressure medicine contains Nnitroso-quinapril above the acceptable daily intake level

    Pfizer is recalling five lots of Accupril (Quinapril HCl) tablets.

    The blood pressure medicine contains a nitrosamine called Nnitroso-quinapril above the acceptable daily intake level, which may increase the risk of cancer.

    There have been no reports of adverse events.

    Specifics regarding the recalled product, which was shipped to wholesalers and distributors in the U.S and Puerto Rico from December 2019, to April 2022, may be found here.

    What to do

    Patients who are taking the recalled product should consult with their health care provider or pharmacy to determine if they have the affected product.

    Patients with the affected product should contact Sedgwick at 888-345-0481 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET) for instructions on how to return their product and obtain reimbursement.

    Bed Bath & Beyond recalls Woven Bunny Baskets

    The bunny basket’s eyes can detach, posing a choking hazard

    Bed Bath & Beyond of Union, N.J., is recalling about 960 H for Happy Woven Bunny Baskets.

    The bunny basket’s eyes can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. No incidents or injuries have been reported.

    The recalled baskets are white woven baskets with bunny faces that have either pink or blue cheeks and black plastic eyes.

    The baskets were sold with a tag that reads “HAPPY EASTER” and a hangtag that reads “! WARNING: THIS IS NOT A TOY, FOR DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY.”

    The baskets, manufactured in China, were sold exclusively at Bed Bath & Beyond stores and online during March 2022, for about $15.

    What to do

    Consumers should immediately take the recalled baskets away from children and return them to any Bed Bath & Beyond location for a full refund.

      The second row seats may not be correctly installed

      Bentley Motors is recalling 1,923 model year 2021-2022 Bentaygas.

      The second-row seats may have been installed incorrectly if they were not locked on all the seat rails.

      An unlocked seat rail could move in a crash, increasing the risk of injury to occupants.

      What to do

      Dealers will check and reset the second-row seat rail positions to ensure proper engagement of the seat rails free of charge.

      Eagle Industrial Group recalls SafeRacks/Monsterrax overhead garage storage racks

      The rack may collapse from the ceiling, posing an impact injury hazard

      Eagle Industrial Group, of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., is recalling about 12,800 overhead garage storage racks.

      The hex bolts in the overhead garage storage racks can be defective. This could cause the rack to collapse from the ceiling, posing an impact injury hazard.

      The company has received 55 reports of the racks falling, including one report of an injury in which the corners of a ceiling-mounted rack fell and bruised and cut a consumer’s face.

      This recall involves SafeRacks/Monsterrax overhead garage storage racks.

      The industrial-strength steel racks, which attach to the ceiling and are height-adjustable, come in seven sizes. They include 4 ft. by 4 ft., 4 ft. by 8 ft., 2 ft. by 6 ft., 3 ft. by 6 ft., 4 ft. by 6 ft., 3 ft. by 8 ft., and 2 ft. by 8 ft.

      The racks, manufactured in Vietnam, were sold online at Costco.com, amazon.com, saferacks.com, monsterrax.com, and other websites from September 2021, through December 2021, for about $140.

      The mattresses fail to meet the mandatory federal flammability standard

      Elite Comfort Solutions of Newnan, Ga., is recalling about 700 Nectar Premier Mattresses.

      The mattresses fail to meet the mandatory federal flammability standard for mattresses, posing a fire hazard.

      No incidents or injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves certain Nectar Premier Mattresses manufactured on two specific dates: King size, manufactured on 9/24/2021; and Queen size, manufactured on 9/27/2021.

      The mattresses have a white poly-blend top cover with black side panels and a vertical purple sash. The foot of the mattresses is marked with the large (13” long, 2” tall) embroidered “nectar” logo and the word “Nectar” imprinted in white. The date of manufacture can be found on the white tag.

      Elite Comfort Solutions, the date of manufacture in MM/DD/YY format (9/24/21 for king mattresses or 9/27/21 for queen mattresses), the model number, CHILL, and “Prototype ID:ECS2003RHCH” may be found on the bottom portion of the white tag, which is located at the head of the mattress.

      The mattresses, manufactured in the U.S., were sold at www.nectarsleep.com from July 2021, through September 2021, for between $1,300 and $1,600.

      What to do

      Consumers should contact Nectar Sleep for a free replacement mattress (including free delivery) or a full refund. Those options will be provided after free removal and disposal of the recalled mattress through Elite Comfort Solutions.

      When the battery is at freezing temperatures, the vehicle control unit may inadvertently disable vehicle charging from a power outlet.

      The Salsa Texan of Flower Mound, Texas, is expanding its earlier recall to include all regular and burrito-sized packages of tortillas labeled as Coconut Flour Tortillas and Blended Flour Tortillas.

      The products may contain wheat and milk, which are allergens that are not declared on the label.

      The recalled products, which come unlabeled or in a clear plastic package marked with The Salsa Texan on the top, have no best by dates or lot codes.

      The products were sold nationwide through the mail, following orders made through Facebook and Instagram. They were also sold at various Farmers Markets in Texas, including Canton First Monday, Lucas; Texas Community Market, St. Michael’s; Red Tent Market, Willowbend; Luscombe Farm, Rockwall; Garland; and Heath.

      What to do

      Customers with Celiac disease or gluten sensitivity who purchased the recalled products have confirmed illness following consumption of the recalled tortillas.

      The garments fail to meet the federal flammability standards

      The Red League of Brooklyn, N.Y., is recalling about 910 sets of children’s pajamas.

      The garments fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries.

      No incidents or injuries have been reported.

      This recall involves three styles of children’s sleepwear garments: one-piece, long-sleeve top, and footed pajamas; two-piece, long-sleeve top and pant traditional pajama sets; and two-piece, long-sleeve top, and pant pajama sets.

      The one-piece, long-sleeve top, and footed pajamas are red, have wooden buttons located at the back of the neck, and were sold with a matching red beanie hat. The pajamas were sold in sizes 6-12 months and 12-18 months and are made of 80% cotton and 20% polyester.

      The two-piece, long-sleeve top, and pant traditional pajama sets are red with white piping trim, two front pockets, and wooden buttons on the center front. The pajama sets were sold in children’s sizes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 and are made of 80% cotton and 20% polyester.

      The two-piece, long-sleeve top, and pant pajama sets are yellow and have a bear embroidered onto the chest. The pajama sets were sold in children’s sizes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 and are made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex.

      “The Red League” and the size are printed on a sewn-in fabric label at the neck of the recalled garments. “Made in China,” size, fiber content, and washing instructions are printed on a sewn-in, side-seam label.

      The children’s pajamas were sold online and at Elle Ella Boutique stores in California and JellyBeans stores in New York from November 2020, through February 2022, for between $38 and $40, depending on the style.

      What to do

      Consumers should immediately take the recalled pajamas away from children and contact The Red League to receive a pre-paid mailer and instructions on how to return the garment(s) for a full refund. The firm is contacting consumers who purchased the pajamas directly.
